I get my nails done maaaybe once a year so I'm no regular at this but I was impressed with the customer service at this particular salon. My gel pedicure did not withstand my hippie bare feet for more than a week nor did my gel manicure so that was a bummer. Usually I can go about a month before they start to chip. Since I am infrequent at nail time I will probably try another spot before coming back here but I feel it's worth checking out if you're in the area looking for a last minute nail fix! read more

I was looking for a new salon and I saw a Facebook review for "LT" at this salon. She did a wonderful job on my fill and made my nails in the shape I wanted and evened them out from the prior technician so they all match now. I was going for one "party nail" and she said 'why have one when you can have 10?' So I went with it and have 10 sparkly nails that I absolutely love. I've come here off and on over the last year and always get powder manicure. I have yet to get an actual manicure done, as they always seem to skip over that part after they do the color. This Place is always packed so make an appointment. The down fall is when You make an appointment they always tell me I didn't, then act all angry when I prove them wrong. The staff here is hit and miss, some are kind but majority are pretty rude. They do a good job on nails for the most part but if your looking for relaxation I would go else where. The bad: They push you in and out as soon as possible and I have been overcharged on more then one occasion. read more

I've been here a few times but the last time the owner waxed my eyebrows it was a disaster. It was too hot and it burnt my eyelids to the point of it blistering and swelling. The following day I came back to talk to her about it and she gave me refund, kicked me out and told me to never come back. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. read more

Customer satisfaction is top for Jennifer. She recently put in new pedicure chairs. I'm sensitive to workers and the people she has working talk about their families and social gatherings they do together. They work hard and enjoy life too. Best pedicure massage is on the weekend when Jennifer's husband works. He's not there every weekend so count yourself lucky if you get the right one! Jennifer specializes in acrylics, but I use gel. Her employees strive to do a good job. Speak clearly and let them know if you have a special request. All speak English but various levels. I've gone here for pedicures and it is always wonderful. Super relaxing and there is no rush to get you out so they can make the next 25.00. I like that they take their time and want you to enjoy your service. The salon is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and great parking. I just got a fill today with gel polish and the lady who was my nail tech, did a great job. She was quick, but not rough and was very friendly. Pretty Nails has recently changed ownership, so some of my feedback may be more transition related. I really used to enjoy this salon and level of service. I was quite disappointed this time. They use a sign in system and ask you to specify named services (such as "ice dancer pedicure" ) without any descriptions or price list. I do think these may have been the old service titles. When I asked what the service I guessed at included, I was just told I had made a "good" selection. I waited about a half hour after my scheduled appointment with my feet in uncomfortably cool water (before I got someone's attention to fix it). My "premium" pedicure with classic nail polish was very basic with no extra services. I only asked for a pedicure, but they started working on my nails without asking. To be polite, I did agree to filing and clear nail polish. I was billed $70. The value and quality just weren't there as they had been in the past. read more

Before I came here, I used to get cut up at all of the other salons. One day I decided to try Pretty Nails and I've been a loyal customer ever since. Today I went in for a shellac manicure. The entirety of the service took 28 minutes. There was little to no cuticle cutting and she began cutting my dry cuticles. Although the color selection was fantastic, the color I chose looks atrocious due to poor application. The two layers are thick, goopy, and not dry. The filing left rough edges so now the polish is rough as well. Some nails look as though they've been growing out for a week, others have no grow out whatsoever. And lastly, there are bumps on the surface and the finish is very dull. Please do not waste your money coming here. It's a waste of money and time. read more

Left the nail salon less than 5 min ago and fingernail broke. Nail technician was inexperienced and cut my cuticle multiple times to where I bled. Manager charged my daughter $50 for full set with acrylic but understood my situation and didn't charge me. Overpriced and inexperienced. Worst nails salon I've been to. read more

This nail place might be the "prettiest" in Bonney Lake but I will tell you I have not ever had service quite like in here. How this place is in business I will never know. I went in to have shellac removed. No manicure. No fuss today just a quick removal and on my way. I was waiting for one hour! In one hour I ended up walking out with foil on my fingers and I removed it all myself. There were four ladies working, maybe 5 and a equal number of customers. I waited twenty minutes out front. Then I was moved to a chair/table. I waited fifteen minutes more before anyone came over. This gal came over put the cotton/acetone and foil on my hands and walked away. Here I sit again .... for a long time! One lady writing stuff down one answering a phone. A couple w customers and I continue to sit. People it's shellac removal! I wanted to walk out but my ethics would not allow me to leave without paying something (regardless of the fact they didn't deserve a cent) I left five dollars on the station and walked out. No one even noticed no one asked. I walked out and removed the shellac easily with my own nails. Done and went to wash my hands. I absolutely cannot believe the experience I had here. I will never be back. I'm seriously so mad! Awful service! read more

I absolutely love coming here. I came in today to get my nails done for my 2 year wedding anniversary this weekend. As I was sitting here getting my nails done I was reminiscing about how I came here two years ago to get my nails done with all my bridesmaids and my mom. I have been coming here for months before I brought all of my bridesmaids and my mom here. I knew I was getting a high-quality job done just by how they treat you. It's not like other places that either don't talk to you or make you feel like you shouldn't be there because either your nails look rough or your new there. Not happy. Went in today with my sister and niece to get pedicures. The salon itself was pretty nice. They had a little kid pedicure station which was cute for my niece. The ladies seemed nice enough. My pedicure is awful. First thing, during the pedicure, the lady almost burned me with a hot rock. It was scalding hot. After the pedicure, I noticed my nails are cut jagged and crooked! And one of my toes only 3/4 of the nail is even painted at all! Very angry that I spent $25 on this. Glad I am only visiting, I will be going back to my normal place in Vegas to get fixed. I will be posting a photo of my partially painted nail one I figure out how. read more

Always receive great pedicures at this salon. They are a bit pricey but it's worth it!

For sure the worst experience I've ever had having my nails done. Made an appointment for a full set as I was going in an hour before they closed and many places can get busy. They saw me quickly but from the beginning I could tell it was going to be bad. They didn't bother to cut down my natural nails or clear out any dead skin or hangnails currently there. Then she starts slapping the fake ones on using too much glue so it went down my finger. I asked for them almond shaped and on the shoeter side. This is where the arguing started, she was cutting them in a stiletto shape and keeping them way long. Every time I asked her to change it she would push back. Eventually she got the gist that I wasn't going to let up and got them somewhat like I was asking. Every nail is a different length and a different shape, half of them are round not almond (see photos). She then doesn't use a base coat, only two coats of color and I had to ask her to use a top coat. Then she sprays all my hands with alcohol which I know is normal but then doesn't bother to put any lotion on my hands or give a massage in anyway. You can see how dry they are in the photos too. At that point I was done arguing and went to pay. They charge $46 for a full set! That's a ridiculous price especially for such a terrible job. I will never be back and will tell everyone how terrible they are. read more
