Took my daughter here for our annual daddy daughter date and the hours on the app are wrong they actually closed at six instead of seven. They still stayed late and gave her the prettiest polkadot gel nails I've ever seen (admittedly I'm not a pro at this type of thing)!! super friendly, I don't think they said bad things about us but I didn't have my Apple EarPods translators on so I'm maybe just being optimistic but go check them out. read more

Great customer service! The ladies were super friendly and willing to repair paint that I messed up. The salon is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Would go back for sure. Thanks Spa Nails! read more

To start - the space I was at was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. My nails didn't get the care they deserved. My nail tech talked me into upgrading to hard gel - but then did nothing to prepare my nails for the actual manicure. She just used the drill (which is okay to use but shouldn't be the only thing). She didn't shape my nails prior or after my gel with the file. The hard gel is uneven and looks bumpy. I asked her (to do the bare minimum) and get some of my hangnails and she looked at one hangnail and pulled so hard that I bled. Super disappointed and I won't be coming back. read more

I LOVED this place!! The lady that did my nails put so much effort into them, they turned out so cute and perfect for fall!! They were all kind and the building itself inside was beautiful! Definitely recommend them. read more

My coffee batista had the cutest navy matte nails. I asked her where she got them done and she said the place by safeway, which is this place! I decided to give them a try for the first time. They opened at 10am and already there were 5 ladies doing nails. They were working hard and told me a 20 minute wait. I waited about 15 and they opened up a pedicure chair for me. Its really small inside, which doesn't really matter. They have 5 pedicure chairs, so if your in a larger group this isn't the place. The reason I'm knocking off one star is because they had lots of flies flying around, and I saw a spider run across the floor. Otherwise, they were clean...but the bugs made me nervous for my pedicure/manicure. They did a great job on both the mani/pedicure. They were quick, but didn't skimp on the massage, which was nice. I would definitely come back here again, although it isn't necessarily one of my favorites. But it's still good! read more

I'm super disappointed with the quality of service I received at this salon. For the prices, you would expect good quality service. They overbook so clients are rushed. I left with (gel) nail polish all over my skin on my fingers and toes. The owner even noticed when she was applying the cuticle oil and just laughed it off even after I had asked them to fix it. My skin was also cut up and bleeding because the tech doing my pedicure was rough and rushing. My nails look like I painted them at home.... Definitely NOT worth $100+. Go somewhere else. read more

They cut my toenails extremely short short. No apologies. I was horrified when I saw them. Makes me sick. Literally sick. Stay away from this place. read more

I won't be going back. Bad customer service. Mediocre nail work at best. Try somewhere else.

The owner Anna is so professional and maintains a very clean and beautiful nail salon. Mary does my nails and she is true artist!!! Cathy does my pedicures to perfection and her massage is best in business! I love the team here, they are all kind and talented people!!!! read more

What a gem! Not fancy, but a great little place to get pampered. All the spa employees were so friendly and welcoming. Went with my daughter on a Friday evening - I got a great lavender pedicure. They gave my 9YO daughter a manicure - they were so nice to her and talked to her directly, she felt very special. They did a gorgeous job on the nail art she wanted! read more

**Ok so to start, my girlfriend gets her nails done here and about 2 months ago she told me that the guy who owned this place just up and sold it so my guess is that it's now under new management/ownership.** I started going to Spa Nails myself within the last month and have made 2 trips to this place. I have read the previous reviews and will say, my experience has been entirely different. Both times that I have been to this salon, it has not only been a decent experience but a STELLAR & MEMORABLE experience. All of the staff have be incredibly friendly, welcoming and willing to try all of my ideas. I find all these pix on Pinterest, Google or I.G. and show them pictures and before trying it on my nails, they bust out some tips and try it out beforehand so it's perfect. We all gather around together and compare colors and powders and come up with fun ideas. We all talk and laugh together and they even whip up some popcorn and share with me! I actually love going to Spa Nails and I her compliments on my nails all the time. I'm always suggesting to people they go there. Also, I'm not even kidding when I say this, they have the absolute largest selection of colors and brands. Not just nail polish colors but pigment powders too. They have all the newest and coolest trends like the chrome powders, holo, unicorn and mermaid powders too. If you had a bad experience there in the past I highly suggest giving them another shot. They are so reasonably priced, I feel like I'm ripping them off afterwards bc they do so good and charge unreal low price. I'm devoutly a loyal customer to these guys. read more

I went here to get my nails taken off & it was the worst experience I have ever had. Everyone who worked there was either rude to me or didn't speak to me at all & the place is dirty. I have had acrylics for a long time now so I know how they are supposed to be done & taken off. The lady who took mine off barely soaked them in acetone & grinded my nails off to the point where my nails are red because you can almost see my skin through them under the nail. My fingers are in so much pain if they touch anything because of how much they grinded them down. She also cut four different fingers because of how careless she was being & I started bleeding. It was the absolute worst experience & I highly suggest that NO ONE goes here. My mom also had an awful experience here when getting a basic manicure. The lady who assisted her painted the wrong polish color on her nails & instead of taking it off & fixing the color, she just painted over the old color with the new color! Unbelievable. The guy who works there also came up to my mom & started massaging her shoulders & back without asking & made my mom so incredibly uncomfortable that she had to ask him to not touch her & get away from her. Stay away from this place if you have any sense in your mind. read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon in Bonney lake for years and stumbled upon this hidden gem while driving through the Safeway parking lot. Judy did my gel manicure today and did an exceptional job. She took her time on my cuticles and my nails look fabulous! The shaping of my nails is great and they look so shiny and pretty! Will definitely be a return customer. read more

I've been going here for about 6 to 8 months now and I always have the same girl do my nails every time but when I went in last month she was out on vacation and I was a little nervous to have someone else do my nails but I went ahead and went through with it because I needed a fill really bad The lady that was doing my nails had just finished filing the top of my nails to get them ready for the gel and she randomly stood up and walked away then another lady came and sat down and started filing my nails even more I thought I wasn't gonna have any nail left... Once it was time to pay she tried charging me more than I usually pay and I said I never pay that much and she tried telling me that my nails were long even though when I was there I had the girl cut them down and everything and they are pretty short they are almost to my fingertips she just wanted extra money from me I will never go in if my lady isn't there. First she said it was the regular price of gel then when I said no she tried saying it was because of my length. She was trying to come up with whatever excuse to get more money out of me. Pay attention to prices posted because they will try to overcharge you! So embarrassing she got so mad and started yelling at me, everyone in the salon started staring. I go there to relax and get pampered but end up getting yelled at because of money. Ridiculous. read more

I had a grand ole time at the spa nails they followed every step on the design, that I wanted. I had such a nice time especially in the massage chairs before. It relaxed me very much so!!! I would totally come back. The girls were awesome and so patient with me and my girlfriend since it was her first time. read more

The best nail salon on the platue! The nail tech that helped me was very precise and payed a lot of attention to detail, such as the nails being equal length, making sure it was the colors and shape I picked, etc. They do the acrylic perfect almost every single time and are so nice! The only thing that I saw (this didn't bother me but may bother other customers) was that the other techs who didn't have customers didn't wear their masks, but other than that I have no other negative comments. Another great touch was the much needed cuticle oil at the end. read more

The lady I had was awful. She did my pedicure the opposite of what I wanted after she asked me about it twice. When I get my manicure she cut a hangnail and ripped it. Causing it to bleed for about 3-4 minutes. She almost messed up my nails until I said something. Even though I said it twice. They had water all over the floor. And since I had the pedicure slippers on I almost slipped luckily I was by the sink so I caught myself. My friend got a fill for her acrylics and I was done before her and I got a mani-pedi. The lady was very rushed. Wish I could give bad rating read more

I've been to a few nail salons in the area and I feel like I get the best gel manicure with Spa Nails. The only thing I don't like is the cleanliness of the business. I wish they would put more effort into keeping their workstations and back mirror more clean. They always do a great job at painting the nail to the edge, allowing for good drying times and finishing the gel polish with a shiny top color and alcohol finish. My nails usually last over 2 weeks. The price is right for the overall experience. read more

Worst experience ever! I have been here a Few times and every single time they always fuck up my nails. This time I draw the line, I asked for a manicure, she cut my nails after I asked her not to and then didn't shape them at all every nail was a different length and crooked. The nail polish is very uneven and doesn't cover my whole nail. I will no longer be coming here and this is not just me, many of my friends and family have all had very bad experiences here. I would absolutely NOT recommend coming here!! read more

This place was pretty average. The person who did my nails was nice. The price was fairly cheap compared to other places. The only concerns was the cleanliness... it seemed a bit dirty there. I value the cleanliness of a nail place more so then the price so I don't think I will be returning. The other thing was the girl I went with got a regular mani and the woman who did her nails didnt cut them even. read more

I liked this place the first time and I am still recommending it!!! They do a terrific job and actually ask questions about what I want. All the salons were closed on Saturday at 5pm in enumclaw so I drove to bonnie lake and was looking for a different salon but saw this place and it had decent reviews so I stopped in. They were able to get me right in as a walk in. She didn't over buff and sand my nails, didn't cut my cuticles, did the perfect active length and shape that I like which is similar to my natural nails but is so difficult to get at salons apparently. They were friendly and humorous and I was pleasantly surprised that for a gel fill and shellac polish it was only $20. read more

Poor poor cuticle trimming. I went in for a shellac manicure, and granted, it's been a while for me. But rather than trimming my cuticles, she used the clippers almost as tweezers, grabbing my hanging cuticle and yanking it until it ripped off. Its a few days later and now my cuticles are peeling back and red. Would not recommend. I used to go here every two weeks for fills, but after the new owners I will not be back. read more

I stopped in to get a manicure. The manicure I received was okay, nothing special. They were busy, so the man who did my nails was bouncing between me and another gal. When I checked out, they charged me and extra $5 because they had to take of the polish I had when I came in. He said that when I come back, they won't charge me to take off their polish. WHO DOES THIS? It cost $25 for a standard manicure with shellac. No frills and no customer service. I will not be going back! It was apparent that "regulars" had much lower prices. Like $25 for a mani/pedi. Just one more reason to not go to this establishment! read more

My manicure didn't include any lotion??? Cuticle "cream" is watered down. Nail files are old and used by multiple people. The whole process is very rushed---even being completely empty. I hate that I spent 45$ for a mani/pedi that was horrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would read more

My cousin and I went in for a what was supposed to be a fun girls time and it became a nightmare of tempers an miscommunication. I ended up paying way more than I needed to because of this. The first time I went to Spa nails it was a fantastic experience. But just got back from having one of the worst pedicures ever. He didn't make much of an effort did just the bare minimum. My coffee gal told me that she has been getting her nails done FOREVER here and I decided to try it out. Loved how friendly and talkative they are, my nails looked awesome. I had shown Vi a picture off of pinterest and I said I would bring jewels to use next time and she told me no, she would pick them up since it is cheaper for her, yet still made my nails look awesome. I also got a pedicure there. THE BEST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD! Massaged my legs and feet for a long time, which never happens! Absolutely love it at Spa Nails!
