Last year I battled illness, hadn't bothered with mani and pedis. Had went here, decided for mani/pedi. Mani was rough, nails filed down with the drill on high speed very rough and jarring on my nails and hands. One finger hurt after told the woman who looked said I had a hangnail not her fault, but this was ignored, not trimmed or extra care. I had an appointment so I wasn't a rushed walk-in. I didn't feel comfortable with the roughness and utter disrespect for me as a customer. I don't wish to be handled roughly and without care. The man did a great job on pedi, careful and gentle with me and my feet. Felt respected. I won't be back, I don't like that no liners used, toe separators are reused. There are concerns about cleanliness. Allot of people like this place it's just not for me. Also different payment is expected than posted, Zelle or cash. The signage says credit card accepted but two ways to pay. read more

I'll just start out by saying I've never been to a nail salon where I felt so comfortable with the person doing my nails. This will forever be my go to place to get my manicures and pedicures. Staff are so sweet and very talkative and seem genuinely interested in everything you have to say, they are very easy to talk with and I highly recommend this location. read more

I love her, AMAZING with gel and polish. I got a pedicure with some acrylic on my toes to match the square shape with french tip and definitely delivered. on my nails i got gel acrylic with french tip. the clear top coat she uses on my toes has a pink clear color pop outside or in the sun and it's my absolute favorite. i don't think i'd choose to go another store for my toes. she definitely got me to switch from getting full acrylic toes to just natural. i love it. Words can't explain how the vibes were. all i know is i definitely felt at home and would spend the whole day here if i could! read more

I got my nails done horribly some place else and they took special care not to hurt me and make sure I liked it. They offered me beverages and everything. They I asked for natural oval and it's exactly what I got. I'm so in love. Thank you! See you at my fill. read more

Very clean! Husband and I stopped in on a Friday morning to soften up our "boot feet." We were happy to get in without an apt. Although this salon doesn't look like much from the outside, it is clean, modern, and relaxing inside. Very knowledgeable, caring, gentle staff. We were both very happily with our pedicures. We recommend this business. read more

The shop is in a strip mall next to ABRA Collision repair and House of Kee. The strip mall could use some TLC. However, Kenny, and her counterpart are the most friendly and real nail technicians I ha w even met (even after working for a high end salon for 3.5 years). I've been 3 times and my husband even went in on his own. Kenny remembers details about our last conversations and her creativity is so great! If you're looking for a run-of-the-mill local nail shop, this isn't for you. If you enjoy a quality conversation, quality work, and a great experience, please visit Kenny's. read more

My favorite nail gal finally opened her own shop! I'm so excited for her! Kenny has been doing my nails for over 10 years. She has done my nails for every special event in my adult life! This shop just opened. There are currently three employees. Kenny, the owner, a girl named Kristine and a guy named Kevin. Kristine did the massage portion of my pedicure today and it was great! Very relaxing. The shop is in an older strip mall, but inside it is clean and pleasant. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make their customers happy. Even though the shop is new, the owner is not. I have never had anything less than superior service from her. I highly recommend this shop! read more

I asked for white acrylic nails. Not only did the nail tech get nail glue all over my fingers that she didn't even bother to wipe off, she was in such a hurry to finish the my nails that she missed spots while painting them, and didn't file them down well wouldn't recommend this place for acrylic nails. read more

Best freaking nail place I've found in Washington! Can't beat top customer service, affordable prices, & great quality! Kenny is the BEST when it comes to eyebrow waxing and shaping. Go to her for your brows. Kevin is so sweet and his pedicure massages are the best. Kristine's nail designs are amazing. She will give you the detailed look you want. Love this place. Love, love, love Kenny and the other staff! They are so kind. They take pride in their work and take time to do it right. I love that they are engaged in talking with their customers and so fun! I drive from up north about 40 minutes to come here after I moved away. I used to go to other nail salons and my big toe would hurt for weeks and be tender. Kenny does mine and I never have that happen. They're worth it! Thank you, Kenny and Staff! You are awesome!! read more

Kenny Nails - Never judge a book by its cover cause my nail tech was absolutely outstanding! - Hair Removal Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

This was my first time coming in and I am so happy I had to write a review, and I never write reviews. Outside looks a little sketchy but don't let that fool you. We showed up on a whim with 4 people (2 of them being my young nieces who wanted their first mani/pedi's) and they accommodated us no problem. Both Kenny and Kevin were amazing, and were great with nieces. Good conversation and quality service. I will most certainly go back for my future nail needs! As a note: we all got mani/pedi's with normal polish for feet and gel for fingers. My nieces got designs on their hands and they were done well! Kenny even fixed them , no problem, when my niece smudged hers because she wouldn't sit still. I was impressed. read more

Okay, so this place looks like an absolute hole in the wall, but it seriously has the best service and I love my mani-pedi!! Kenny and the other girl who worked there are very nice! They seem like they'll do anything for their customers! Like stay later if you needed it because you got off work late. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Cons: they don't put bags on the pedicure bowls, they don't have the special powders and such for the pedicures ( lavender, orange) Overall I had a good pedicure, only one toe has chipped in a few weeks! I would recommend this place for a pedicure as long as your not looking for a ton of bells and whistles! read more

Amazing! Everyone there was very friendly and easy to talk to! They did an amazing job on my nails! This is the first time I haven't had to go home and re do them myself! The salon was also very clean and organized! Would definitely go back or recommend to a friend! read more

I love this place! Kenny and Kevin are wonderful! Very personable, hard working, and cheerful - Kenny is such a sweetheart - and does amazing work! Kenny is the first manicurist I have ever had where I can walk in the door and say, "I'd like a cute shade of hot pink" or "Seahawks nails with 12 painted on the fourth nail' or whatever I want and she always makes my nails look incredible! Once, when I was exhausted, Kenny realized it without me saying anything and suggested I relax and take a nap. So I let her pick everything - color, design, and all, and I dozed off in their massage chair! It was wonderful, and when I woke up my nails looked absolutely fantastic! I've also called her at 6:30 pm on a Sunday, and she has said "Come on in!" and taken care of me. I'd highly recommend Kenny to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. :) read more

Came in for a pedicure & received amazing service! Sure it might not be the most glamorous nail salon but it has everything you need. Kelly did my nails and she was super relatable, funny & fast. It's only been a week and my gel is already chipping and horrible manicure job- I requested for cuticle trim and all. Soaked my nails for 30 seconds each hand... no oil or any type of cuticle treatment. And I don't do much with my hands for it to be like this. Never going back. Regret tipping 20... customer service was good which is why I rated two stars or else it would've been 0, negative if possible. Very little options for color and gel... they said they have 300 colors... yeah.... more like 30. Extremely unsatisfied. read more

I really, really have had bad luck when it comes to getting my nails did. I think it's because I'm really particular about how I want my set to look. I like them all the same length, same shape. I like them thin and light on the finger. I like them uniform and natural. I have found my place. Kenny Nails. Please, please do not be dissuaded by the way this place looks on the outside - or the inside. It's small and warm but they had plenty of fans blowing to circulate the air. I believe that Kristine was my tech and she was an absolute hoot. I showed up on Sunday with no advance notice and they were pretty busy. Kristine was so hilarious, though, I didn't mind waiting - not one bit. I picked the color I wanted and sat down and waited my turn, watching Family Feud and dinking around on my phone while I waited. I was really impressed at how Kevin was taking his time on a pedicure with another customer, it was wonderful. When I return I am going to splurge on a pedicure, too. And probably my brows - which, I should mention, they don't pull you into a room to do so if that sort of thing bothers you (it doesn't bug me), you may not want to have your waxing needs fulfilled here. read more

Super affordable, very personable, and great looking nails! I was a walk in for a pedicure and manicure and had no wait time. Kenny runs a small, no-frills nail salon in a non-descript strip mall. You won't find mimosas and trendy furniture, but you will step into a clean, welcome place. Her selection of polishes is varied and she's a warm, bubbly person who will take care of your nail needs. She has worked with my daughter in tackling a fungal issue on her big toenail with compassion and knowledgeable information. As a small business owner, COVID restrictions have taken a toll on business, but it's an affordable, enjoyable place to get a pedicure or manicure. read more

My favorite nail shop ever! Kenny always does the best job on my nails. She does an amazing job making them so thin and light that they feel like my real nails except a thousand times better lol. Despite being so thin, I've never had them break, and I'm not gentle with my hands either. Everyone always compliments my nails. I couldn't recommend Kenny enough. read more

Was in need of finding a new nail place since the one I was going to in Puyallup was always super busy and rude employees. Saw this on yelp and thought I would give it a shot.
