I'm usually not the type to complain but I'm so fed up with rude people working at nail salons. I walked in so happy to get my nails done but the lady literally complained that she had to take off my nails... I would've had no problem if I had to reschedule or something. I walked in on time. She just didn't want to do her job and leave early from work. Like ma'am.... So I stopped mid way and said never mind. After they heard me say that they all proceeded to talk about who knows what...? Keep in mind I was just feeling uncomfortable as hell at this point. Then they kept asking if I wanted to get my nails done. Like no thanks not with the attitude you're giving me. I walked in and asked for a color change. The gel polish on my nails were chipping and I wanted fresh polish for an event coming up. I did expect this salon to be pricey based on the reviews and location. Again, all I asked for was a color change. They filed the polish off of my nails, cleaned up the shape of my nails, and repainted them with gel. I did get a french tip and chrome powder on top so I understand an extra charge for those items. However, they charged me $60 dollars and still asked for a tip. I am honestly just confused how any salon can get away with charging that much for a simple service. I was in there for about 30 minutes max. I branched out a tried a different salon to clean up my nails and paid the price, literally. $60 for a color change is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be returning to this salon. The nails are cute, but there's still little mistakes on the french tips. AND THEY CHARGED ME $60 DOLLARS. I do not recommend going here for nails! I only come in for special occasions and in between visits I pick at my nails really bad so that they're much shorter than my fingers and fissures from hangnails etc.. They must be a nightmare for a nail tech, and yet Lu always pretties them up for me. I've been coming her for years and it's always clean and bright, and reliable. My first time here. I called in to see if I could get squeezed in. The gentleman on the phone was nice and explained the different pedicure services they provided and said I could come in. I got there and it's a small little shop with about 5 ladies working. I was offered a beverage (mimosa, water, tea). The lady that worked on my toes was friendly and we had fun conversation. This nail salon is my favorite in this area! I've been to a few but this is the only one who actually gives me a true pedicure as opposed to simply massaging my legs and painting my toes. As a runner I really beat up my feet, these amazing ladies actually take care of my cuticles, calluses, and whatever else my feet need before they paint them so the pedicure lasts for weeks! This is the one place I don't need to get a gel pedicure because their regular ones are fabulous. They take their time and do a great job. DO make an appointment though, they stay super busy all the time. This time I got an ombré full set just for fun turned out AMAZING and they were so helpful and patient with me (never done it before). The only negative thing I have to say is that my nails turned out a bit too thick for my liking. I am sure they would have thinned them out, I just noticed after the fact. Horrible place. So unprofessional. There were 3 staff member when I went it. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was on her phone and totally ignored me. Then another lady sitting at one of the tables called me. The whole time I was there one of the staff ladies was sitting on a chair and her legs on another chair and yawning loudly. It was just plan ol wierd. They were all talking to each other in there language loudly the whole time completely ignoring the fact that they had a customer. I walked out of there with 3 bloody fingers because I guess she just did an awesome job cutting my cuticles. I would highly discourage people from going here. This place is an absolute disaster and I have no idea why they are open! read more

I REALLY wanted to like this place since it's close to my house, but I will not be back. I had a male doing my nails and he absolutely destroyed my cuticles. I've never had a fill be painful till this experience. After leaving my appointment and even days past, multiple of my cuticles are: swollen, red, and some even have little scabs from bleeding! OUCH!! He needs to be taught how to gently push cuticles back without injuring people. read more

I have tried every nail salon within a 5 mile radius of my house and this is the one I have decided to stick with. They do a great job on my nails, both fingernails and toenails. They are wonderful women and I look forward to seeing them every two weeks. Went here because it was conveniently close to my house and I was leaving on vacation the next day. I called ahead and made an appointment for a dip powder manicure, and I arrived 10 minutes early, and I still wasn't sat down until 15min after my scheduled appointment time. My nails were done hastily and with little to no attention to detail. I don't get anything fancy done with my nails, but it was disappointing when the tech only did the bare minimum and cut me twice in the process. They also didn't have prices posted anywhere that I could see, which I found strange. They did an ok job with me. Customer service is great. They were delayed because a machine broke so I got my pedi done then went back and had to wait to get my nails done. I got a simple white tip fill. They airbrushed the white tips on. The airbrush doesn't do that great of a job because you can see where the old lines are but I told her I was in a rush and she got me in and out of the chair in 20 minutes. It's a good job for 20 minutes. I'll see how my next appointment goes. If it gets better I will raise the rating. read more

The staff went out of their way to help me choose, rather than getting irritated, showing me different shapes and styles, and they were all extremely friendly and personable. My auntie made a last minute appointment here for the both of us for a quick pamper. We did a basic manicure and surprisingly it was dirt cheap! For regular nail polish $6 and for french manicure only $7. Being a first time customer, I decided to be on the safe side and get the regular manicure.. The lady that helped me was super quick and very attentive to detail. Of course she made the regular small talk, as most ladies do at nail salons, but it made the process go by quicker. Went in for a fill, no other customers. They turned two people away while i was there, didn't seem like they wanted business. Gotta say this is the dirtiest nail salon i have ever been in many years. Sloppy job, really old polish and products with worn out brushes, acrylic dust heaped on table. Just horrible. I took the goopy polish off the second I got home and refiled my nails.
