I wanted an in-between but on the fuller side "to try something new." Jenny knew exactly what I was talking about and delivered. She's been at this longer than most. 10+ years. She doesn't rush. While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. Love that the spoolie she gave comes in a protective case. Highly, highly recommend.

I noticed that with other places, water usually gets into my eyes whenever I would shower or wash my face. Not with Rosyu! CLEANLINESS! Jenny uses one time use tools and keeps things clean. She also asks you to wait in the car until the start of your appointment, to help minimize the amount of people there at one time. CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jenny is so sweet. I enjoyed the conversations we had. She would also ask me if I was doing ok from time to time, and would make sure that my eyes were as comfortable as possible.

That was until I noticed my brows were becoming a little uneven and too arched, so I ended up finding this gem! This place is so clean and cute! There's plenty of parking, and it's run by a mother and daughter duo, which I thought was so sweet. I came in on a Friday afternoon and waited about 15 minutes with three people ahead of me, which honestly wasn't bad at all considering there are only two people working. When it was finally my turn, I explained how I wanted my brows to look, showed a previous picture for reference, and asked if it was possible to get my soft, natural arch back. The owner told me it was possible, and she got right to work. I was absolutely surprised by how precise, fast, and painless the experience was! Before coming here, I would go to my usual Renton salon once a month, and I always experienced so much pain. Not going to lie, a small tear would usually escape because of how painful it was. But this place was completely different! The whole process probably took about five minutes. She asked if I wanted my brows thinner, but I decided to keep them a little thicker than I usually do because over time at my previous salon, my brows had become thinner. I had been growing them out so I could start fresh. I looked at my brows afterward and was so pleased with the outcome! She explained that since my brows are still in the growing out phase, when I come back next time, she'll be able to make the arch even softer and less prominent. She was so kind, and I also love that they have a reward system if you add your phone number. I'm definitely coming back again! It was my first time here, and they even had a $2 discount, so my total came out to $8.50. After tip, I spent $16.50. Best believe you just gained a new loyal customer! Thank you so much for listening to what I wanted and executing it beyond my expectations. I'm so happy I found this place!

I can't tell you how much this means especially as someone who puts a high value on customer service. She's great! Kisha agreed to see me at 7 am, which isn't typical of a lash artist. It made me really happy because I could see her before I went about my day. Super convenient. While she's still new so she's putting her shop together, it was really easy to find, big, and spacious. I felt immediately comfortable with entering. It also helped that she told me that she's vaxxed and I could wear a mask if I wanted to.
