I just got the most overpriced fill I have ever gotten in my life! I went to two other places that were too busy before I came here. I walked in and there was literally no other customers there and now I know why... I had one broken nail that needed to be fixed, but other than that it was just a typical fill. She cut my pinky cuticle and did a mediocre job on the shape. I can't believe she had the nerve to charge me $45 for such a half-assed fill. Everyone that tries her shop never goes anywhere else. Must make an appointment as she is so popular, but can easily make one with at least one day notice. This place is ran by a husband and wife team. Rosa did my nails and I was just at awwww at how fast she was able to do my full set without cutting me. I've gotten my nails done a lot in Cali and people always manage to cut me while doing a full set. Rosa was very accurate, gentle, and precise when doing my nails and she did it exactly how I wanted it. I wanted a natural look that wasn't too thick since that's what other nail salons would do to my nails but Rosa made it extra natural and I'm just in love with my nails!! Brought my daughter and her friend to get full sets with gel and design . Was a little worried because it was empty ..not always a good sign. But she was very friendly..even put a movie on for me while I sit and wait!! Both of the girls are very happy with they're nails , which makes for a happy mom ! I don't mind having it just us in , gives more attention to what we came in for . My daughter has a specific request from a picture she found online and she was more than happy to make that happen !! Literally disgusting. Lady who did my nails had a dirty serface, continued to do my nails and left my real nails long under. While gluing the acrylic on she glued it to the tips of my nails that should've been cut off. Was on her phone while painting my nails. Then some old Asian lady walked in from the back in a mini skirt and asked my fiancé to put her waist trainer on for her then got upset when he wouldn't put it on tight enough and before finishing my nails, the lady doing my nails goes and helps this awkwardly dressed women put it on. Doesn't say a word to me till then end asking how I'll pay. Worst experience ever. Place stunk & was dirty. My mom goes here for the owner saying it's a good place but I'm beyond disappointed with the service I received oh and my nails were trash. read more

We came here for New Years Eve because I needed a whole new set to match my outfit for tonight. We called right when they opened and they were able to get in. They were friendly and had great customer service. Not only that but I am very picky when it comes to my nails and they met my expectations!!!!! I will say I love getting very detailed designs for my nail art. They also gave me a waxing and every time I get my brows waxed they do not shape them they just remove the excess hair. That is very frustrating to me because my eyebrows are different shapes. They made them look full, took they excess off and both my eyebrows look the same lol. So I'm excited. This place is a mess. Very poorly managed. The people are rude (with the exception of one or two ladies), they burn you with their tools when doing solar nails (nails even showed a deep marking where I was burned), and they clipped my toenails incorrectly resulting in an ingrown toenail. The older lady there is cranky and rough and should be kept away from the public. Will never return! read more

This is definitely a great place to go and definitely Recommend, I go once in a while to get my nails done and she's one of the best I've been to , so I don't trust others anymore I make my trip from Chehalis to Spanaway and I feel it's well worth it, yes there may be others that can be good but this women is awesome and friendly and does her best to get things done read more

So I decided to save some money and try this place out. Cheap is exactly what I got. There was only one lady there who was friendly but you could feel her frustration. She had too keep turning away people because the other employees wouldn't come in. They don't have much of a color selection, most of them were dried out. They also can't free style so no designs for the toes. Which every place I've gone too knows how to draw a simple flower but whatever. I wouldn't send anyone to this place. Its dumpy looking and not worth it at all. I even had to come home and use the pumice stone on my heel, such a joke of a pedicure. read more

Wife had pretty bad calluses on her feet. We both got a pedicure. They have a great, high tech, massage chair with a foot whirlpool bath. It is run by a Vietnamese husband and wife team. Shop is nice, not too big. Knee (Husband) did both of us. Great job, attentive, through, both are friendly and nice. They have been in business for 17 years. This husband & wife duo are only friendly to their regular customers, cause all they care about is $$. I usually will get my eyebrows done by Rosa but this time I took her husband understanding they were really busy. Her husband was very rough and took the skin off my eyelid, when he was finished my eyebrows were completely different from one another. They were not the same thickness, and he took so much of the middle section they were so fast apart. I asked for Rosa to take a look if she could fix them. As I waited she was telling another (regular) customer she would take anything for payment, even her EBT stamps! I waited just for her to tell me I need to hurry up she doesn't have time to talk to me, cause customers are waiting (what was I then??). I looked at her and said that's okay and got up to leave, Rosa then said "yea, just go". I was completely astonished as to their lack of customer service. The worst service ever my nails were rushed and ugly. I called for an appointment when I got there the lady was in s bad mood. Although she told me to come she act as if I were bothering her to do my nails she cut my foot during the pedicure and was very snappy when I asked about the design. Pretty great job on my nails. Got talked into having my brows waxed and found her putting wax on my "mustache" instead (she decided she would do that too without asking). I ended up paying $60 for a nail fill (gel polish) and waxing I didn't want (or need, I'm a redhead with blond facial hair that doesn't show). The work was great though. OHMYGOODNESS... Just got back from here. First off, I asked for gel nails, the nail tech went on about how she wasn't sure what that was. I asked for polish, she pulled out powder and said it was the "same." I got a mani/pedi, but instead of sitting in the nice massage chair, I sat in the nail chair and had to twist half way around to stick my feet in this spa bath... Then in the middle of the manicure, she asked if she could stop to do an eyebrow wax. (What am I supposed to say, no?!?) TWENTY SEVEN minutes later and THREE eyebrow waxes later, she comes back to finish my nails. When I FINALLY am ready to pay, I look at the receipt and see that I am being charged $91 (SAYWHAT?!?!?) There were only three people working, and a couple people waiting, so instead of asking then, I called back to get a breakdown of the cost... She says the pedicure was $30 (Wow... for a foot bath... really?!?) She charged $10 to remove the old gel nails (thought that was included in a manicure??) and $50 for the nails... But she did add in the phone call that if I would have gotten the gel polish, it would have only been $30. (I thought the powder was the same?!?)
