The person who did my upper lip was extremely rude I asked her if she could do it gentle because she was hurting me she looked and me and did not did it she bleed my lip and left my upper lip hurting so bad. I asked for her name and said " I don't know" I got my receipt but I'm not sure if that's her name on it, but she was wearing a blue flowerd shirt and coloured dot on her forehead I tried to contact the manager by calling the place located on lakewood but no one answered.

There were no tears or cuts and got all the little hairs. My only complain is that one of my eye brows is thinner than the other at the tail end. The lady had not told me she burned me. She put aloe vera on top of it and told me to put Aquaphor once I'm home because it was just irritation during the day. I was feeling stinging, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the next day waking up I woke up to scarring and burns You go to these places to feel beautiful not to get hurt and now have to be dealing with the scarring. LeNice is by far the kindest, most experienced person I've met. You cannot beat the prices btw. Most microblading range from 500-1700 dollars! She quickly eased my fears. It was quick and painless, she even numbed your eyebrows before getting started. LeNice was not pushy at all, and catered to your every decision. That was her motto, "it's your face, not mine."
