She put 30 volume on my hair and only processed for 15 minutes.. it was and still is yellow. At the time when she cut my hair on the first appointment we discussed how to do it for when I came back to have it foiled.. I mean the color I wanted white.. to match my gray. That's not what I got. I took a picture of it and I notified her the next day, and she had the gall to say it was something that I did. Like I washed my hair in bad water or I used Pomade or some sort of product to do that..!! Which neither one of those things I had done at all.. so she was also supposed to cut it barely did anything to it at all.. didn't even frame it around my face, I had to recut my hair after I got home.. I am an ex hairdresser and I just cannot believe the way she wouldn't even apologize. She charged me $100 for this.!!?? So when I asked my money back all I got back was $40. So I have to walk around now with this yellow crap in my hair until it can be cut out..I alread had a consultation done buy a different hairdresser. And it would be expensive and more damaging to my hair to get it fixed. And the other thing that she did was pulled it through all the way to the ends, which it was only supposed to have done my roots. She flat-out denies it. Looked right at me and lied to my face and said she didn't do it when it's clearly you can see that's what she did..!!! I mean I'm not dumb and I'm not blind you can see it's pulled from one end to the other.. I do not recommend this lady at all.. she wouldn't even admit what she did or even say she was sorry.. she did suggest Maybe letting me.. let her try to do something more to it but.. not if you're going to sit right there and look at me and lie to my face! I gave her these inspiration photos and it came out nothing like I wanted. I'm a bit upset because she said the $50 deposit for the appointment to be booked would go into my total but she still charged me 250 (paid 300 total) and my hair is TWO different colors (I wanted blonde highlights at the tips but it came out two different shades of red/dark orange. I just want to warn anyone else because I had no idea from the good reviews! Please be aware!! Response to Reply: She told me about my hair not lifting to blonde after she already bleached my whole hair. I believe there should've been a patch test before going through with the style. After my hair didn't lift she tried bleaching again with still not the right result. She never told me to come back for another session to get my final result but said to come back if the copper fades after a while. The reason I left saying it looked nice is because it was styled and harder to see (because it was curled) and only found out when I went out to dinner that night and someone pointed out the difference in color. She also had company over during purchase which made it intimidating to say anything about not getting what I wanted because I was alone. After this review was posted she responded to my message of giving back my 50 dollar deposit but says she will not refund me (not even partial for not liking the style she did on my hair) and will only do another appointment. In the end, my hair costed $250 for a style that is not what I wanted. I did have red hair before but have not had it redone for a long time (so it was fading). Update: Never got my appointment reservation money back.

She left me with some lipstick for touch ups later in the day which I had not expected and I really, really appreciated. Every moment with Yessie is calm and collected and she was so pleasant to be around during my trial session before my engagement photos and on my wedding day. Yessie was always flexible and tried out different hairstyles with me at my trial. She was really patient and we felt awful when Wes forgot to bring down her final payment from our room to pay her on our wedding day.. so she had to wait until we could send my brother to our room to find the envelope we had prepared for her. In the end, we finally got it to her in-person, despite some confusion over where to find her when she stepped out for lunch but she took the delay in stride and never showed any impatience or unhappiness with us to which I am forever grateful. Everything seemed fine at the time of booking, but when I reached out in January to schedule my trial, I received no response. I followed up multiple times over the course of four months via email, text, and phone calls--ignored every time. My wedding planner also attempted to contact her on my behalf, with no success. At this point, it is clear this is not a case of a missed message or temporary delay--Yessie ghosted me as a client. Because of this, I was forced to find and book a new hair and makeup artist under time pressure, adding unnecessary stress during what is already a busy planning period. To make matters worse, I never received my deposit back. For other future brides out there, please do not let Yessie scam you. Taking a client's deposit and then completely disappearing without any communication or services rendered is unacceptable.

Roxanne is super friendly though and Megan is very customer service oriented. I got i ntouch with her hoping to get it redone, but was offered a lash tint when my lashes are already black.... I feel like a lash lift is just a lash lift though. Just sucks having paid what I did for a 'professional' lash lift that wasn't accomadating to my lashes. Beauty is a science, and I dont think it was measured in my appointment with Roxanne. I then contacted the owner to express my experience with her company, who called me and said things like "you have hardly any eyebrows to begin with, so what she did looked good" "I thought you had great coverage" "the eyelashes look fine" not once ever mentioning what an awful experience I had with the girl and not to mention the fact that she THEN said it was all my fault cause I moved. Oh sorry that it took you over two months to send me a contract from when I paid my deposit for your services, in which time I moved. I paid 200.00 for the worst experience of my life. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing.
