There are other beauty services they offer to customers, setting an appointment would be recommended. We were a walk in on a mid day afternoon and after 3 PM it got busy, so come early. I walked in on a Sunday and they serviced me right away! The salon is very clean, bright and had a lot of staff on sight! They also had a plethora of manicure and pedicure packages along with endless amount of colors. LOVED that! DN did my manicure. She was friendly, soft and executed my inspiration polka dot nails exactly! I can't wait to come back and see her. As for as my pedicure, a sweet lady named Kim took care of me. I went in yesterday for a gel polish removal and manicure but walked out within 2 minutes of sitting down. The young lady tasked with helping me was rude and unprofessional in my opinion. first of all, she was at the door when I walked in and did not acknowledge my entry, not a big deal because someone else did. Then when I let them know what I needed, her and another lady rudely pointed to the iPad for me to sign in. At that point, the rude young lady walks off without telling me to come with her, again, someone else had to do that as well. when I sat down, my AirPod case fell onto the floor and onto the other side of the table, the young lady took a second before grabbing it and then dropped it onto the table like she had an attitude. When she returned with the book to ask what service I wanted, she was condescending in the way she spoke with me which I certainly did not appreciate. At that point I had enough! There is no way I'll be spending my coins somewhere I am not treated with respect and courtesy. I haven't been there in a while since before the renovations but decided to try again since I was in the area but certainly will not be returning. The ladies who have been there for years are always very courteous, professional and nice to customers; however, that young lady was very off putting. I have been here a few times and every time it's a different experience. It is not consistent. Sadly, today was a very mediocre visit. Walked in and asked for a color change. I wanted light pink with white French tips. The lady rita who did my nails last time helped me again today. And she's always really nice. Told me to pick my color, sat down and she started right away. She was very gentle and took her time. A girl walks in saying she wants to get a pedicure done. The nail tech working on my nails tells her to pick a color and have a seat. Immediately, the nail tech starts picking up speed and I can tell she's just rushing now. She's painting my nails so quickly saying, "one coat okay?" And I said no, may I please have two coats? She then paints another coat and tells me, "if you want I can do white tip for you, or do you like the color just like that?" Well, I had asked for light pink polish with white French tips. I can tell she is just trying to finish my nails quickly to move onto the next client. I asked her, "do you have to do her pedicure?" She told me yes. Don't understand why my visit is being rushed while everyone else there is being helped and there are other nail techs. I told her if she needs to finish up with me to do the girl that walked in after me, it's fine and go ahead, I will just pass on the French tips. She tells me no it's okay I can do. She does the French tips very quickly and then it's all done. I've brought my mother here before and she got a hand and arm massage..even a back massage! I've seen other nail techs massage other customers before. And I've never experienced that here ever. No consistency. Soon as she painted the top coat, that was it and I went to the front to pay. I paid and left. Walked around outside and in the natural light you can see the lint stuck under the polish and just the sloppiness. I don't like to complain but I did have to speak up because I was not very happy. I let the nail tech know I can see lint under the polish of several nails, and that there's polish residue. Another nail tech comes to take a look and I explain to her. She said it's like that because I chose a light color and if you don't wanna see that to choose a dark color. But, that's lint lol and I asked her, "does this look clean to you?" And they both told me yes a few times. They apparently couldn't see anything wrong. I said can I please just have my nails/fingers cleaned better? Rita cleaned my nails and fingers. But while doing so, all the other techs were talking to her in Vietnamese. And each nail tech came to walk by to look at my nails. Way to point someone out and draw attention to. I spoke very calmly and was kind when I brought up my concerns. But now I've got the whole salon and all the nail techs talking and walking by. That's not very good customer service. Now Rita is saying, "you happy now? You okay"? And I told her I'm glad that my nails and fingers are cleaned up now but not really happy, no. Very mediocre experience and I felt embarrassed. I wouldn't come here again. **THEY DO NOT USE BRAND NEW TOOLS FROM SEALED PACKAGES. They take it out from their dusty drawer that have not been cleaned. Unsanitary!** it's gross. read more

This is my nail salon that I go to. Staff are friendly and down to earth (except 1 lady I politely request to not work with She dang near ripped my nails off once. And I do actually know what that feels like) The dude does the best with my nails. I'm missing 2 fingernails and he does a great job of creating a fake nail for me when I get acrylics. They're also great for pedis. Only downside is that dang TV. It sets the mood that I'm in a far distant relatives living room and throws the vibe. read more

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. I have really thick beautiful eyebrows I had grown out for years. I asked the woman kindly to clean them up. I like the thickness and shape but just needed to clean them up. She takes off nearly me entire brow. She was extremely rushed and harsh. My skin is still red and burns. I'm devastated. I also got a fill here. Not my normal place but I was in a pinch and close by. It's a beautiful salon on the inside I figured what could go wrong. Well I have been here a few times for pedicures and fills; but for the most recent visit I came in for a fill. Went to pay and now they are saying I didn't pay for a pedicure from a previous visit at least a month prior. And they never said anything at the beginning of the visit;nothing was ever mentioned about it. However we paid exactly as they asked at every visit so it is really weird that apparently a pedicure wasn't paid for now. My friend has been going here for years for her pedicures and swears by this place. Her, her husband, and her daughter drive all the way from Puyallup to get here. So they can't be this terrible for everyone. I walked on a couple of weeks ago for a fill after a trip to Sally's (they're next door). I was seated right away and my technician got to work. Here's where we went left...I have fat fingers and like a certain shape. What I got instead of my request was uneven/weirdly shaped nails. When I showed my lady my issue, I could tell I annoyed her. She said "you didn't ask for that" and went to shape again. I still didn't like my results but just decided to chalk it up to a bad experience. I regularly go see Anna to get my acrylics done. I tend to break my nails often at the gym so acrylics give my nails the extra layer to prevent breakage. I like my set to be really thin as close to natural as possible and Anna really does achieve this for me. My BF has hers done by the male owner and he is equally good. I also get my pedicures done here by Mai. I never feel rushed as I do at other salons though I also try to get in when they first open to beat the rush. read more

I really hate to leave bad reviews but today my heart was simply broken. Poppa is a veteran and he lives with my husband and I due to his COPD. We wanted to get him a manicure for his birthday so we went to nail pro as a walk in and my husband sat with Poppa while I went shopping at Target nearby. Yes, Poppa had his portable oxygen tank and looks a bit feeble. He was happy to wait his turn in a chair they had in their tiny waiting area. The man who seems to be running things, went to the waiting area, clipped his nails right there in the waiting area and gave them a quick buff! Right in the waiting area! So ladies and gentlemen, if you came in after us, chances are you sat in Poppa's nail clippings and duff. Maybe my Poppa isn't nail pro's idea of a preferred client but he deserves the same treatment as everyone else. I came here because a client of mine had such beautiful rainbow holographic sparkly nails and I've been getting my acrylics for awhile now and was getting tired of just chrome. So I went in and got my fill with a coffin shape and found her same color. The guy did my fill and shaping and a younger girl did mygel and they did such a good job! Since, I've been going back consistently and switched to an almond shape and simple shellac color but am in love with bow thin and real feeling they look.
