I've been here three times I was a satisfied customer the first two times I had a gel manicure's and was very pleased with there work. But yesterday I had my first gel pedicure here and it was one of the worst pedicure experiences I have ever had. The nail technician accidentally had cut my toe so bad that it bleed the entire rest of the pedicure. My toe is still in throbbing pain and it still hurts to walk. As a diabetic I am very cautious about my feet and I am very concerned about possible infection. The woman who was doing my pedicure was too concerned about the other customers coming in rather than the customer she was currently working on. I tried this place again- they were good for about 4 months, then I brought my friend here & they blew it again. See the attached photo of how they did her feet & when asked to change the color & clean it up a little, the manager (Tran) went off on her in both their language & ours LOL. I was embarrassed. It's like they felt like we were difficult & made a point to be more hospitable to anybody else. It looked and felt racist. They showed us one panel of gel colors to choose from and showed another lady a much bigger spread of gel colors. My first time here. Easter Sunday, my mistake. I just wanted a pedicure, the lady at the front was nice, but then she is also the one who did part of my pedicure. She cut me on two! toes. By cutting two short. I was bleeding she wiped the blood on a rag and left it in the dirty rolling tray. Then grabbed a file off another cart. she was rushing and being rough. The polish was put on by someone else, that was fine, but bleeding is not okay. I said something and got an additional leg massage, but never coming back. For new nail service seekers, don't come here. I'm a usual customer for this salon. The owner is what kept me coming. She's sweet and thoughtful. But the girls that work here, do not recommend. Today I asked for 1/2 leg wax and hot stone pedicure. I only needed the back legs waxed so usual $10-20 add on service fee. $30 this time. My pedicure was supposed to have the hot stone massage. But apparently it's my fault for being on my phone that I "missed" the feeling of hot stones rubbing on my legs. Then I asked for short , round nail trim. She contrasted can't have both because she can't file round on short nails. Like what? You can't cut them round as you shorten? At this point I'm over it...I didn't want to make a scene at this establishment but def was not worth $70 for it. On top of being hackled to upgrade my devices. There's lots of staff and they were really friendly. We went on a Monday afternoon, our appointment started right on time. It was important for my friend and I to stay together, and they really accommodated us on that. My nail tech was cat and she did a phenomenal job. I believe the pedicure tag name was Mary and she really took time to give me a good massage and make it as relaxing as possible. As always, I like to be transparent with the price. For the organic pedicure and gel, and then a full set with a little bling. I came here for a walk-in pedicure & the lady was so unwelcoming. She was rough to where it would never have been relaxing. She managed to make my big toenail crooked. She was scraping off glitter off the nail file so clearly has used multiple times. She went off to restock & do whatever during my time. I would not recommend this place. There's definitely better options. As a working mom I don't get time out much to do stuff for myself so this was very disappointing. Got the job done though. Lol. read more

I've the worst pedicure experience here. I did like the pricing but like I said the experience was bad. The pedicure was painful when she was using a tool under my toe nail and was going in too deep under my nail. I told her it hurts and she didn't say anything to me but then started talking to the lady next her that was doing mr boyfriends pedicure. Then when she was painting my toes the lady that was doing my boyfriends toes was asking if I'm sure I don't want gel because gel is better. First off the interior is beautiful and we got greeted right when we walked in the door. I got a pedi & mani and my boyfriend got a mani. They have a nail menu where you can choose what type of services you want which I loved because who doesn't want to get what they paid for. We loved how fast and efficient they got it done. Well... I've been going here for a while now for a pedicure and gel on my natural nails. They've done a decent job for the most part. However when I wanted to try dip powder on my natural nail because gel would lift and start to rip off after 10 days. The application was clumpy and didn't even cover my full nail leaving the part by my cuticle still open. While she was in progress of doing my nails I would ask her to correct it and she said I'm just being picky. I told her I think everyone getting their nails done appreciates consistency and for their whole nail to be painted/covered not just 80%. Because I was limited to time I let things be. After I left the nail salon I couldn't even stand to look at how thick and bubbled up my nails looked. So I called and said I would appreciate them to take my dip off asap and a refund because no one would be happy with these nails. Manager agreed and said she apologized for not meeting expectation and said Saturday morning I can come in for my refund and removal. It's now sunday and she did send my money back and refused to take them off because it's "too busy" she didn't offer to come at a later time so that will be the last of my business. read more

During my pedicure my toenail was cut all the way down to my cuticle bed. The polish was bumpy and uneven. My toenails were all uneven. I said several times there were issues with the polish, and the overall pedicure. The woman flipped her hand at me and repeatedly cut me off, never even acknowledging what I was saying. I ended up paying $53 to a different shop the next day to take the polish off and re-do my nails. This was the worst and most abusive pedicure I've ever had in my life.
