After having a bad experience with another nail salon and the way they treated me, I decided to go to this one and hope for the best since they had no clients whatsoever. An older gentleman approached me, asking me if I needed help with good customer service skills, then either his wife or someone who tells him what to do, spoke to him in their language and made him sit down when he was coming towards me where he turned around while I was in mid sentence of letting him know what I would like to get done today and then she approached me asking me. What did I want? And I told her a new set, she looked at me up and down and told me it's going to be $65! And I looked at her and I said OK I can afford that but I have never heard of $65 for a full set where everyone else is charging 52 Maybe 60 the most! Her customer service skills were horrible the way she was talking to me and undermining me because I was dressed with comfortable clothing, meaning, sweatpants a jacket and a baseball cap! Every single day I dress business like because of my business that I own and today being the only day that I decided to dress comfortable, I got judged! Will I recommend anyone here? No because no one should be treated as such just because the way you're dressed! I'm very disappointed! read more

DRILL BITS FOR CUTICLES??? beware!!! I walk in at 11.30am to ask how long- the man said 20min. Enough time for me to fix this broken nail and do a refill before work at 2pm. 60 minutes later they get started on my nails this lady only used a USED NAIL FILE and a drill bit on my hands. She pushed my cuticles back using a drill bit and filed the acrylic on my nail. WHY TF do you charge extra for new nail files?? Not only is it Sanitary to use clean tools on the body (like tattoo shops and hospitals do) but it's industry standards. At the end she dabs lotion on my hand. Nothing unusual, I expected for a quick hand massage and for her to rub the lotion in as she did the lady beforehand...NOPE!! "You rub in" I'll be damned to step foot in here again read more

They messed up me and and my friends nails so bad. they didn't do the shape we asked for at all. the man working there nearly burnt my friends feet with the hot water and broke her toenail with a nail grinder. he also stopped in the middle of the pedicure to watch youtube. we both paid 65 dollars and we both had to redo them when we got home. not worth the money at all. also one of the girls there made a racist comment towards my friend. first she complimented her skin and my friend told her that her dad was black, then the lady went, "oh have you ever met him" i thought that was super disrespectful. not to mention we were there for 3 HOURS, and nobody else was in there. read more

I was nervous about coming here because I had been going to the same place for over a year, where my lady always knew exactly what I wanted and I was always happy with the results... however I decided to try this place out cause it's much closer to home. I am so pleased with the service and the effort to understand exactly what I wanted. Needed to find a new nail salon to go to, so I thought i would try this place out. Well, it was very clean and not very busy at all. I think it's a bit pricey though. I ended up getting a gel manicure with two nail repairs. It came out to $32. I've been to other places where they would have charged me $28 or less for that. Anyways, I probably won't be coming back because my nails look very clumpy and not shaped right. Also, my fingers got cut up pretty bad..they're feeling very sore from my manicure. read more

I would never get my nails done here again. I got a full set recently the shape look nothing like the picture. I will post a picture of what I wanted the shape of my nails to look like. In less than 24 hours my nails started lifting on the edges around my cuticle and when I left I noticed that but I didn't say anything. I was then able to pop off all the nail since water got under the unsealed edges. I went back the following day and showed all three employees my nails and they all started speaking in Vietnamese talking crap about me and refused to give me my $25 back and wanted me to get them redone by the same person that did my nails. I did not want the same person to do my nails nor did I want anyone at that shop with their horrible customer service in attitudes. I did end up going back there following day to speak to their manager but they were not available so the employees said. I did have my nails redone and I had to get them done by the same person or they refused to even do my nails and I had an event to attend so I got them done the second time, a bit longer with no color because I was going to paint my own nails at home because they do a horrible job painting nails at most shops in my opinion. The lady with the crutches that works at this location told me that my Skin's too oily and that's why the nail acrylic was lifting. Funny thing did she know I know someone that the nail shop owner and they said it's because they did not put enough acrylic feeling to the nail bed around the cuticles as I already thought and knew. And then the lady that did my nails tried to charge me an extra $5 because I wanted my nails slightly longer than she was initially did them. It was her error for not making them long enough the first time. I did not pay the $5 I left after she put them back on but I regret getting them done a second time by the same person and should have just forfeited my $25 because she did a horrible shaping job and again they're all lifting and I will post pictures of my nails done the second time. my friend and i went in and we were the only two customers in there all day yet it took two workers FOUR HOURS to do a full set and pedicure for each of us. not to mention she did the wrong shape and a horrible job on the design. the man working there drilled my toenail thin with a nail bit and burned my foot with the hot towels they use for pedicures. he also did my pedicure and right before he was about to paint my toes, he walks away and starts watching tv and left me in the chair for over an hour. and the nail polish chipped off my toes the day after i got them done. i do not recommend this place at all. i will be including a picture of what i asked for and what i got. read more

NEVER GO HERE. I went to get a pedicure. I had normal nail polish on before and they used a nail grinder to get it off, like the one they use to remove acrylic nails. She ended up grinder my nail completely off in some spot. She had to get a towel because my nails were bleeding so bad. Two of my toe nails actually have a hole missing in the middle of them. My nail are also super rough and hurt really bad now. It burned so bad when she put the polish on. She also did a horrible job of just the normal pedicure. The worst place I've ever been. I spent well over 100$ on my services for my daughter and I. My nails are not even glued to the nail bed, there is a giant gap where bacteria can grow. Then on top of that the lady filed my cuticles so deep they bleed. Not even an apology. I should have known when it was payday and not a single person was there but me and my daughter. Now I have to pay to take them off and redone. I am so irate. Do not waste your money or your blood. read more

My daughter and I went there to get our nails done, horrible job, I had to go back because the nails were shaped uneven and pitted and bumpy. There was someone else there getting theirs redone also, with the same issues as me. They did not even fill in the grow out area so it looks like I didn't even get a fill though I paid for one. My nails are the worse I have ever had. I have never had such bad service. I will never go back nor recommend anyone else to go there. You will be highly disappointed. read more
