We had a bit of a miscommunication about the appointment time/date, but I was elated when Jenny went out of her way to accommodate me after hours. Although it was late, she took her time, talked me through my options, and took the time to go above and beyond with her artistry. She is professional and gentle with her work. I came prepared to nap with a blanket and headphones. However, upon waking up from a quick nap and getting a little restless as I do, we ended up chatting a bit until I enjoyably lost track of the time. I also appreciate that Jenny is eager to learn the new techniques and perfect her artistry. I think it's important that technicians are receptive to client feedback and learning, and Jenny definitely checks the boxes. My only challenges are the distance, my availability, and my budget but when I do get my lashes done, I'll definitely choose Jenny!

I wanted an in-between but on the fuller side "to try something new." Jenny knew exactly what I was talking about and delivered. She's been at this longer than most. 10+ years. She doesn't rush. While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. Love that the spoolie she gave comes in a protective case. Highly, highly recommend.

I got the classic set and I was shooketh! My lashes looked so full and she even designed it to look like a cat-eye (short to long, starting from the inner eye going outwards). She completed a full set in 35 min, squeezed me in on extreme short notice, my ass was late, and still hooked it up. The artist does have a kiddo. That makes me comfortable because I have one too. It's $140 for a full set and I continue to be asked where do I go. I come here! I let her know that the cluster-lashes keep failing out. She didn't use them this time. Under eye tape feels like duct tape when it comes off. You will get up-sales the minute you walk in the door and throughout your entire appointment. A hybrid lash fill lasted only 30 minutes at best! Couldn't even brush lashes because clumps of glue. She talked to another employee in a foreign language over my head the entire appointment, I finally asked are you training her and the answer was no. No primer/bonder, no mister, I don't even think there was a fan used. My eyes hurt from the minute I left. Anytime I closed or squinted my eyes it hurt! I'm sure it was from the glue clumps stuck to my skin or something. Lashes should never hurt absolute worst experience ever. It was so embarrassing to go to someone else to get these cleaned up. The fans were just clumped on there. Picture show after two weeks going to someone else for a cleanup.

The area for facials is separated from the lash lounge and has its own intimate, relaxing ambiance. Samy even provides a little headband along with the robe, which is such a nice touch.
