I have been going here for over a couple decades as it is in my neighborhood. I saw a lot of bad reviews from last year. It started when someone broke the glass at the drive thru, and then all the staffing changes. It was like going to a 3rd world country pharmacy. Long hold times if you were lucky enough to get through, long long waits both inside and the drive thru. It was a nightmare! Collin the pharmacist was on leave at that time and gotta say even I looked into going elsewhere. Once Collin came back (the absolute best pharmacist EVER btw!) things got much better this past year! Yes, sometimes call times can be a bit of a wait, but most times it's not much of a wait at all anymore. (Just don't call right when they open). Things are back to normal! The staff is well trained and friendly as of this writing. As far as Collin, he's so quick, meticulous and good at what he does I would follow him to whatever pharmacy he goes to! Who writes a review about their pharmacist?! ME! Walgreens is lucky to have him, and so am I !!!!!! read more

This has to be the Worst pharmacy in the state of Washington. It takes longer to pick up prescriptions than the doctors appointment takes...

Over 2 hours trying to get through by phone. It almost seems intentional ? And after 30 minutes...you're automatically disconnected

Pharmacy can be really complicated, and I've noticed they've been getting better with prescription wait times over time. The girls at the front are always very kind, and I try to be understanding ...you know, not everything is going to be perfect all the time. But I can genuinely see that they care about helping me and making sure I get my medication. I really appreciate the effort they put in, especially when things get busy. read more

Terrible. Over a week to fill a simple prescription - showed in the app it was ready - waited in drive through line for 40mins and it was not ready and no timeline for when it would be ready - maybe another week? They have gone so down hill. Also watched pharmacist pour someone's meds into his bare hand and then back in the bottle and into the bag for pick up. Gross, that goes in someone's mouth... read more

The absolute WORST incompetence I have ever experienced. I dropped my prescription off at 9:40 AM And was told it would not be ready till 4:00 PM. When I arrived at 4 pm they said they didn't have a prescription for me. They literally lost my prescription read more

Tiva is very friendly and hardworking! I love when she is at this location when I visit :) she is always willing to help

The pharmacy always has issues, and many people I know, and I have had several bad experiences. The store itself is fine.

this Walgreens GENUINELY has a hard time not fucking something. my account is messed up every other time I call, nobody knows wtf they're doing, every damn worker in that pharmacy has an attitude, not a single worker has any customer service skills, mfs will say "I've worked here 15 years" and still not know wtf they're doing. How is every single pharmacy employee at this Walgreens Incompetent. It's kind of incredible. read more

Worst customer service, consistently gone down hill in the last 6 months . I will be transferring to another pharmacy. Wait time is also ridiculous. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy has steadily declined in the last year or so. Prescriptions are consistently late to be ready. I know more than one person who has received the wrong prescription meds, under the wrong name. When my son had surgery and needed pain meds for recovery, I had to battle with them to get them same day. They told me they could be ready next day (they were sent in by 11 am to be filled) and I explained again that he had SURGERY and absolutely needed the meds that day. Scheduled an appointment for covid and flu shots for my family (x4), checked in 15 minutes before appointment time, went up to the counter 20 minutes past scheduled appointment time and was told it would be at least another 30 minutes before they would get to us. Why did I make an appointment?! We are absolutely changing pharmacies. Zero recommendations for this location. The store itself is fine, the pharmacy is terrible. read more

Love this Walgreens! We always have the best customer service and prescriptions are done quick! Great place to stop for last minute milk that's not 6 bucks at the gas station! Super friend staff makes me continue to come back all the time! Bonus- they have Red box in the parking lot! read more

Beyond ridiculous. I understand being short staffed, but closing a pharmacy at 6 is borderline negligent. A lot of people don't get off until 6. I got to the pharmacy at 6:07 and was sent away by the pharmacist and told to get my prescription elsewhere. Thankfully my situation isn't life threatening, but imagine preventing a diabetic their insulin. read more

Recently moved to this area and the closest Bartells (which we normally use) was too far. Closest one is in Auburn. I have to say I am NOT happy with the Walgreen's Pharmacy here at all. My reasons: 1. The rates for my scripts are way more then Bartell Drugs. 2. One of my scripts they filled was 1 pill 2 times a day (which means I need 60 pills) they only filled it with 30...They said it was a mistake. Seriously? 3. Called in my scripts the day before they said they would be ready by 2pm the next day. Go in he next day tat 6:40pm and they don't have them ready. So now I have to wait 15 minutes and no "I am sorry", then they don't even page us to let us know they were ready. So who knows how long they were ready as we sat there!! 4. They have claimed on several occasions, that I had no refills and they had to contact the doctor for approval. When my bottles clearly stated I had refills. When I went in this past time I had the bottles with me, and guess what they claim??? YUP..THEY CLAIM I didn't have refills on 2 scripts. I had the bottles to show them ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE WRONG!!!! If I wasn't out of all my scripts I needed I would have walked out and switched to a new pharmacy! I am officially done with Walgreen's, had the same issues back in Michigan. Going back to Bartells. Even if I have to drive far, it is worth the savings and not having to stress out EVERY month! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using another pharmacy! read more

Always send my digital photos here. Nice and close to home and always have friendly service thanks

I love going to Walgreens each store is identical so you know exactly where to find what you want. If you do prescriptions its really nice to have it already called in and you can go through the drive thru. The store always seems clean and the staff are friendly. They've got great locations all over the place. The parking lot is big and easy to get in and out of. read more

The management is rude. The clerks are rude. The place doesn't even sell postcards. I won't be wasting my time here again.

I usually choose Walgreens over most stores to shop at because I just love their stores and it's usually always quiet. Yesterday I had the worst customer service of my life in this store. All I needed was a simple refund and to have those items rung up again with one more item. Instead they did what appeared to be a refund, had the 4 items rung up properly and then the items that were supposed to be refunded added back on. From there I dealt with 3 different employees and one who stood in front of me for 20 minutes staring at my receipt confused, cutting me off every time I tried to explain anything and being outrageously rude!! I could've figured the problem out in about 30 seconds having a 8 years experience as a cashier supervisor but I stood there for 20 minutes being told I was wrong. I was treated like a liar and a criminal over a mistake that they did! She finally goes to get the store manager Travis and he comes out with 2 other "trainees". The 2 have angry looks and are shaking there heads and Travis is very short with me and so rude. I'm guessing the cashier told him I was trying to scam them which would explain all their attitudes. Unreal!! I think he did the refund just to get me out of the store but didn't actually see the problem. I've never had this sort of experience before in my entire life! I'm tempted to return everything I bought and go somewhere else. Most stores have everything I bought at this store right now. read more

I always find what I need and my prescriptions are usually ready very quickly. Sometimes I pay more but it is close to home and I rarely go in looking for something and it isn't there. Sometimes the pharmacy help isn't very friendly but they aren't rude. read more

Really appreciate the assistance from staff. Came in looking for a specific product in a hurry and the worker/manager Travis was so helpful. He told me they no longer had that product at that location and called the next closest location to see if they did! Unfortunately they didn't, but in my circumstances, I truly appreciated that! read more

Amy the pharmacist is horrible and rude. Stood at the counter forever waiting to ask a question, while she was talking on the phone with what sounded like either a family member or a close friend. When she came to finally talk with me she was very short with me. Instead of kindly telling me she didn't know anything about the over the counter medication. She snapped at me and said I don't know and then walked away. Her technicians were polite and very courteous during this whole thing. I recommend this pharmacy only when she isn't working. read more
