OK so i should have written this like over 2 years ago but Sheena is the best damn kept secret in pierce county! And i wanted to have her all to myself as long as I could. I moved here from LA a little over 2 years ago and found out about Sheena by reading yelp reviews when she used to work for XWAX in the New Tacoma area which was close to my home....anywho, fast forward to now....damn right I make the drive all the way to Puyallup just for Sheena! Every single time my eyebrows end up looking the bomb dot com! For realz people, every single time! I get compliments all the time. She is consistent, a true eyebrow/waxing artist, place is always clean, good sanitation practice, good wax quality (trust me i have been waxed by the best in LA/Beverly Hills/Hollywood), Sheena is kind, friendly, professional, and most of all just a really cool down to earth gal. Even my soon to be 70 yr old mother loves her! She converted her overly plucked crooked eyebrows into nice and full perfectly arched brows within like 6 months. I am so glad i found Sheena. She has a good amount of years experience and I trust her cuz I know she does quality work...and her prices are reasonable...no offense, but I would rather spend a few bucks extra and stick with Sheena than getting my eyebrows waxed at a nail salon for $10 bucks...i had a bad experience years ago (in LA) because they used cheap quality wax (the brown colored kind that's all thick and hurts when they pull) and they doubled dipped causing me to get an infection and it took me over a year to heal from it! Most of these nail places do not replace the wax from the day before! YES girls I know this sound crazy but most of those places do not practice sanitation correctly!....now that I let my most guarded secret out, I am booking my next appointment before Sheena gets all booked up. Oh and she waxes BOTH men and women! yup anywhere there's hair, she can wax! not many waxers out here in Washington State do waxing for men...its why Sheena is a rare gem. read more
