Last year I battled illness, hadn't bothered with mani and pedis. Had went here, decided for mani/pedi. Mani was rough, nails filed down with the drill on high speed very rough and jarring on my nails and hands. One finger hurt after told the woman who looked said I had a hangnail not her fault, but this was ignored, not trimmed or extra care. I had an appointment so I wasn't a rushed walk-in. I didn't feel comfortable with the roughness and utter disrespect for me as a customer. I don't wish to be handled roughly and without care. The man did a great job on pedi, careful and gentle with me and my feet. Felt respected. I won't be back, I don't like that no liners used, toe separators are reused. There are concerns about cleanliness. Allot of people like this place it's just not for me. Also different payment is expected than posted, Zelle or cash.
