I wish I could give a 5 star but my pedicure was lacking to say the least. I got the $45 pedi and it lasted MAYBE 15 minutes. The man next to me who got the basic pedi, got a longer massage and a way better service in general.The lady I had would just hit my feet as a gesture to put them in the water. Hardly a word spoken and seemed agitated the whole service. I understand they get busy but if we're paying, I don't think the services should be cut short depending on the traffic of the business. It was my first time coming here and the nail tech lady was rude off the jump and seemed like she was in a hurry to get my nails done when it wasn't even busy. I just found this nail salon off of Yelp. We called and they were super nice had same-day availability as well as any walk-in who came in. They took within 10 minutes. I brought in a photo of a full set of acrylic nails. She was super attentive, asking me if I liked them how I wanted them the entire time. She matched the photo did even better to a T. She said I could bring in any photo and they could do it!! They did a great job of my mom's Mani Pedi, as well as did a great job on her waxing. The space is very clean and pretty and the owners and the nail technicians are extremely professional. Mi ( probably didn't spell that right) takes her time in making sure everything is perfect and to how you want it. And when they found out I was a massage therapist, they even recommended what kind of nail service I should get next time so that it will last longer after numerous hand washes. Let me just start this review with the fact that I absolutely DREAD getting my nails done because it's always a long drawn out battle to tell someone what I want and then they proceed to take 3 hours to do a mani/pedi. I decided on a whim to try Real Nails and it was the best decision ever. I am so sad I am moving to LA because I would have most certainly came back! My nail tech was Deena and she was wonderful. Polite, funny, and let me relax (not a huge fan of someone trying to talk my ear off.) It look about an hour and a half, but this time was different- I didn't mind. Deena gave me such a great manicure and pedicure that I can't stop bragging about my nails! I think the factor that stood out to me the most was that the other women in the salon (customers) knew the nail tech's and they chat about each other's families.
