I've been going here now for 3 years, and I don't understand the bad reviews. Yes they do get busy so I see this as a successful business, with many repeat customers. They take appointments and walk ins and still figure out how to take care of 6 people that walk in around the same time. I've found my nail salon, and highly recommend them! read more

Ive had good pedicures here before but today it was bad. Started with a half leg massage. Literally only rubbed up and down on the left side of each leg. Then came a spreading of the orange scrub. Spread it on half rinsed it off Then used the dirty cuticle cutters to trim the nails and the used nail file to smooth them. Then painted and done. None cuticle clean / trim or cleaning under the nail. Never going back read more

amy at nail center is such a kind soul and always makes sure i'm taken care of. been going to her for years. nails, brows, eyelashes, etc.

This has been our go to pedicure place for years. Even after we moved out of town, any time we were in the area we would stop in. Both my husband and I take advantage of the good pedicures and occasional manicures. No painful issues as we have encountered in other parts of the country. I did call for appointments - which can be needed on some busy days. I have also had good experience with waxing (facial and bikini), but that was not on the schedule for today. We will miss the staff here. read more

Got a $26 pedicure here on a Thursday evening. Kinda busy. Its a small salon so it feels crowded. They didnt ask me what type of pedicure i wanted but it was pretty short. Sat in water for 20 minutes. Actual pedicure was around 15 minutes. Probably wont return read more

Came here unplanned. Friendly staff. They sat us and got started right away. Did a really nice job. Lots of options! Drove to 3 other places before finding this one. One of them nearby told us we needed an appointment and their salon was empty and fully staffed at 2pm on a Wednesday. Okayyy, never going back there! Would come back to Nail Center! I went yesterday with my boyfriends mom. She got a shellac French tip manicure and I got a pedicure. Her nails turned out beautiful. The beginning of by pedicure was great. I got the $30 pedicure which included a massage. To start, the nail file she used on me could have been sanitized, but I could see the file marks on it from someone else. Next, the toe separators they used on me, had JUST been used on the lady before me. I saw them on her feet when we walked in, and when it was time to separate my toes, my nail lady got up, went to where the last lady who got a pedicure was sitting, and grabbed the toe separators she had just used. The massage I received was not a massage at all, at most a light touch. Last, I had originally picked out a color. Before the "massage" had even began, I asked her that instead of the color I had chosen, could she please do a white tip French. She ended up using the color I had chosen and doing a French tip. My left big toe is a little sore today, so I will be keeping my eyes open for any infection. I definitely will not be back, and am pretty disgusted at their sanitation. Especially at this wild time during COVID. read more

i came in at 545. first off they rushed the whole process of getting acrylic on my toes with white color powder. the nails were not straight and i told her multiple times yet she said they were. at the end multiple of my nails were sideways & just rushed with powder everywhere. never coming back here. literally left in tears because i'm so upset that i paid over $60 for my nails to look funny . read more

I was in the area having a girls day with my daughter, niece and sister and so we decided to get our nails done. This place was absolutely horrible. They have a system where one is supposed to do the cuticles and then the man who does the massage and then one who paints. Let me tell you they never did my cuticles, my picture is proof that dirt is still is my nails. The man massaged for about 2 minutes or less and his nails were so long he cut the bottom of my foot. The 2 minute massage was horrible. We got seated at 430 and was done with the massage and soaking by 440. We sat there from 440-530 waiting for our toes to get painted. They kept walking past us and giving the two ladies next to us the royal treatment with full on body massages didn't know that was on the price list. I would have given them zero stars but I had to give them something. My daughters nails were chipped and barely even painted and had paint all around the skin. Won't go here again, BEWARE! read more

Actually super nice I previously tried to go to kp nails and they told me they didn't have any room so my mom and I crossed the parking lot and went over to nail center it was super clean and I only paid 85 for an eyebrow wax an acrylic fill with gel and a pedicure. The pedicure was so nice with a scrub lotion and hot towel they are now definitely my go to when I come visit family in Bonney lake they were super attentive and fast only took about an hour for everything read more

I have been in twice now for Shellac and thought they did a great job and the shellac looks natural and lasted for a couple of weeks no problem. The place could look a little cleaner but I guess just because it does not look brand new it doesn't mean it is not clean. For a Shellac manicure I paid $23 which I thought was great. It doesn't look like they have an active facebook page but I found lots of reviews on this facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Nails-Center/145624945487435?fref=ts) and decided to meet a friend here for manicures and catch up a few months ago. It was a GREAT decision! This place is AMAZING! My shellac manicures last for 4-5 weeks, the service is impeccable and they are great at adding cute little details. The prices are a bit higher due to the detail of the polish but it's worth it for the extended manicure and the customer service! read more

Nail Center - Adorable nails- one week later still going strong! Nails Center is my go-to for amazing, long term manis! - Nail Salons Near Me - Sumner, Washington

Got a French Dip "Manicure" and they said to do a regular dip is $55 but a dip manicure was another $15 dollars because they trim the cuticles. So I agreed to do the manicure part and this is the result, the french white lines are not straight, the cuticles look horrible and the overall quality for 80 dollars (10 dollar tip) is abysmal. I get manicures every 3 to 4 weeks but I just moved to Bonney Lake and decided to try this place. This is not quality work especially for $80 bucks. At my last place I have been going to for 2 years I could get a French dip manicure and a pedicure for $85 dollars (including tip) and the work was pristine. These photos speak for themselves. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Hands down the worst manicure/pedicure that I have ever had. Here's a list of all the things that went horribly wrong after coming in on a whim and saying I wanted a gel mani/pedi with an eyebrow wax. 1) The guy who works there started by removing the old color from my previous gel manicure, but never finished before starting my pedicure, so the acetone dried and the gel hardened again, so when they went to scrape it off, it was like pulling it off your nail beds without any acetone and insanely painful. And because the acetone sat on my cuticles for SO long, it dried them out. 2) The guy doing my pedicure didn't say more than one word to me. He was rough, and not thorough. It was a painful experience, literally. He left the sugar scrub all over my pants and on my legs and feet as he went to apply the lotion. He didn't even wash the scrub off completely. So essentially he just washed my feet in everything all at once. 3) When using the pumice stone he scrubbed the TOPS of my feet. As in he used a pumice stone on bare skin. Not calloused or thick skin bottoms of the feet. He removed the skin on top of my feet. They were bleeding. And he just kept doing it despite me saying something. The other women could tell he was messing this up, so they alternates between 3 other people, continuously causing more and more damage. 4) The woman cutting my cuticles the first time around completely cut my finger. Not knicked it. She full on cut my finger and it was bleeding. She then continued on and pretended to quickly cut the rest of my cuticles without actually cutting anything. 5) The manager then came over and stepped in to finish the manicure. She essentially performs a SECOND file and cuticle cutting because it wasn't done correctly the first time. 6) The for painting my toenails fails to notice or mention that she was low on the nail polish I had picked out until it was too late so the color was splotchy. The manager says to pick another color, so I do. Same thing. They run out of the color. She says pick another color, which after two women run around the shop, they don't even have. At this point I give up on the color. 7) A third person examines my cuticles and determines she needs to FURTHER cut off my cuticles and takes a dremmel TO MY SKIN. A tool meant to sand down acrylic to my skin. 8) They continue to paint my toes and nails to wrong colors, and it's splotchy, and they have painted little black dust shavings into the gel and set it. You can see it in the pictures. That is IN the paint. 9) The paint job is shabby at best, and was performed by a girl who is probably 16 and had dreams to do more with her life but her parents forced her into doing this. 10) The guy who originally did my crap pedi is SLEEPING in the chair next to me. I can't even make this up. 11) The entire process took almost 2 hours. For this. 12) One of the woman asked if I liked my nails, and I said. This was a horrible experience. And she proceeded to just try and shuffle me out the door. 13) I was surely not letting them go anywhere near by eyebrows. 14) As I went up to pay, with bloody fingers, the woman behind me in line pointed out that they had cut my fingers up. Which they responded to with, "She has dry skin. We didn't cut her." As someone who gets mani/pedis often and never encounters this, I can assure you, this is a lie. 15) They want to charge me $66 for this hack job. And I refuse. I explain that I'm willing to pay for a basic mani/pedi, but I would NOT pay full price for what they had done. The owner/manager proceeds to argue with me asking, "Why don't you want to pay?" Which, look lady, if I didn't intend on paying full price to begin with, I wouldn't have come in to begin with. And I still paid for services. Just not the full price. I've done reviews for other nail salons and have never had such a horrible experience. Usually it's quite the opposite, actually. Also, none of their tools come out in sterilized packages so I'll be lucky if I don't get an infection from this. They were grabbing tools from different stations that were not cleaned properly. I'll be submitting a complaint to the health department as well. Most Yelp reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt and a heaping dose of empathy since you can't please everyone, and I'm so very aware of this. But this... this was so beyond terrible. This was a bad experience dealing with the staff, a poor manicure and pedicure, and how they handled the entire situation was just unprofessional, all while the guy is still sleeping in the pedi chair in the background. And of course, lastly, IF YOU'RE GOING TO TALK BADLY ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS IN VIETNAMESE, MAKE SURE THEY DON'T ALSO SPEAK IT. Should the woman and her daughter who were there, the woman in the running outfit, and the two older women who came in read this - yes, they were talking about you too. read more

Buyer beware I got an awful infection from this place. They are not sanitary as in cleaning things between clients, nor do they properly handle injuries they give your nails. They also always try to up sell you on things that should already be included in your service (like trimming your nails/cuticles when getting a manicure). If you decline they continue to push for more money. Aside from the infection on my finger, they also massaged both legs together during my pedicure, instead of individually. The pedi massage was given by a man who's nails were so long that the massage was painful. The prices are also outrageous for the minimal service you receive. read more

Been going here for 3years. It's my place. They got to know me and what I like, and they are consistent. Yesterday I had my nails done, a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. The lady waxed my eyebrows quickly and trimmed and stated she was done. I looked in the mirror and she had missed most of the hair below my eyebrows. I mentioned this to her and she proceeded to wax them again in stead of tweeze the missed hairs. This ripped the skin off my face. It is very painful. When I went in to show them what they did they simply said "Oh sorry" and walked away. I come here with my mom when I'm in town. The ladies working here are always kind and professional! If it's a slow time of the day, they will happily have two nail attendants working on one person (for pedicures and manicures). The prices seem to be pretty average for what you'd pay at any salon in the area. I especially like that they always focus on the foot massage aspect of the pedicure- which is always wonderful! read more

Worst place ever. Says on the price board 15 for fill and 5 for gel. I'm expecting to pay 20 and they tell me 35. When I ask why they only say gel and then tell me it's because I have long nails. I have gone to this nail salon a few times in the past but today will be my last pedicure is what I came for today and it began at 10:55am and ended at 11:07am - I have never have a $26 dollar TWELVE minute pedicure ever!!! I was one of three customers at the time so not at all busy ..... I was then graciously allowed to sit for about five minutes before telling me I was finished and asking for me to pay as a note: I personally was not at all talkative today as I was typing a very important letter on my phone but smiled and said hello when she arrived to begin the service - just because one does not speak during a service does not mean they deserve less of a service. read more

I've been to Nails Center many times over the past several years. This is actually a nice nail salon. The staff is lovely and the service is quite good. It used to be that I could go in, ask for a mani/pedi and get mani/pedi. More recently, it seems to be about offering extended services for an upcharge. While I still think they perform services better than most salons I've been to, I wish it was the same as it used to be. That being said, they don't push if you decline. Manicures never last on me (from anywhere) but the pedis and gel manis done here last a few weeks and I really do like the staff so I'm sure I'll continue to be a regular client. :) read more

I went in to get an acrylic manicure and had picked out my color. The nail tech talked me into getting gel and said "we have the same color of polish in gel, it's only $5 more", so I got the gel. It was NOT the same color. Then the nail tech did not touch my cuticles at all and did not take the acrylic powder all the way to my nail bed. Two days later I was really looking at my nails and they already looked like they were grown out for 2 weeks, not 2 days. I called in and asked if they could fix the nails they messed up, free of charge, and they said I could come and they would look, so I came in. They charged me $25 to fix the nails they screwed up in the first place. Ridiculous. And charged my cousin $50 for a measly pedicure that was worthless and barely even touched her feet after she had been soaking them for 30 minutes waiting for a nail tech. $50 is the deluxe price and the tech claimed it was because she got gel polish. No. They are scammers. No longer a customer. read more

This salon is dirty and overpriced. My daughter (3years old) and I came in for a Mommy daughter day. I was up sold on the Spa Pedicure. Little did I know it would be a small fortune. My pedicure did have a good massage and really scalding hot stone massage. Nails chipped in less then 24 hours for me. My daughters mini pedicure must have cost as much as mine which didn't even last one day. The grand total for two mani-pedis was $110 and we didn't do any shellac or acrylic. I'm assuming the grand total may have had something I do with her comment while getting my manicure of "Your husband must really take care of you..." read more
