They refused to even look for it and instead just picked something that "looked similar," without listening to me. It felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously at all. Between the poor quality of the work and the lack of customer service, I definitely won't be coming back. I paid expecting proper builder gel application and quality work, and unfortunately that's not what I received. I would not recommend if you're looking for true builder gel or long-lasting results.

Nail tech continued to cut the excess skin around my big toe nail. After I said it hurt. After it was bleeding. Pulling large pieces of my cuticle/excess skin away.
