I'm pretty basic but will change it up now and again. Her schedule is flexible and I'm always able to get in. I always call ahead for an appointment even though they do take walk-ins. I know happens, but I've never seen her turn away Any walk-ins. She has a history with her clients and is always engaging in conversations about family and the latest going on of the client.
