My old lash girl moved to Houston, so I needed to find someone close to home that (obviously) was going to do a solid job. I stumbled across Jenn on Yelp and also checked out her Instagram, and decided to book with her. My first appointment with her was fun, because we discovered that we were super close in our pregnancies - her daughter was born a month or so before my son, so we always had that to connect with each other during appointments! Fast forward to now, and I love my appointments with Jenn! It's so fun to chat with her and be able to connect with someone who understands mom life and all the things that come with it. Beyond that, she's damn good at what she does! My lashes always look SO GOOD when I leave my appointments and I've had some insane retention in the past (not so much currently, as I'm going through postpartum hair loss... IYKYK). At my last appointment we did something really fun - added some pops of COLOR! So, some of my lashes are expertly placed and are blue and purple. I absolutely loooove them and I don't think I'll be going back. Lastly - Jenn is AMAZING about schedule flexibility. She understands that life happens, mom'min happens, and sometimes I have to ask for a reschedule and she never asks me to pay a fee or anything. Seriously amazing! If you're looking for a new lash artist - look no further than Jenn/Embellash!

Did you get botox?! Your skin looks really good."- Tatiana "Yoooooo they look "- Cameron "Gone are the chola vibes"- Abbey "Seriously you look so pretty and soft"- Lisette "Bella you look marvelous, They look very natural. Dad approves"- Mommy THE 411: I was selected to be a model for Cascadia Ink ... FYI: I've been "drawing" on my eyebrows since 1992 way before it was cool haha The students (and owner/instructor) used a combination of methods for my brows as I have very little and very light eyebrow hair... "microblading, ombre and microshading" My observations: Seriously Good hygiene practice Consistently changing gloves Washing and sanitizing of hands frequently Gentle patient kind knowledgeable thorough Studio was beautifully decorated clean smelled good bright Julie is the owner of Cascadia Ink Holly was the student who invited and worked on me Lina was another student who also worked on me I learned so much about my own skin type, my undertones, the shape of my face and how the shape of my eyebrows can change the look of my face The "hair" strokes are incredibly realistic Julie was also very knowledgeable about the color palate for my eyebrows being careful because of my undertones and my fair skin not to go too dark but still accommodating my preference for darker brows Overall the procedure was mostly painless.. a bit uncomfortable at times but not unbearable. They do apply a numbing cream as well. They gave me a cleansing foam, a cream and clear instructions on how to care for my new brows... It was a Very long process, as I was informed ahead of time it would be (up to 4 hours) this was a teaching session so it was expected. My only constructive feedback would be to encourage the client to take a break... even if they say they're fine... (go tinkle, drink some water and reposition their body a bit) I am "trusting the process" ...butttttt.... The shape is thicker than I'm used to, but is definitely growing on me and the color is way lighter than I like...but super natural looking... once healed I will go for a touch up... and update then... as they may change and evolve with time... I do NOT regret my decision at all and am excited to see the end result! I love how I can wake up and go without looking sickly haha Would I recommend Cascadia Ink? Absolutely! Had a poor experience when trying to get my navel re-pierced after it had closed in recent months…read more(had an established piercing for years, done elsewhere). Had booked an appointment several weeks prior. At the time of re-piercing, it did not align with where the marked "dots" had been drawn prior to the needle stick. If it wasn't going to be pierced in the same exact spot as discussed prior to the piercing, then I'd rather just be told so and not get it. Also the length of the ring used for the attempted piercing was short (like a regular replacement ring you'd use after it's all healed); it wasn't long enough for a new piercing. It seemed she was trying to make the new piercing length on my navel fit the available ring she had (also the ring had a jagged-edged jewel on it, not a nice round, plain ball top. It would have gotten caught on everything and been a nightmare during healing). I didn't want an entirely different scar. That's exactly what I was trying to avoid, and had communicated this prior to piercing. The new piercing was so unsightly, it was upsetting to me. Bottom line, I asked for it to be removed and I left. Then I had to let my navel heal up for awhile. It's like going through healing but no piercing to show for it. I'll be extremely cautious about letting anyone touch my navel again.

I basically was born with sparse and dead straight lashes so the contrast had a chance to be wild. After 3 years of exceptional waxing appointments and lash lifts I officially decided to try it out. Lou has been doing lashes longer than I've even known about them, and ensured me that I would feel elevated yet natural. Yeah, she was right! Her process was professional, her conversation always great to pass the time, and the end product was exactly what I wanted and needed. The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.
