She explained to me that the lashes were not supposed to be that close to my lid which explains why I kept tearing up and my eyes stung at the last place. Also, you get worked on in a private room and not in a opened setting. They set up the room so that you're relaxed and cozy. This is my second time having permanent makeup applied to my brows. My first experience at a totally different spa was not great and I was really nervous about trying again, after the first time cost me a large sum and took a year and a half to fade enough to try again over them. Aliya was an amazing listener, she referenced photos that I provide for how I am comfortable with my brows when I do my makeup, and respecting that really wanted a natural look, not a "made up" look, since my hope was to wear LESS makeup and have less time getting ready. She did a phenomenal job - while my skin had a tough time taking the ink (possibly due to previous work), she was persistent and used the entirety of our appointment time to apply multiple layers of ink.
