My wife was getting frustrated at our previous nail place. They were not bad, but they ended up becoming a bit inconsistent. She tried this spot a couple weeks ago and wanted to go back. She said I might not love the fact that they don't have massage chairs for pedicures, and that is a bit of a bummer, but honestly this place is much better in my eyes. The price is killer. I got a full pedicure with hot stone and paraffin wax for like $40. Plus the meticulous nature of the pedicure was amazing. Even without the massage chair you feel so relaxed by the end. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get a great nail job done. read more

I am new to the state and felt it was going to be difficult to find a nice nail salon. I went to a different one and they were ok. I found Red Bottle Nail Salon on Yelp and they have great reviews, their website is very informative and they were clear about their request with booking appointments and cancellation policies. When I walked into the salon, the interior is very beautiful. The wait area was clean, and nice cushioned seat to sit on while you wait. I was greeted by my nail technician and she was very kind, professional, and she brought me over to sit in one of their comfortable, seat. My pedicure was super relaxing and super amazing. Not too far from the pedicure seating area is "The Nail Bar" so cute and with two TV's where patrons can watch what's on TV if they choose to. Then, the gel manicure, at the nail bar, was another relaxing and amazing experience. My nails look so beautiful. I love that they use natural ingredients, which is great for our wellness. This is my new spot for getting dip done. I think the nail tech is Kat (when i book the appointment, Kat's name shows up on my confirmation text as my nail tech). I've gotten her the 3 times I requested dip, and she does a really good job. She is also very attentative and already recognized me the 2nd time I went in. She is consistent with her work and checks in on whether I like the shaping and color before continuing. I also appreciate that all the staff there are super friendly and the place is clean. They offer drinks (bubbly, wine, tea, water) with any service. And there's a reward program when you pay with cash. I love supporting local small businesses and so glad that I stumbled on this nail salon. It's tucked away in a small plaza which I didn't even realize had a nail salon. But they do get busy, so it's recommended that you call ahead of time. read more

Scheduling was easy! Excellent service! DIL and I had pedis done and they both came out super cute!! Appointment only, which allowed for a quaint, relaxing, quiet visit. It was such a wonderful experience to not be in a salon with 100 people and no air conditioning. Would definitely recommend and we are excited to go back for our next pedicure date. read more

Usually go to another salon, and I would not recommend this one. I hardly write reviews, but they don't have recliner chairs, they did not offer a massage (for either pedi or mani), tips are via Venmo or cash, and they cut my cuticle and didn't even say anything despite it bleeding. read more

Best and cheapest pedicures in Pierce County! $35 gets you a paraffin dip, massage, hot stone massage, exfoliation, hot towels, and pretty polished toes! A similar treatment cost $40 more at another location and my polish was bumpy and gross and I got abandoned in the chair for 20 minutes. Lol They only take appointments so plan accordingly! I highly recommend Red Bottle Nail Bar - they do a beautiful job and the service is top notch. By a series of unfortunate events my friend and I ended up locked out of our vehicle nearby and spontaneously decided to get manicures while we waited for triple A. Red Bottle Nail Bar was able to accommodate us as walk-ins during the hectic Christmas week, no small feat in itself, while also maintaining the highest safety standards with COVID-19. There are glass dividers between you and your Manicurist. They space all patrons out to maintain social distancing. We were pleased they were able to provide us an extra mask as the one we had gotten wet. Our nails turned out fabulous! And getting the holiday gift certificate was a very nice touch. I'm new to Washington and stumbled across this nail salon after going to other places that weren't so great. My first time here I was AMAZED with my nails. My nails have never been better. The lady helping me took her time and made sure every nail was the same shape & length. All the tools they used were individually wrapped and sanitized. I've been going back ever since. In January I got married and took my mom and grandma here and they also loved it. Complimentary drinks. They also had balloons and flowers waiting for me to congratulate me getting married. Terrible service, lacks color selections, staff doesn't talk to you. Salon looks like a dump. Hot in the salon. My nail color was what I thought to be white as it looked white inside the salon was NOT the color I chose but instead my nails look like they were dipped in milk, they looked sheer, not what I thought and disappointed There are better places out there. The quality of the product you're nails is disappointing The owner FYI: when she responds to negative reviews, she's rude, disrespectful and tries to belittle you, UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER GOING BACK!! I liked the quiet atmosphere of the salon and the unique decor, which is setting it apart from other Vietnamese places. Quality of work, in my case was, ok. Thi worked on my mani and pedi meticulously but I still had polish on my hand cuticles. My Pedi looked fine, although I would have preferred longer soak in the " bombed" water in order to get more of the calluses off. The Pedi setup is very nice and the seats, plush and comfy. The color selection is broad and the quality of the products nice. A glass of wine made the time pass smooth. read more

I have been searching for another nail salon for a few years now. I am so happy I found Red Bottle Nail Bar! Staff is meticulous in their work. They take their time and it shows. I got a full set today with a small design and a pedicure. I am pleased. I will be back. If you want quality, come here. Set up is cute and comfortable. The materials were not cheap and they care about your nails. Do not come here if you're expecting the same rushed, lack of quality, horrible and ungrateful attitudes you get in the REGULAR places. Dishonest, Doesn't stand by their work, Not clean. I actually went here twice to really give it a chance. First time I went the powder was a little lumpy because of the ambre. The grow out was just ok it lifted a bit and there was something that got under the nail causing a small green patch. When I made the appointment the second visit I decided to do the French manicure. She took a lot of time. Probably filed my natural nail bed way too much except the green spot. Jury is still out on this I bought some cream to kill any bacteria. My appointment said it would cost $50. After it was done she told me it was $60. There is nothing on their price list that costs $60. So I questioned it. She then spoke a different language to someone else then looked at me and said. ok I will do it for $55. Still perplexed I looked at the price board and said that was not what I set my appointment for. I paid the $55 they looked decent so I moved on. Less than a week, broken nail. They were a little thinner than I like. I wasn't surprised at the break. Stopped in to get a quick repair and I was greeted with. We don't do repairs. Then after I questioned the lady put down her phone which was playing her soap opera and hastily and begrudgingly fixed my nail. She was filing so fast she cut my finger and glued the nail to my skin. She was really wanting to get back to that soap opera. I have NEVER had a salon not fix their work that close to a fresh set for free. The charge was $5. The 3 times I have been to the salon there are people sitting around waiting for customers to come in. See the photos in the bathroom. YUCK. These people have plenty of time to keep their business clean. Lots of signs around the store asking for cash because they are a small business. How about you appreciate the customers that come into your location and maybe clean the place up? This place is now a hard pass for me I will never go back. By the way. I reached out to them to discuss the price discrepancy and never heard back. Dishonest pricing and surprise upcharges here and there have made me leave other salons. I will never be ok with dishonesty. PS. no real chairs for getting your pedicure. UPDATE: 2 days after I wrote this review. Two more broken nails one is bleeding. I have NEVER had this bad of a nail job. read more

Having been to Red Bottle Nail Bar 3 times now, I can honestly say that I've enjoyed the quality of service performed. Thao and Tiffany have performed SNS dip dip for me. I really appreciate that my nails are thin yet strong and natural looking. Thao spends quality time performing a very thorough manicure and hand massage with the SNS service. The interior of the salon is true to its name- bar style. There are approximately 6 bar stations with barstools where the nail services are provided. Pedicures are provided on a long booth style bench with individual sinks below. This is a quaint little nail salon that's well worth the visit. read more

Went a couple times, first time was with Kat (I don't think she works there anymore since I couldn't book her for my second appointment). She was very detailed in her work even with my basic gel manicure. Kept checking in on if I liked the shape and she made sure the polish was perfect. They lasted exactly two weeks before lifting/chipping. Second time I went, I was worked on by two ladies, both super nice as well. I did feel rushed towards the end when getting the gel polish applied and it ended up not being very smooth at all and the top coat was uneven. It's been just a little over a week and the polish is chipped/lifting. I do appreciate how clean this nail salon is, their fair prices. and their nice customer service. I just wish more care was put into my nails since the gel didn't even last me a week and a half. I will likely come again for special occasions and do like a dip but for my routine gel polish, I'll do myself to make sure they are smooth and last at least 2 weeks. read more

I love this place. I am here once every 3 weeks for my dipping powder. and ALWAYS book with Tiffany. I am generally really picky about the shape and application job, and she just so happens to be a perfectionist. My nails always last 3 week or more, and never chipped or anything. She is incredibly patient and always does the best job on my nails. This place never ceases to surprise me with the awesome service. Always on time for my appointment. The best thing about this place is they not doing Acrylic Nail, NO chemical smell in here. Very cute place and nicely decorated , very modern and spa like. THE BEST! This is my new mani/pedi place after trying out several places that just kept disappointing. The owner and her staff made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in and confirmed my appointment. I felt so relaxed after my jelly mani/pedi and they gave me coffee while I was there. They took care of the terrible gel job the last place did, and now I look great! They took their time (this is a good thing, I hate feeling rushed) and I nearly fell asleep with how relaxed I felt. They asked me at several points if the shape was correct, and gave me options for how things should look. Prices are transparent, she broke down what each thing cost and let me know any damage within ten days can be repaired without charge. Lot parking, very clean shop. All the tools I saw were taken out of packets. Owner and staff seem very organized. Very pleasant and polite, it was nice to chat with them. Appointment only. Prices are also clear on their website. I've been going to Red Bottle Nails exclusively for almost three years! Every thing is excellent and Tiffany and her team bring the best customer service! I've had my nails (basic, dip, gel) and pedicures done by just about every staff and they're always consistent. Prices are so reasonable and the shop is always so cute, comfortable, and spotless. You can see how they have been providing great quality by the amount of regulars you'll likely meet when you're there. I will likely keep coming back if I (hopefully not!) move from UP :) read more

Went in for a dip mani and regular pedicure and the attention to detail was incredible. I've never ever had a manicure before with this level of attention. I wasn't even getting anything particularly exciting--a simple nude mani on my natural nails. The salon itself is very relaxing and laid back. Absolutely will be coming back. read more

Ugh! So freaking cute. If I lived in Washington, this would be my go to salon. First, the ambiance is just so great. It's clean, bright and they have an actual " nail bar." They play everyone's favorite shows, Fixer Upper and the cooking channel. Additionally, I had a complimentary (unless I some how paid for it in other ways ) glass of white wine. Second, the service itself was really good. You get to choose from orange, green tea or lavendar scents for your products and the ladies do really nice service. The owner/at least two of the girls speak really good English, too. Third, the price. I paid like, 72$ for an adult Mani pedi and a kiddo Mani pedi. At home, in Denver, at a salon like this, I can pay that for just one person. I wish I lived closer I'd come back all the time. read more

UPDATE: I returned, and had a wonderful repeat experience. No sloppy gel that starts 1/4" from my cuticle. My technicians took plenty of time trimming my cuticles and giving a massage. It simply doesn't feel rushed here at all. Everyone is so friendly and provides excellent service. So clean- all the tools were from autoclave packaging, and hygiene was maintained. No crusty bottles or suspicious debris anMy nail technician took extra care in every step. So peaceful- such a quiet setting, with classy music playing. I came from out of state to visit family, I had gotten acrylics done two weeks ago in my home state, which I ended up being really un happy with, the acrylic was SO thick and my nails were very uneven and chipped. I booked an appointment at Red Bottle, the staff was super kind and knowledgeable about their products. I ended up having my old acrylics removed and did the ombré dip, they turned out so amazing, I've never had anyone pay so much attention to detail on my nails. I watched Netflix shows during my appointment, super chill vibe ! I could tell that quality was important vs the time it took to get my appointment done. I will definitely be back every-time I come to town. Established in 2019.

Our family has been doing nails for decades. My parents owned their own salon. We wanted to create a salon experience which was different from the rest. We wanted to create a relaxing and modern environment for our discerning clients. We remodeled an old nail salon adding a nail bar, open bench seating, other modern design elements to make our customers feel at home.

I was told I needed a completely new set, with the explanation that after 3-4 fills you always need a new set. That information itself wasn't the issue--it was the condescending tone used when explaining it. The old set was not soaked off and was instead peeled off, which was painful. After the new set was finished, my hands were covered in powder and glue. When I asked to wash my hands, I was told it wasn't necessary and that I could wash them at home. I left with dust and glue still on my hands and shirt. I paid $120. This was my third visit, and none of the visits felt welcoming. The work itself was mostly cute too, but I felt rushed and like an inconvenience. Because of the lack of care and customer service, I won't be returning.

For the last few months I have been looking for a good place to get my manicures and pedicures and there are obviously many factors to consider while looking for the perfect nail spa. I have sensitive cuticles, I've got cut multiple times and my big and baby toes are weird just gonna leave that there. T Nails Was the most gentle and relaxing pedicure I have ever had. The 2 workers are sooooo nice, considerate and understanding. I've seen them pull their tools out of sealed packages and sanitation cabinets. Their pedi bowls have bags discarded after each use. I've gone to multiple places for gel and they have the most lasting polish you can see and feel a difference in their gel. Each application (I've had 3 now) , have been flawless and it lasts 2 weeks like gel is supposed to !!! They are still pricing things like it's 2010 and I honestly don't understand how being that they only have 2 workers, Low price and quality work. There has only been 1 time I experienced a wait and I would have no issue waiting again for future services. I've been a walk in every time and all the times besides the 1st I was sat and seen right away. They were so gentle and understanding about my issues with sensitivity and nervousness !! I get basic, natural looking nails. The most exciting I get is French tip. So can't tell you if they are good at those long fancy nails or designs but this place is perfect for me. I'm so glad I found it hiding away down the side of the shopping alley in Green Firs !!!!

Each visit, I go in asking for a basic pedicure with gel -- nothing fancy. In my head, I'm expecting to pay maybe $50-$55 max, understanding that gel costs a bit more. But every single time, I somehow end up paying close to $100. This time was no different. I politely asked for a basic pedicure, and the tech immediately gave me a look of annoyance. They made me wait quite a while before even starting. Once they finally began, they removed my nail polish and trimmed my nails, but didn't bother removing any dead skin around my toes -- which is basic pedicure 101. When it came to the callus treatment, it felt like they were barely even touching my feet -- more like petting than scrubbing. I let it slide and figured I'd just get in and out. Toward the end, I asked if I could also get a quick manicure, and they agreed. The woman doing it was actually doing a good job -- she cleaned up around my nails, polished them well, added wax, and gave a nice hand massage. But again -- I never asked for any extras, no deluxe anything, no special add-ons. Then came the bill. $95. Absolutely insane. No clear breakdown of charges, no price list available -- and I noticed they've taken down their price board completely. Probably because more and more people are catching on to their shady pricing tactics. When I asked to see a price list, they couldn't (or wouldn't) provide one. I truly believe they're adding charges for services you didn't ask for, and banking on you not speaking up. And honestly -- if the place was sparkling clean and professional, maybe it would be worth the premium. But they reuse tools without sanitizing them, which I personally witnessed. That is not only unprofessional -- it's a health risk. Bottom line: This place is overpriced, unsanitary, and dishonest with their pricing. They throw in extras without asking, then act surprised when you question the bill. I will not be going back, and I strongly recommend others think twice before stepping in.

A lady asked what pedicure I want, I said the $60 one, she proceeded to try to change my mind to get the $75 or $85+ pedicure (which is absurd for a pedicure) .. after she didn't take no for an answer I had to embarrass myself and say "I can't do the more expensive ones, I can only afford the $60 one". My pedicure was soo painful, the drill caught my skin multiple times, my eyes teared up from pain. They spent more time massaging than an actual pedicure service, obviously nobody doesn't like a massage but that's not what I'm paying for. I got a basic solid gel color with no add ons or designs, once I got up to pay I was changed $70, I have no idea why the up-charged me and added 10 random dollars but at this point I was too upset and didn't want to argue so I paid and left a $5 tip, I was given a dirty look for leaving a small tip, I decided the $10 they added on for no reason can count as the rest of my tip. 0/10 will never be coming back when there's SOOO many other salons around.
