Came here on a Tuesday evening as a walk-in to get a manicure (gel build on), manicure, and an eyebrow wax for an event that I'm attending soon. The place was quite occupied with all the staffs attending to customers so they told me it would be about a 10-15 minute wait, which I used to look over all of the color varieties that was offered (so many!) and was offered some beverages. The wait didn't take long as expected, and honestly I was so astonished with how quickly everything was because my nails were done within the hour?! Grateful for the sisters that helped me out and gave me a wonderful service. This is a bit of a far drive for me ): but honestly with how quick and lovely the staffs were I'll be making the drive back to get my nails done here again. Look at how cute they came out, I love it!! The environment is pretty laid back with classical music playing in the background. Also, they offer a head spa service? I unfortunately didn't have enough time try this but I keep seeing it on TikTok and reels so maybe something I'll try next time. read more

The staff here were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly very talented at what they do. I really appreciated how kind everyone was and the care they put into the experience. Unfortunately, I don't think the products being used were the best quality, which affected the overall result and wear of my nails. I recently went to a private nail tech who attempted to soak of the acrylics that I got from this salon and instead of crumbling off correctly the acrylic got very gummy leading to having to be drilled off and affected the health of my nails (not the fault of the nail tech who did my current set). That said, the customer service itself was wonderful, and with higher quality products this salon could be amazing. This issue could have been completed avoided with the use of quality products and I mean no hate to the salon I just want people to protect their nails as it can be very painful when they aren't properly taken care of. read more

My fiancé and I visited for a head spa and had a wonderful experience. The head massage and facial were incredibly relaxing, and the scents they used were great! We even got to choose our oil scent. I'm so happy there's a head spa in this area, especially for a reasonable price. (Our package was $145 per person) It exceeded our expectations, as they also massaged our décolletage, arms, and hands. It felt like it had lasted a good amount of time too. Diane was especially kind and thoughtful and after learning we had dinner plans, she even curled my hair. Lazy service. I got a basic pedicure so I wasn't expecting a spa experience but the bottom of my feet weren't scrubbed at all. At the end of my service I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my toes to dry, I was ready to leave so I asked for disposable slippers since I wore tennis shoes. The tech refused and said I could put on my tennis shoes. I touched my toes and said they weren't dry, she touched them and said they were I've attached a picture of my toes once I got home and took off my tennis shoes. I've been going for two years to this establishment and today was so horrible the person who did my nails cut into my cuticles on several fingers I left with nails I did not ask for, I had ask for acrylic nails, by the time I'd realize she was not doing what I ordered I had already been there an hr and was now frustrated with her, she tried to say that I didn't tell her and yet the young lady that did my nails the last time came over and told her she had to put a new set on because the ones I had on where old. She knew what i wanted and blamed everyone else for not paying attention or listening. Then the girl told me that the nails she did were better for me, I didn't ask her opinion I asked for acrylic nails. The kicker is when they charged me 60 dollars for nails I did not want or ask for. I went in for the head spa. I had a PM appointment and they got me in right away. They had me go into a room and they showed me my scalp and then we went into the room with head spa beds. I had ended up deciding on the middle version for $145. First the good: they did a thorough wash and scrub. My scalp felt great. I enjoyed the heated face mask. I also enjoyed the paraffin wax on my hands (I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and this type of heat feels amazing). They asked me which essential scent I preferred, I went with mint. They had initially offered lavender and another option. They said I would receive a full facial but in essence it felt like they washed and moisturized my face, used a marble tool (which felt great) and then applied one of those mask sheets on my face. They then applied some sort of heat to my face which felt really good. There was some sort of steam gurgling...I assume it was for my scalp and hair but not sure. They shows me my scalp again and it looked like it had less build up, yay! I enjoyed the blow dry and flat iron. It isn't luxurious setting. They have a corner of the space with a draped off section and then you have to carry your clothing over to underneath your bed. They didn't walk you through anything they were doing verbally so as you are masked things will just be happening to you....one side of my massage on the right arm felt great, the other side which was someone else, I didn't love that but it was okay. I think there was an issue with my time that was booked. As I was driving to the location and they said they had called me and it didn't ring in my car for some reason (I was connected to Apple Car Play?) So I am guessing that the two different parties working on me had something to do with a booking mishap. As when they were completed, they just came and said, here's some water, please get this way, they grabbed my clothing for me and grabbed my shoes and said I will meet you in the room. I got dressed but it was freezing to change from my towel to my clothing with dripping wet hair. I wish they would have given me some sort of towel for my hair - as it was really cold and awkward getting dressed with a head of hair that hadn't been at least towel dried. I am debating whether I will give this location another try for the head spa. I am not sure that I will, but if I do, I will come back and update this review. Had an appointment on Wednesday with Mandy, I think that was her name? Was told that she was sick that day and I was asked if it be ok if someone else did them. I said it was fine because I was leaving town the next day, so I really didn't have a choice. I really wish I could remember the girls name that ended up doing my nails. I got a fill, with shellac polish. Several of my nails are crooked, my thumbs don't match each other. I mentioned it and she continued making one shorter then the other. I finally gave up because she wasn't listening. THEN when it came to the paint, I told her I was very particular about the polish. I mentioned I needed the tips done well and 3 coats of polish because I'm hard on my hands and I type all day. She barely did the tips, mentioned it again and she barely painted them. Did two coats, then started the top coat. I said I asked you to do three coats?! She said oh you did? Well I just said never mind you clearly don't listen to what I wanted, Im done. She finished and I left. So, 5 days later and all my tips are chipped and I have large chips coming off my thumb. Awful!!!! read more

First of all. They are BUSY. Do yourself a favor and always schedule an appointment. Always. Now that aside, they're amazing. Really close to my home, and surprisingly nice decor for location. Pros (+): - They are kind and efficient. During my appointment today they were packed with walk ins. I still got my full set done in an hour, well before many of the other women. - Located right off of Pacific Avenue in a small red building. You can't miss it. - Clean environment, comfortable chairs/waiting area. - S/O to Hannah for the beautiful nail job she did for me. Cons (-): - Parking can be somewhat of a nightmare. But if parking cannot be found up front, you'll find it right behind the building. - Sometimes wait times can be long, but like I said. Always schedule an appointment. They'll respect your time. I've been here a few times. Service is always pretty quick and everyone is always very nice. They offer all of the items that you would expect at a nail salon: manis, pedis, gel, acrylic, nail art, and waxing. They also have some nice add-ons like aromatherapy and massage chairs for pedis. The thing that really sets them apart from other nail salons I've tried is how clean it is. For pedicures they always use the extra plastic liners and for all nail services you get your own little pack with a nail file and buffing block (I don't know the technical terms). They cost only a dollar and you can bring it back for future appointments. With some friends that have gotten infections or ingrown nails after their services at other places this is really important to me. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I got my first acrylic set here a couple months ago. The place is clean and the staff Ive worked with is friendly, my only problem is with the quality of work. I've come for one full set and two fills now and with every set I've had I've had nails literally snap off. I thought maybe it was just the tech I went to, so I had a new tech when I returned for my fill and had the same problem. I don't work roughly with my hands, I've had a nail break off while pulling up my pants. I decided to try out LaVish yesterday with my best friend because of all the great reviews. Little did I know, I would leave bleeding, in pain and with a horrible looking pedicure. The nail tech not only cut the entire length of my cuticle too short on my big toe that caused it to bleed, she also buffed the hell out of it, which caused me to instinctually pull my foot away from her. Later, a dose of alcohol really was the icing on the cake. I've since been doctoring it with Neosporin to prevent infection, but it's pretty sore. The nails themselves are a different issue entirely. I got the $45 Nu-Nails (I think that's what it was called) pedicure with Gel polish as an add-on. You will see in the picture that I have polish on my skin and partially on my toes. It looks terrible. The nail tech cured a bubble into one of my toes and used nail clippers to cut the polish off and repaint the messed up section instead of repainting the whole toe. I will say my nail tech was nice and seemed to feel bad for hurting me, but the paint job was just too bad not too discuss. My poor friend's male nail tech looked like he wanted to do anything other than paint her nails and had absolutely no bedside manner. I mostly feel horrible because she paid over $100 for both of our pedicures (because she's amazing), and the experience was less than desirable. read more

Besides the negative reviews of whiny people- If you don't like your nail shape they have to fix it duh! I don't see why people like a post a review on something that can be fixed in real time. This place used to be my go to place every two weeks for a gel manicure...sadly my last few visits have not been great. My fingers have been cut, nails not being straight, and not even painted all the way. This place used to be really good with nails and pedicures but it's like they suddenly are under new management or something. I would make appointments and one day I made an appt for two fills at 3pm and when I got there, I ended up waiting 10-15 mins because their new "receptionist" booked 3 other ladies with fills for 3pm when they only had like 2 nail techs doing acrylics. I went here for the first time two days ago to have my acrylics removed and get a manicure. It took 2.5 hours. I asked the lady to make my nails square shaped and because of how short she cut them she said she'd have to make 4 nails round. I thought that would look dumb to have different shapes so I told her to just make them all round. She filed my nails down and they were uneven and jagged so I had to ask her to file them down 2 more times. It has been 2 days and my manicure is chipping on 7 of my nails. Oh, and you have to purchase your own nail file and buffer which is $1. I wouldn't have minded if they told me before my appointment started (I mean, it's only one dollar) but they told me halfway through my appointment so I just feel like they were being sneaky about it.
