You guys, this place must be meant for me, since it's called T Nails after all. I am almost hesitant to write this review and tell you guys to come here because it's just two employees and I don't want to have to experience a long wait on my future visits but I have to give them the 5 star review they deserve ! For the last few months I have been looking for a good place to get my manicures and pedicures and there are obviously many factors to consider while looking for the perfect nail spa. For me, it's quality, cleanliness and honestly most important personally is comfort. I'm a big weirdo about manicures and pedicures. I have sensitive cuticles, I've got cut multiple times and my big and baby toes are weird just gonna leave that there. T Nails Was the most gentle and relaxing pedicure I have ever had. The 2 workers are sooooo nice, considerate and understanding. I've seen them pull their tools out of sealed packages and sanitation cabinets. Their pedi bowls have bags discarded after each use. I've gone to multiple places for gel and they have the most lasting polish you can see and feel a difference in their gel. Each application (I've had 3 now) , have been flawless and it lasts 2 weeks like gel is supposed to !!! They are still pricing things like it's 2010 and I honestly don't understand how being that they only have 2 workers, Low price and quality work. There has only been 1 time I experienced a wait and I would have no issue waiting again for future services. I've been a walk in every time and all the times besides the 1st I was sat and seen right away. They were so gentle and understanding about my issues with sensitivity and nervousness !! I get basic, natural looking nails. The most exciting I get is French tip. So can't tell you if they are good at those long fancy nails or designs but this place is perfect for me. This place took $180 of my money plus $30 tips and gave me faulty nails and nail extensions that broke within 7 hours of application. I have time stamped photos, and they refused to even fix the nails for free. When I inquired about a refund since they will not fix them, the man "T" said he will not issue a refund ever once you leave the salon. Watch out. This place is awful. My nails are only 1cm past my fingertips but we're so thin, they broke 6.5 hours after I had them done. These people are not good business people and will rip you off so fast. I just moved here from Las Vegas and I have been needing a nail salon. So, some of the reasons I Loved this shop: -Very kind people working here! I had a wonderful conversation with Kim. She was personable which is important to me. -The quality of the job on my nails; Great. Kim was very gentle and took her time rounding out the tips. I got a full acrylic set. My nails look natural and they're very thin, which I like. No air bubbles in the polish. That's a plus. -The atmosphere. It's calm, quiet and clean. I like the set up of the salon as well as the decor. I found it to be inviting. Another plus about the atmosphere was No blaring TV in the back round. Just lite music. :~) -Last but not least, the price. It was $20 for a Full Acrylic set & Polish. Ya can't beat that! I am very impressed with what a quality job I received for such a great price. My boyfriend and I walked in yesterday for two pedicures and a full set. Without an appointment, we were seated in less than ten minutes. There were already four other clients in the salon and only three people working very hard. I've been coming to this salon on and off for years, and the reason why I keep coming back is that the service is wonderful. Even though we had to wait and soak our feet a little longer while they were working with other people, I never felt like we weren't getting attention. They are so sweet and accommodating, and the environment is relaxing. I love the classic rock they play, and the tv is positioned right in front of the pedicure thrones-- it was perfect. Love the massage chairs and the hot stone massage with my pedicure. The man who gave me my full set took his time to make sure the shape was exactly what I wanted. I have been coming here off and on for the last 5+ years, and have experienced a plethora of services..... So we have some good points and bad GOOD -Very friendly, and they always remember you when you start coming back -Both husb and Wife do awesome acrylic nails! When requested, they do them nice and thin, so they look as natural as possible -They listen to how you want your nails done! -Tons of colors and options, Gel, Acrylic, Waxing, Pedi's ect ect BAD -They use a generic shellac, of which I did not have much success with, peeling ect -They can be very busy, and without an appointment the wait can be long I am sure I will be back again for something along the way, just might skip the shellac (or the gelac they use). read more

I wanted to like this place because the location is great, so I took my MIL and daughter there to try it out for pedicures. We arrive at 2:45 and were told it'd be a 30 minute wait. It wasn't until 3:45 that the pedicures began, but then stalled as the technicians moved over to other customers. By 4:00, I mentioned that my daughter needed to leave for a 4:30 appt nearby. Then they rushed to clip and paint her toenails in 10 mins. No stones, no massage, and off she went for her appt. She returned by 5:15 to pick us up and my MIL's toes were still drying. When I went to pay, they charged me full price for my daughter. I asked for a discount, stating it wasn't a full pedicure but they argued that it was. They finally gave me a $5 discount, but lost us as customers because we won't be returning for this kind of service. read more

Everything was very affordable! (I'm not a fan of gel so take that into account) When people started coming in the owner was honest about not having time and reccomended they come back . My wife and I love T Nails! Being prone to ingrown toenails, I need a monthly pedicure so I join my wife and we do it together. The ladies are always super nice, and very attentive to my sensitivity from previous ingrown toenail surgery. They are also very respectful of my lack of wanting the "foot sanding" thing and will modify anything they do to make me more comfortable. I got my first set here and thought they did an fine job but every time I've gone back for a full I haven't been happy with it. They are uneven lengths, pointy and off centered. I know pointy is a trend right now but I do t want it and have to tell them "round oval- no point please"! I have been going here for years, but for the past few months they have become rushed in their work ,so they can accomodate more people , which in turn makes their work unacceptable. I have had so many new sets put on in the past several months that do not last more that 2 weeks without having to have another "new "set put on. I could understand if I did physical cleaning and labor because I then I would expect my nails to fall and break off as well as lift, but I am a fulltime student, I turn pages in books.. I went in there today just for an eyebrow wax, the owner lady Kim took a break from someone she was doing nails for to do my eyebrows. , I then I got to my car only to look in my mirror and noticed that she left all these long hairs and didn't even trim them. Needless to say I had to make a return visit 10 minutes later for her to make things decent. I'm sorry I even tipped her today when I went in the first time expecting the job to be done right.. She asked me today why I didn't have nails on, and I told her that they weren't lasting long enough between fills, she said she would make them "thicker " next time. After the last several bad experiences with this place, and after many years of going here, I will not be returning. They recently moved into a bigger nicer place, just to do a faster , crummy job on your nails and waxing! I think with the bad service I have experienced and the bad quality of work, she should have offered me a free set, but these owners seem to only be out for the money and not the quality of work they provide. So I've never written a review before but felt I should because my experience was so bad. I don't know if they were just in a hurry to close ( we made an appointment) or what but the woman cut my cuticles so hard and fast that my finger was bleeding. After it stopped briefly, she buffed it really hard and made it bleed again, then carelessly put alcohol on my open cut. She was so desperate for the bleeding to stop that she ran my hand in cold water from the pedicure tub. :P my friend also had to tell the woman that she missed a second coat on one of her hands. My other friend had to have them re do some of her shellac because the sides of her nails weren't painted all the way. Overall, not a good experience and I'll never go back. :P read more

Walking in I had high hopes. They had a lot of nail polish and it was decorated very nice. First thing I asked was to get my brows done and the man just shouted back to "sit down and wait over there "....okay cool. So im waiting and I'm realizing that they are kind of busy but the guy didn't tell me how long it would be. I waited about twenty minutes before another girl came in and was told it was a thirty minute wait. So again I'm wondering how long that means I have. Finally 15 more minutes later I got called to the back. The girl took maybe 3 whole minutes on my eyebrows and said done. She didn't clean off my eyebrows or use scissors to trim them, just straight waxed it and tweezed it. I told her there was a lot of hair she clearly missed and so she went in again and still didn't get it all. I was over it so I just paid and left. Probably won't return. The vibe in there seemed to be more about how many customers they can get in rather then actual customer service. read more

I have been a customer of T-Nails for some time. They are a clean, friendly place to get your nails done. I like the people who work here a lot! However, like so many nail places that take walk in's, they wind up rushing to accommodate people. My husband and I have experienced excellent work and service during Seahawks games cause everyone else is at home! We went there thinking it might be empty and it was. They put they game on for us and we watched it while we got pedicures. It was super fun. They always do an awesome job with the nails and that is the most important part. They do get backed up with walk-ins but they take everyone in order so that makes up for a lot. We like this place a lot. read more

Worst nail salon I have ever been too. I've been getting my nails done for the years and this is just the worst. First I come in to get a fill and there is two people working. I'm guessing the owners, a wife and her husband. They have two people getting nails done. I wait for my turn and the man starts doing my nails. Everything was so rushed and sloppy. He quickly shoved off my polish not even completely. Slapped on some acrylic. Didn't even get the edges or the cart top of my nails covered with acrylic. I had to tell him to put more acrylic so it actually looks like a fill. Every nail was different length and not straight. I had to file them myself when I got to the car. The he put on my gel polish and when we got done the gel polish dripped under my nail. He flipped my hands, saw the nail polish under my nails and didn't say anything until I pointed it out and then he shaved it off. Over all.. the man did a horrible job. So so rushed like I've never had a fill done in 20 minutes. Don't go, and if you do.. yeah just don't. Oh and in the photo you can see my polish coming off already after 2 days! The people doing your nails were in constant conversation with each other. I had acrylic nails put on for the first time in years and they were done badly. After not even a week they were lifting and the nail polish was chipped because unlike any other place I've been to they don't put a gel clear coat on top of acrylic nails. The only thing I can say is that they have cheap prices, but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

PSA: My sister and I went to this establishment for a spa pedicure. There was a young girl with green tinted hair that started to do my feet. Halfway through the pedicure she was using the pumice stone when I noticed this red blotching on the top of my foot... it was BLOOD. I asked her if I was bleeding or if she was. She looked at her hand and she was cut and it was all over the stone she was using on my foot. She walked away and left me with her blood on me and put the stone back in with the utensils she was using. I had to ask to get some alcohol to clean it off me, and ask for new towels and utensils. All the employees acted so nonchalant about the whole situation and that it was not a big deal. But it's called cross contamination!!!! And I had to ask for somebody to help me clean it off cause I'm not touching someone else's blood. A different lady finished the pedicure while the girl just put a band aid on the cut and started another pedicure. While I was drying, I noticed that the girl didn't have a license hanging on the wall with the other two. I asked if she had one and the guy said yes she does in the back. I asked to see it and was told no I don't need too. So one, she probably don't have a license and second, if she does it's law that it has to be visual for customers to see in order for her to be working on people at a nail salon. I just don't understand how that is sanitary and how do you run a business like that. I will be contacting the health department. read more

horrible service. they burned my cuticles trying to do my nails too fast. and then my nails were uneven. had to keep asking them to make my nails straight. then they painted them all sloppy and uneven, and didnt even paint the edges of them. had to ask them to paint the edges, or add another coat to make them look better. then when they did the design it didnt even look like what i showed them. had them just do a simple color and take the design off because i wasnt happy with my nails. and after all that they charged me $30 for the fill and design they didnt even do right. i would not recommend going there at all. horrible first experience. read more
