I've been coming here for years for eyebrow threading and tint. Everyone is welcoming and the service is quick. Recently I found I prefer waxing to the treading. I have had good and eek outcomes with both shape and tint. If I was guaranteed the same outcome I wouldn't be so hesitant between services. I try to time my eyebrow tinting for when I don't have anywhere I need to be. The tint for me takes a few days before it starts to look natural. When it does look good to me, I enjoy not having to fill them in every morning. The tint last me about 3 weeks. read more

Before this incident happened I was a loyal and frequent client to them, having my sister introduce me to them , I loved thieir prices and outcomes, Now I'm not making this review to bash or to not have customers go with them, but just to give a little notice to people of what might happen with the service I had gotten provided I had went in Tuesday August 4th 2026 to get a 35$ if I'm not mistaken full face and had asked for wax on my sides and chin what I got was burns in the moment. The lady had not told me she burned me. She put aloe vera on top of it and told me to put Aquaphor once I'm home because it was just irritation during the day. I was feeling stinging, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the next day waking up I woke up to scarring and burns You go to these places to feel beautiful not to get hurt and now have to be dealing with the scarring. Got my eye brows and lip done here. The service was fast I went in pretty early like around 11 am and the lady took me right away. Everything was going well until I got in the car to asses my brows closer and realized they were uneven. All I asked was for a cleaning and to keep the thickness of my brows as is. But I guess I should've known better because I saw a review that said the same thing about this place. Overall the service wasn't actually bad. I still got the rest of my brows cleaned and my lip pretty good. If you're picky about your brows probably wouldn't recommend this one and just go to the Lakewood location. They used to stamp a card to keep track of uses and every time they would tell me someone used it at least once at there other location. Stopped by with no reservation and was seen within 15 mins. I went with full face threading. Overall, the worker did a really good job with my skin. There were no tears or cuts and got all the little hairs. My only complain is that one of my eye brows is thinner than the other at the tail end. I've had extensions before, and from this place. This experience was completely different and terrible. The fumes were so intense this time that I requested to stop several times and the person applying lashes offered me water. My upper respiratory tract, nasal passages and esophagus are still burned from the glue three days later, and swallowing is difficult. There is clearly too much glue on my lashes, as there's a feeling of painful tension, again unlike my first extension experience. Many of my lashes have broken or fallen out, especially in the corners of my eyes as evidenced in the attached image, despite to-the-T following of aftercare instructions. This was much too much of a health risk, and I will not be taking it again. Period. read more

Getting my eyebrows done makes me nervous because I've had soooo many horrible experiences. I have naturally thick eyebrows and places tend to make my brows too thin/uneven frequently. There was about a 30ish minute wait because they only had one lady working and a full lobby of guests working, but the lady told me the other woman had called in sick and she apologized for the wait time, which was nice. The lash service is horrible here if you have ever had lashes donbefore. Not only that but the price point for bad lashes is outrageous! Got lashes done and not even 20min leaving the place they started falling out and not even a week of having them half of them have fallen out. I feel this review will only be a confusing one.... my Eyebrows we're still on so I'm happy. They didn't make them shorter. The cons from my visit are as follows.. you can take what you get from it. The lady kept trying to convince me to do Threading. I have been threading them for many years but last month I had them wax and from my personal experience from my own eyebrows they didn't grow back as quickly. The lady that wax them last month was out of town and also it was a different place. I only get them done once a month. The place is mainly threading and I get that but they said they do offer waxing. I was pretty nervous was their technique still good since waxing eyebrows is unheard of now. Then she said I'm going to thread them too. This was after she was done waxing. What could I do... okay. I think she wanted to thread because after waxing they usually use tweezers but I guess threading is easier for her. I think it depends on my mood if I would come back. If I'm in happy spirits then yes but if other non lecture place is there then I will choose that spot. Oh one thing that I did that might sound odd but while in the chair I took a selfie of my eyebrows. I told her I want to compare it after. It was kind of an awkward thing to do in front of her. Went here yesterday and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The girl who did my eyebrows was so thorough! She did a great job. The same girl did my tint and it came out very dark. I am pale, so it is noticeable. I told her I thought it was too dark and she told me it could lighten after washing. Later that night it was still too dark. My family members pointed it out to me as well. The girl who answered was very pleasant. They are going to get my eyebrows a lighter color. For this, they get 4 stars! I will amend my review tomorrow, after Mu eyebrows have been lightened. As a side note, they did my boyfriend's eyebrows on a different day. They did a beautiful job! Highly recommended. read more
