I have had the best experience at Honey Bee Lashes. The owner, Cynthia does my lashes and she is the BEST!! She always greets me when I come in, even if she is finishing up with a client. She has taken the time to get to know me. Helped me with finding an amazing skin routine, which has helped with my lash retention. She always goes the extra mile and is super professional and we have soo much fun when she does my lashes. If I need more time that what I am slotted for because my lashes are a little bare, she always will do whatever is needed to make sure I look fabulous!! She knows her craft and does an amazing job on my lashes. I always get compliments on my lashes and how beautiful the look. Let's just say I won't be coming back here again. The customer service is horrible and the lags work is even worst.

The owner of this lash business Cynthia was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. First off my first lash fill with her she told me I had white privilege and proceeded to tell me how the color of my skin dictates how my life has turned out and how the world sees me and treats me. I tried so hard not to cry while getting my lashes done. she would also talk crap about the other lash artist that worked under her. Super unprofessional. Then my appointments after that she would never say anything to me when I walked in and she should take an extra 15- 20 min on her client before me and take it out of my appointment. when I'd come in for fills she would tell me how she needs more time because I'm too bare. Even though I had been having 49 min fills.she would ""fill my lashes and they would look so horrible. You couldn't tell I ever got a fill and the lashes looked spidery all the time. I've been getting my lashes done for 14 years and have never seen such horrible work. I stopped going to her because I couldn't take it anymore. So I Went to a couple different lash artists to look at my lashes and they all told me if I kept going to her any longer, I wouldn't have lashes. She damaged them severely to the point where I had spots that didn't have any growth. I do not recommend going to her or this place unless you want horrible work and damaged lashes. read more

I just moved to the area and am in search of a new lash lady, I came here once and I will never come here again. I won't name the girl that I had an appointment with but she was a half hour late, she told me that it was her birthday and she had been taking shots of vodka throughout the day and at the end of my appointment she asked me if I was being "a good girl" and washing my lashes regularly which I did not appreciate. When it comes to my lashes, I paid a lot more than a regular fill for a mega volume set but since she was behind I ended up getting more of a volume set and my lashes started falling out a couple days after my appointment. The only good thing I can say about my experience is that the tables and leg rest are extremely comfortable but I will not be going back. read more

Used a Groupon I had purchased a while ago to get eyelash extensions. This was my second time ever getting them done.. the first time wasn't the best experience (I went to a different place). The facility here is clean and Cynthia made me feel very comfortable. I told her that I did not want lashes that were too long or fake looking. Anyway, my lashes came out great. They looked natural and full... unlike my first time getting them done, these lashes from her stayed on for two plus weeks. She took her time and did a high quality job. I never thought about getting a fill and maintaining my lashes but am considering otherwise after coming here. Highly recommended! read more

Annie is a quiet soul who took such care of my lashes. I have short and very blonde lashes, but after Annie worked her magic, my lashes actually curled and were tinted black. Loved not wearing mascara for weeks. She even provided me with a lash brush. Highly recommend! read more

I really wanted to like this place but just didn't mesh with it at all. I decided to try this place after taking a break from having my lash extensions from a previous place for over a year. The girl that did my full set was very nice but I didn't like how my lashes looked at the end. There was huge gaps in my lashes and they were so uncomfortable, it would almost hurt if I really pressed my eyes shut. I know what having extensions should feel like and they just didn't feel right. When I went to open my eyes my lashes were stuck together (I know this happens sometimes) but the whole experience was just off putting. I went back to my old lash place and they fixed it. The girl that did my lashes wasn't Cynthia who sounds like she does a terrific job according to other reviews. Their reviews were the reason why I chose this place. However, her apprentice did my lashes and did such a horrible job. There were gaps and some lashes were all over the place. Not the staggered whispy look but the "I just woke up and my lashes are still half asleep look." When it was time for the big reveal, she pointed out that my right lashes looked kind of crazy, and didn't fix it. I really had to brush them just to make them look decent (1st photo) but a few blinks make them spread apart. A week later, I decided to go to a different salon, and was told my lashes were too few for a fill. Definitely a waste of money. Also, the ladies were very unprofessional. Gossiping in front of the customers about previous clients is unacceptable. 1 Star !! read more

I came to Cynthia for eyelash extensions and it was my first time. I used a Groupon for the service but after seeing her work I would 100% pay full price for a set. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease and was very knowledgeable, she knows her craft well! Her studio is located inside an office building and it is very welcoming and comfortable. She makes great conversation but also knows when to just let you relax and enjoy the service. My eyelashes look incredible, I couldn't be more happy with them. 5 stars for sure! Cynthia is VERY knowledgeable and personable. It's like I've known her forever by just talking to her. She made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing she's doing my lashes correctly. I had them done once before at a different lash studio about a month ago and my eyes were burning and they didn't teach my the proper way to clean and take care of them. But Cynthia took the time to let me know what she's doing and how to clean them without having to ask. My lashes look amazing and full! Exactly what I wanted! Her prices are amazing as well! It's hard to find a good studio with good quality lashes, great prices and even better service. I look forward to going back in 2 weeks for my first fill! I've never written a review before, but this experience made me upset enough that I felt the need. I booked an appointment months in advance for a wedding I was in, after not being able to find an appointment near the initial time I wanted to get. I tired calling to see if I was perhaps doing the booking wrong but no answer. I messaged her asking for help and just got a short response back - "With a client, book online." After a couple months when it was finally near time for my appointment, I receive a text saying it was canceled. No explanation. I do understand things come up, but then offer some type of solution in the text. I already paid for the extensions through Groupon, so I just threw that money away. read more
