I'm kind of sad about my experience because everyone else seems to really like it here. I came in and requested an eyebrow tint and thread as well as a chin thread. The girl seemed to be new maybe? I've been getting my face threaded for a very long time and it's never hurt so bad in my life. Come to find out after I left I was bleeding in more than a couple spots! They were nice and they play soft music in the background which is nice, but idk about the actual service. I may try one more time and request a different person?? Overall 4/10 for my experience. I received a horrible service today. I always go to the one located in Lakewood town center but today I was driving close to 72nd street so I decided to go to the one located on Tacoma 72nd, to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. The person who did my upper lip was extremely rude I asked her if she could do it gentle because she was hurting me she looked and me and did not did it she bleed my lip and left my upper lip hurting so bad. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years now. I just recently stopped having the top and middle of my eyebrows threaded because it breaks my skin out. I've told them this every time I come in. It's like they're deaf & don't listen to anything I say. I've had to snatch their hands and push them off because they keep trying to do the top and middle of my brows when I REPEATEDLY say not to. I shouldn't even pay for the service when they can't listen to their customers needs. Then they think it's funny when I get upset. Today will be the last day I go to this place. Been going to Kelly locations for over a year for my brows. Their prices are good and they regularly have deals and stamp cards which make it more affordable. We have found some employees do a good job at shaping, some are ok and some I do not prefer. I wish the ladies had more of a set schedule so I know which location and which day I can find the ones I like, they are rostered to different locations. Went in today and immediately I knew I was not a fan of this employee. My daughters brows were red when done, she hardly ever gets pink after having her brows threaded and my skin was pinched a few times leaving blood dots under my skin. She was very rough. I wish all the employees were trained the same or at least had a schedule so I can visit my preferred persons regularly. I LOVE to get my brows done here, until today.. the two ladies who usually do my eyebrows weren't there and that should've been my sign to leave because my eyebrows got ruined. I asked for a clean up and walked out with early 2000s THIN brows. I didn't think I'd have to say "not too thin" because I've never had an issue especially with this place. Very nice workers and very reasonable price however I was very disappointed with a wax I had done. I had a full leg wax and was left with it being very patchy and not the soft smooth feeling I was hoping for. After she was done she asked if there was anywhere I noticed that she missed (after she already did all the detailing and touch ups) I thought "are we looking at the same leg bc I see hairs everywhere" I pointed out a few spots but even after that there was still so much hair left it felt pointless to point at every spot bc there were so many. I would say only about 60% of the hair on my legs was removed. Along with that I was left with super sticky legs after and was covered in wax which is very hard to get off. My legs still feel sticky and I am still finding wax after showering and scrubbing my legs. All I was left with from this wax is burning, irritated, sticky, and hairy legs. Don't recommend going to them for a wax. read more

I have been to several of the Kally's threading locations and all have been great! They have a variety of services and get you in and out quick without sacrificing quality. I've been going to them for almost a year now and will continue to do so. If you're looking for a legit place to go for eyebrow threading, any of the locations will do right by you.
