I highly recommend Kat for not only lashes and waxing, but she gives thee best facials! I have not been comfortable with anyone touching my face for YEARS. I was in to get some waxing done, and she mentioned getting a facial as well. At first I was hesitant, but I am so happy I decided to let her! Now, I ask her for a facial EVERY week! I love how comfortable I feel in her space, and she is hilarious and so down to earth. It does not feel like you are in a strict and overly sterile office where everyone has an attitude. Her prices are so reasonable too, you cant say no! read more

Tried multiple times to get lashes done here, the first time I showed up and she wasnt done with her previous appointment. I let her know via text I was going to vape outside. When I texted and called to see if she was ready she didn't answer. So figured she wasn't ready. Appointment didnt end up happening. Made appointment for today, called and she said I canceled. When in fact I never cancelled. Couldn't even text the person I had appointment to see if she cancelled. Glad I called to ask first or would have drove there for no reason, again. Never trying to rebook just a complete waste of time. read more

Purchased a Groupon, made an apt and went there and no one was there. I called, text and emailed nothing. Sat there for 30min finally left. I could see she read my text and she never responded. So unprofessional. I am now trying to get my money back from Groupon..So disappointed. read more

You couldn't pay me to go back to this place!! Got my lashes done. 10/30/20 one full set, ""individual lashes"" As advertised on Groupon. I can't even stat to explain how disappointed I was. flew out of state for a special occasion the next morning they started falling off that's when I realize there were three-in-one and not individuals as they had advertised. Just got off the phone with Kat some people need to learn the true meaning of customer service she was extremely rude. I hope these pictures speak louder than my words. This place was extremely loud to be consider a spa the music in the background profanity, The girl the dip my lashes said that she was the owner's daughter SMH.. save Yourself your money and a bad experience. read more

I've been getting my eyelashes done for about eight years. It's hard to find a great eye lash studio. I finally found one that is close to me in Puyallup. I get volume lashes. They don't put too much glue and the lashes last. The biggest problem with most places is putting too much glue which can ruin your natural lashes. My lashes look so good. I an so glad i found this place. read more

I've been going here for over a year, I see Kat and she does incredible work! She really cares about your eyelash health and making sure the lashes are done properly. She reminds you of the importance of keeping your lashes clean to help make them last longer. I go in every two weeks for a fill, or do a mini fill if I have a special event. The prices are affordable and I am happy every time with my service! Kat is funny and easy to talk to, or you can just taken a lash nap I highly recommend Kat and her team! read more

Walk in very cute, however nobody to greet you and I had to wait about 7 minutes before anybody came out not very personable at all she didn't seem like she wanted to be there, I used a Groupon I had 3 teeth whitening, I scheduled my second one went again nobody to greet you finally someone came which she was nice but I waited 30 minutes for them to say the machine didn't have a light, they said they'd call me to reschedule and never did but not sure if I even want go back. read more

I went to Tepy and I really like how she did my lashes, the staff is nice, the spa is really cute!

I love it here! Kat is amazing. The decor is gorgeous and it's very comfortable and calm. I had one small problem and Kat saw me immediately and gave me an extra hour of her time without charge to fix it. I'm also 9 months pregnant and really squiggly, and have to keep my hips tilted to keep baby off my back, and they worked with my squiggly-ness and were really nice about it, and also helped me up off the table. Prices are reasonable, and their own lash cleanser is great and pretty cheap for a big bottle of it. read more

My eyes look fabulous! My sister goes there so I decided to try. I am so glad I did. There isn't a lot of products for sale there, but it was still was a lovely experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much for making me look fabulous exclamation read more

Tristan was super fun and personable. Really cared about what I wanted. Made sure that we got the best care and that we were happily satisfied with our results. The whole spa was also very organized, very clean, cute, and a friendly environment. Thank you so much! read more

Kat's Lash & Spa - Skin Care Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

There has been too much drama with this place. You don't let one of your best lashes technicians go and then call her clients and talk smack about her. Then send a text to them offering them 50% off to come back using her full name in the text. Very poor business ethics. read more

Don't go here. They try and nickel and dime you. It's been 2 weeks since my previous fill. My girl at a different salon does them for me and is on vacation so I wanted to try a different place. Not only did I drive far to come here but as I sat down she tried to upsell me to a megafill saying I didn't have many lashes on, which I don't have many natural lashes to start. Not only was it my first time coming in and trying a new place out but then being talked to and being told I have to pay more in a condescending way isn't a place I'd recommend to anyone. Kaylee is unprofessional and rude. Thanks for ruining a service I went out of my way to get to celebrate being married with out my husband in person. I'm pretty sure putting 10 more classic lashes on eyeballs doesn't cost $35 more than $45. I was honest about not wanting to pay $75 for my first time somewhere and she said it was because of the amount of product being used. She also tried switching my time last minute. If you want to end up in tears with out getting a service you planned on... then be their client. read more

Kat's Lash & Spa - I'm not sure if I was being rude or super sensitive... but it seems like she was already planning on treating me like trash. - Skin Care Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

I have had my lashes done off and on for the last 5 years. I go to Kaylee here and she is absolutely amazing. My lashes look amazing when she is done and they stay full and beautiful even if I have to wait 3 weeks to fill. I have very short, blonde, weak natural lashes and she has cared for my lashes so well that my natural lashes are actually growing back and are even getting fuller the longer I see her. I would hands down recommend Kat's lashes to everyone and I do recommend them every time I get a compliment on how beautiful my lashes look. It's a great experience all around. You won't find the quality of lash extensions anywhere else even spending double what Kat's lashes charge (trust me I've gone to 6 different lash artists in the Tacoma and Seattle area) I will never trust my poor little lashes with anyone else. Thank you Kaylee!!! read more

I got a Groupon for this place and got a full classic set done by Tristan. My eyes were still trying to focus after leaving, and once I got to my car I was on the verge of tears. It looked like my extensions have gone through 2 weeks of wear, my outer corner extensions were barely attached close to the lash line, and after brushing out my lashes I had already lost multiple extensions on each eye. Mind you, I am nowhere near lacking eyelashes, she even went on to compliment how nice my natural lashes are. Just 3 days have passed and I'm already getting a fill at a different place. Save your money and spend it at a quality place! Don't spend less and book with Tristan, if anything book with the owner, Kat. read more

This is a hidden gem I came in and had Paris do my eyelashes.. she was amazing and my lashes have never looked so beautiful. Honestly, this place is 10/10. The lady who did my eyelashes was really nice and wasn't awkward to talk to. It's been 3 weeks and my eyelashes still look really full. In addition, her craftsmanship on my eyes Was a piece of art. Unlike other places The eyelashes they used are soft and are not heavy to the eyes. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for eyelash extensions. The owners moved to a bigger building so they are still decorating and getting stuff in so don't be scared when you walk in. read more

Kat's Lash & Spa - I got a full set of lashes and they looked amazing and natural! Can't wait to get them again. - Skin Care Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

I've been here a few times, and the service is great. The girls are really nice and it's comforting to know that they know what they are doing. Kat's Lash and Spa seems to be very popular because I've always had to book a week or two in advance, not a complaint though. I'm not too happy with the price of eyelashes extensions but that is not exclusive to this company alone, as far as I'm concerned any professional will have lash extensions in the price range of $90-170, but Kats Lash and Spa make it worth it. Mine have always lasted at least 3 weeks, which is pretty impressive. Only unfortunate experience is that the first time my girl didn't fully tape my eyelid shut and the glue burned my eyes read more

Kat is my go to Esthetician!! I definitely recommend her! Her expertise and knowledge along with her attention to detail is on point!

I am so glad that I chose to get my lashes done with Kat. She is so easy to talk to and professional. I had never had lashes before and she was able to give me exactly what I imagined. I am very excited to continue to get my lashes done with her. I highly recommend Kat's lashes to anyone looking into getting their first set or even a fill. read more

I got a Mega fill and coming from another lash place that wasn't so what I wanted, they look AMAZING. I couldn't be happier. I'm in awe.

I go to Kat for eyelash extensions and she's awesome!! She knows what she's doing, and leaves your lashes looking beautiful afterward! Definitely going to keep returning because they look so good. I live about 30 mins away and I could probably find a place closer but I refuse to because she is definitely worth the drive. :) read more

I bought a groupon to get a brow wax and mini facial for my birthday. I booked an appointment online on 05/02 for and appointment on 05/18 because that was the first available time that worked with both of our schedules. Kat's schedule is very limited. She doesn't seem to have availability after 5:00 p.m. If you have a full time job M-F, it is hard to find time to get in with her. Nevertheless, I opted for a 4:15 appointment because I was going to leave work a little early that day in order to get down to Puyallup from Auburn. At 12:40 p.m., the day of my appointment, Kat text me saying that she needed to reschedule because she had something come up. Seriously, the day of my appointment?!? Within less than 4 hours before my appointment time?!? So annoying! I get that things come up but less than a 4 hour notice? That is unacceptable in my opinion. I asked her if she could fit me in Saturday morning sometime to make up for my cancelled appointment. Nope! Only she only had Friday afternoon or Sunday at 9:45 a.m. available. Of course neither of those times work for me. Since my birthday is Tuesday and I can't get in before then to see her AND the whole reason I bought this was to treat myself for my birthday, I am cancelling my groupon and getting a refund. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to this. Considering Kat was the one who cancelled the appointment, I would have really appreciated a little extra effort to reschedule my cancelled appointment on her part. Maybe fit me in before her first appointment Saturday or something? Guess not. read more

I bought a Groupon for a brow wax and tint with Kat. When I called to make an appointment, she was laughing and talking to someone else during the whole phone call, which I thought was a little rude and unprofessional, but I made the appointment. Then, the night before the appointment she texted me at 9:30pm to ask to push it back by 30 minutes. That worked with my schedule so I texted back that that would be fine. The next day, I ran into traffic on the way there, so I texted 15 minutes before I was scheduled to say I was running late. She never responded. Then when I got there, 15 minutes late, the lights were out and no one was there. I texted to apologize for being late and asked if she was still around, but she never responded to that text either. I still haven't heard a word from her in response to my texts or to reschedule the appointment. I'm pretty appalled by the unprofessionalism and poor business practices. At this point I'm over trying to reschedule and I'm just planning on eating the cost of the Groupon, luckily it wasn't very expensive. I would NOT recommend this place. read more
