When I finally got to Shannon at Smash lash, she showed me how they were being applied incorrectly, so much so I was loosing my own natural lashes. She has worked with me to get all the lashes that were applied wrong off and has reapplied new lash extension on correctly. I have had lash extensions for many years. I had a bad experience with them as I was using an unlicensed, uncertified person applying them at a nail salon. I knew I was in trouble when I was experiencing severe pain after an application. I found Shannon, and made an appointment. She removed my old lashes that had been applied incorrectly and told me I had to wait at least 30 days to allow my real lashes to grow back, if they did at all due to the damage that had been caused. She applied my new lashes. I was amazed at her skill, knowledge of her products, pain free, sterile like precautions that I had not witnessed before. I noticed recently that my lashes were falling out and was worried about what to do. I did some research on lash extensions and found Shannon. I was nervous since I am a tom boy and have a hard time with anything around my eyes. Shannon made me feel at ease about the whole process. I have white eyelashes that are almost see-through (I'm a red head). By April of 2014, I had already gone to three different places in Tacoma for lash extensions. No one knew what they were doing. They had a hard time seeing my lashes and ended up gluing numerous extensions onto numerous different lashes (the totally wrong way, as its supposed to be one extension per one last). I have been going to shannon for 3 years now and visit her location in queen anne. I have followed her to every location that she has been at shes that good. I have had several friends try out other extension places and all have come back with damage and missing lashes. I have been using shannon for 3 years and I have not had any of those problems. Before going to Shannon I went to a nail salon that offered lash extensions. HUGE mistake. It was cheap, but I got what I paid for... they looked completely fake, were glued to my skin, horrid looking and slightly painful! I found shannon smash lash back in october and I must say she is amazing! I love my lashes! I have been going to her for my fills and I must say that when I do go in I barely have to have a lot to fill since she does such a great job, they hardly fall out. I've been going to Shannon for six months and she is amazing! Lots of my friends get Lash extensions but none of them look as good as Shannon's. My lashes look natural but thick and full an I barely have to wear makeup now because of the length added to my lashes I can pull off the 'natural' look all thanks to her.
