I needed a pedicure Sunday and looked up places nearby. This place had great reviews so I wanted to give them a try. Pedicure tech was okay. Felt like everything as far as scrubbing my feet and cleaning my cuticles could have been done much better than it was. I did ask twice for them to make my water warmer. I'm not sure if they just didn't hear? My shellac paint job did turn out good. Not sure if I'd come back. Basic pedicure was $40 plus $15 for shellac polish. read more

I've had my nails bare and boring for the last two years (right before I had my third kid) but with my wedding on the horizon, I was ready to indulge in acrylics again. I came here after seeing quite a few rave reviews on social media for them and it's just an added bonus it's less than ten minutes from home. The salon itself is gorgeous and more upscale vibes. Booking appointments is super simple either through Instagram DM or just calling. I love that they ask if I have a specific technician that I want because I usually forget to ask for someone in particular. I just happened to end up with Kim for my first appointment and she will be my go to. She's incredibly sweet and she does AMAZING work. Both times I've come in with a photo of what I want, she nails it (pun intended). She's super thorough and does a great job. Ask for Kim!! Another added bonus is the complimentary bevvies - even wine! A nice added treat to really elevate the experience. Linda was amazing. I got the level 5 pedicure (there are 6 levels) and let me tell you.... The service was superb! She didn't rush, leg and foot massage was deep and firm, and so relaxing. Truly blown away by the reviews being so good. Walked into an empty salon & asked for a pedicure & cuticle clean up. They did both at the same time... even though it's an empty salon. And I'm pregnant and it's hard to reach my arm across my body. Then the lady doing my nails went to put polish on even though i told them i was allergic to nail polish on my hands and just wanted a cuticle clean up. They then charged my full price and refused to budge on the pricing since she "massaged" my arms. I guess a massage is punching someone's arms then wiping off the lotion w a scolding hot towel. My cuticles aren't even cleaned up properly & I still have junk under my nails and my pedicure was sub par. Complete waste of $72 read more

The lady at the front was welcoming, the women doing my pedicure seemed frustrated I was only getting the classic pedicure (my first time, I'm testing them obviously going basic). It was underwhelming to say the least. No foot rub, barely any lotion. My feet were in the water maybe 10 minutes? And the MAIN reason I came? To get my ingrown toenails removed because I can't do them myself, they left them. Money wasted in my opinion. I wasn't offered water until the very end of my service. It is not my job to ask a nail tech to do their job fully, I'm a licensed cosmetologist and this is apart of a pedicyr Very disappointed, do NOT recommend. read more

However, the appointment took 90 mins and I've since been told that nails usually only take 45-60 mins to do. My daughter had her cuticles injured and a friend had to fix them the next day. I had whatsoever left them bubbly, unshaken, and overall bad. I called to get a fix and when I went in, they were visibly annoyed a rushed crappy job and then tried to argue about payment, even though it had only been two days since I came in and spent $90.
