I was able to book the day before, I'm glad it wasn't busy. I supposed to just get my gel nails removed but I wanted to add pedicure last minute and she was able to do it. She was efficient and very patient! My nail took forever to get it removed, like an hour and half because I didn't know what gel did my nail artist used. She was so gentle and patient to my nails. For my toes she tried to use the electric file to file off the nail polish but I was sensitive to it, she immediately used other way to make sure I felt very comfortable. I went to other salon and they were so impatient with me and ripped off chunks of my nail before. So I would say she's amazing! I was indecisive between 2 colors and she tried both on my toe and let me choose. She's definitely one of the best. However for the cleanliness I'm not 100% sure because some equipment doesn't look sanitized, they might do it after I am not sure but I don't think some of the tools were sanitized after. read more

Came in for pedicures with my sister and. I have gone here since they opened in their first space eons ago. So....I moved to Arizona and haven't been in for over 7 years, but was I town to see my sister and so we went. I have had a real gold toe ring on forever, never came off, when the gal got done I looked down and no ring!!!!!!!!! It never comes off. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And they made me look like I was lying. I have been getting my pedicures here for over 12 years. Amee does a great job and my nails are always so pretty. That being said, this place has become gross. Do they have new ownership? In the past few years the place looks like a health hazard. I am not wanting to go back until they clean things up AND improve their safety clean practices. The walls and floors around the pedicure chairs baths are filthy. So gross. The towels look gray and raggedy and I don't want to put my feet on them or have my feet dried with them. It's gross. I've been sitting with this experience since Saturday, and I feel it's important to share. As a longtime customer, it's incredibly disappointing to say that I won't be returning. This salon has completely lost my trust--and my business. I came in for a gel pedicure and a full acrylic set. The pedicure was far from relaxing. It felt rushed and rough, and everything was uncomfortably hot--from the water, to the stones, to the towels. On top of that, there was an unexpected $15 upcharge for gel polish, which was not mentioned until it was time to pay. The acrylic set raised serious hygiene concerns. At one point, my manicurist was working between myself and another customer and used the same tools on both of us--placing them in one shared bag without any cleaning in between. It was shocking and unsanitary. I wish I had said something in the moment, and I take accountability for that, but it honestly caught me off guard. As she was finishing up, the manicurist said, "I'm going to do a flower for you," which I assumed was a nice gesture. It wasn't--it came with an extra charge that wasn't disclosed until checkout. I was also charged for the curvature of the white tip on my nails--something I've never had to pay extra for in the past, and again, it was never communicated to me that there would be an additional charge. When I raised my concern about the flower charge, they refunded me $5. Still, I left the salon feeling really upset. An hour later, I called and explained that I wasn't happy. Looking further at my nails, there were product chunks underneath my acrylics, and white streaks running down my fingers. They told me to come back in, and I asked to have the flowers removed. During the removal, the same manicurist cut two of my cuticles and continued working without gloves or even applying anything to stop the bleeding. It felt careless and completely unhygienic. My nails were smooth, shaped, and cleaned when I left. It was also really fun inside, since they had movies playing on the walls. I think their prices are really fair too! My parents go here regularly so it's amazingly fun for me to visit every time I'm in town for holidays or otherwise. I've never received anything less than five star service at this place. Appointments are always recommended so call ahead. They do accept walk-ins but it does seem to cause the staff to rush through. They have pedicure chairs to the right and up the stairs and lots of manicure stations to the left. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they take the time to know their guests. I have been there 3 times now and the first time I went they did a good job. They did exactly what I asked. The other 2 times have been a bad experience. This 2nd time I went they got the length and shape correct and that was it. This time my nails are different lengths, the acrylic is REALLY thick and they didn't do the color I asked for. From FAR away my nails look fine but close up they are a mess!! I asked for purple ambre with a little bit of silver glitter mixed in and just got straight up silver glitter. I came here because I had a gift card. I made an appt but when I walked in it seemed like the staff was not on the same page and were confused by my arrival. They took my temperature (which I appreciate) and sat me down. The woman didn't even show me her color wheel but luckily I still was able to point out the gel color I wanted from the wall. I had a full set acrylics done. My nails came out cute (but no lotion or anything was put on my hands) and then I was rushed to get my pedicure. The water was STUPID hot. I took my feet out as fast as possible. I told the lady to cool the water because it was not doable. I thought I was being a wuss but every person that was coming in stated the same thing. You literally would see their whole body react/jump due to the heat. You would think they would have their water temp down pat. I got the spa pedicure which was nice and I super pleased with. That's when I noticed that my hands looked all crusty, no cuticle oil was put on at all. I requested for cuticle oil for my hands which they did, but they didn't seem please with. Now this last part was partly my fault since I zoned out and didn't notice, but my total was $75. I gave them a $30 gift card. The remaining balance should have been $45 but they charged me $55! I didn't tip via my card since I tipped them cash. This easily could've been a mistake on their end and didnt realize that they overcharged. Either way, I recommend that you keep an eye how much they tell you the cost is and what they actually charge your card. I really wanted to like this place but there were too many wrongs for me to overlook. Sadly it was an overall meh first impression. I'll recommend their pedicures (just check that water temp) but maybe pass on their full set nails. On a side note, the owner is super nice and they provide masks and antibacterial hand gel, which is awesome! read more

This place is whack. Overall while I was semi pleased with my pedicure it shouldn't have cost so much without additional treatments it was $50 for a shellac pedicure including an acrylic set removal when typically it doesn't cost that much at all. It's not like they included any special treatments like a super deep relaxing foot massage, hot rocks, paraffin wax, or a foot and leg mask as I've seen other high end salons actually add. On top of that the environment was okay it was super musty in the salon itself which I as a naturally curly headed girl do not appreciate since with the humidity, my hair frizzes up. The nail techs were really unprofessional I can understand a few passes of interaction in communicating in their own language but they were doing mine and my friends pedicure and the whole time were just chatting in low voices, giving looks, and had a remark for every time we asked for something. Terrible customer service. After my pedicure I had to ask for flip flops and was given a look. While I understand with a shellac pedicure it's not necessary I am super picky when it comes to my nails so I don't like to put my freshly pedicured feet back into my thick socks and boots which I had chosen that day because I didn't expect to go get a pedicure this day anyways. My nails get wider instead of being square/rounded, They're not even at all and when you touch them they literally have lumps in them. I asked for matte black and it's shiny still. There's nail polish on my fingers too and these nails are THICK. I didn't have the heart to make a scene. The ladies are polite! But $65 later I'm sitting at home trying to rip these nails off before going to my plans tomorrow. I'm really sad honestly. I recently moved to WA, so I was definitely looking for a great quality nail salon. It's in the sunrise village which is a plus for me if you live near town. The lady who attended me (I never got her name :( but she was very sweet) did a great job on my nails. She listened to what I had to say and made sure she got them done the way I asked for. It gets quite busy, and I saw that she tried to attend everyone as much as possible, while working on my nails but she can only do so much (so excellent work). Heidi did my pedicure and it was excellent! Very patient, thorough in detail, and great massage afterwards. I will definitely be coming in here more often. I came in without an appointment. The gentleman at the front was super courteous and let me know they could take me right away. I was told to pick a color and was escorted to a station near the back. The nail tech informed me that I had picked a popular color, and proceeded to start on my manicure. While there wasn't very much interaction during the manicure, they do have movies playing on the wall mounted flat screens which are sure to keep you occupied. The nail tech did frequently pause what she was doing to chit chat with the other nail techs in their native tongue, and paid no mind to me. The nail tech got a little rough with my cuticles, but all in all the manicure was well worth the $12 price tag. I'd definitely come back and try the pedicure.
