On top of that, the shape wasn't what I asked for at all--they looked uneven and poorly done. It looked like the nail lady didn't even fill my whole nail with acrylic. So it already looks like I need a fill. I went back in to have them fix it, and tried to tell them the exact color I originally used. They refused to even look for it and instead just picked something that "looked similar," without listening to me. It felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously at all. Between the poor quality of the work and the lack of customer service, I definitely won't be coming back. I would not recommend this salon if you're looking for nails that last or a team that actually listens to what you want.

The place is so comfortable and it's got such a nice vibe that I always enjoy coming here for my monthly fill-ins. I gotta say that this set of nails is my ABSOLUTE favorite! Jay really hit it out of the ballpark with the design. I love the little details he added onto my nails and I've been getting non-stop compliments on my nails since I got them done. There are also visible bubbles throughout the gel, and they didn't fully remove the previous polish underneath. You can actually see the old polish seeping through the new set, which is unacceptable for a professional service. I paid expecting proper builder gel application and quality work, and unfortunately that's not what I received. I would not recommend if you're looking for true builder gel or long-lasting results.

As I sat down I looked around and saw how beautiful it was, very clean, beautiful sparkly lights, grass walls, art work decorations on ceiling. Constant incoming groups of women coming in. I was asked if I wanted a drink and I said water. My choice was cucumber or strawberry. I opted for cucumber water which was in a tall glass. My pedicurist worked on me and gave the best massage I told her I was in heaven! She carefully worked on my feet as another woman came over to work on my hands for my manicure. Both ladies very pleasant, respectful and attentive. They took care and did a very good job on my nails and I am very pleased with the outcome. The shop provided sterilized instruments, new scrubber for my feet straight out of package not used which most shops seem to use. I am definitely returning! Nail tech continued to cut the excess skin around my big toe nail. After I said it hurt. After it was bleeding. Pulling large pieces of my cuticle/excess skin away.
