So I found this place through a co worker of mine. And she went ahead and helped me get in literally 2 days after I requested for an appointment. And believe me, for those who know and live my lashes, it is dang hard to get in ANYWHERE ! But anyway, The drive from Lacey was not bad at all. There is plenty of parking space and the front of the shop was gorgeous. I love the decor they had, it felt very chic and welcoming. As a first timer, I felt very welcome. My lash tech, (I am so bad with names) I think was Michelle ‍ (sorry If I am wrong) but, she did an amazing job. First of all, those under the eye pads, did not leave my eyes open slightly to where they start to burn. She put them on perfectly. And I just let her do her thing and she did. Once I opened my eyes, my lashes were exactly what I wanted them to look like and feel. She did amazing! I will definitely return. My old lash girl moved to Houston, so I needed to find someone close to home that (obviously) was going to do a solid job. I stumbled across Jenn on Yelp and also checked out her Instagram, and decided to book with her. My first appointment with her was fun, because we discovered that we were super close in our pregnancies - her daughter was born a month or so before my son, so we always had that to connect with each other during appointments! Fast forward to now, and I love my appointments with Jenn! It's so fun to chat with her and be able to connect with someone who understands mom life and all the things that come with it. Beyond that, she's damn good at what she does! My lashes always look SO GOOD when I leave my appointments and I've had some insane retention in the past (not so much currently, as I'm going through postpartum hair loss... IYKYK). At my last appointment we did something really fun - added some pops of COLOR! So, some of my lashes are expertly placed and are blue and purple. I absolutely loooove them and I don't think I'll be going back. Lastly - Jenn is AMAZING about schedule flexibility. She understands that life happens, mom'min happens, and sometimes I have to ask for a reschedule and she never asks me to pay a fee or anything. Seriously amazing! The process took about two hours, but time flew by chatting with her. She is located inside the Harmon restaurant on the 3rd floor and I would recommend parking in the back of the building, since the front only has 90 minute paid parking. The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. It was the one following touch up that that I was never able to reschedule. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.
