I haven't had any lashes or lashes work done in over 2 years; and my last experience was less than I had hoped. This place was everything I hoped it would be! It's so cute and clean, with health and mask checks at the door to keep everyone safe. Julia did my lashes. She was so kind and gentle. The other ladies working were super sweet and fun as well! I waited a few days to write my review to see how well the work would hold up, and I'm so happy with how they are holding up! They still look great. I made an appointment to see Julia again in a couple weeks and I'm already looking forward to going back. I don't treat myself very often, and I'm happy to spend my self-love money with these gals. They are very professional and while I only had Julia doing work, every girl had someone with an appointment in my time here; this is a good sign! Note to potential customers: If you make an appointment with these gals, make sure to keep it or give them ample notice. I got to come in earlier due to someone canceling at the last second; but this hurts their business. These ladies work hard. read more

I find that there is no loyalty to anyone one customer! The lies that are told to you, stem from their click......There lashes are by far not great every time, nor are they on time with their appts. And the price is very inconsistent, however, more than most shops. Then I got the COVID excuse for closing until Tuesday, Jan 4th.......however, most shops chose to close until then. And they expect to be tipped even when the service was less than you expected! Then to add more insults, Kayla calls me to yell at me then, texts me with the treat of no further services........hmmmmm, what makes her think I want more services.....I thought I made that clear when I asked to cancel all my future appts. That's gratitude for being a good customer and recommending her shop! I regret ever having said anything nice........she has been very rude!!! read more

After being denied the sensitive glue, having a horrible reaction to the glue they used, and then two failed follow up appointments where there were constant 'miscommunications', it's clear that Kayla does not know how to properly run a business. read more

Will def. be coming here for all my fills. I get the volume fill. It is in a very good location too there is street parking & the place itself is very cute. I ended up having to find another salon to go to after seven years at the previous one I frequented, and this is the eyelash gal my daughter was seeing and raved about. I've been coming here for several months now, and I'm so glad I made the switch. She really listens to what I want, and when I can't decide, she knows exactly what will look best on me. Go for the MEGAS or hybrids! You'll be so glad that you did. As far as the products go, I have never had an issue with burning or redness. My lashes always last until my next appointment, and their prices are reasonable...they don't cost you an arm/leg like a lot of other salons.
