Horrible. Nothing on the shelves meanwhile they're taking the time to stock the chip aisle while there's no tampons or women's products. Rude service as well when i asked if they only had the one box. Also $25 for pain medicine and tampons is RIDICULOUS!! Wish i had time to go somewhere else unfortunately my period came unexpected 30 minutes before i have to be at work. I'd expect a pharmacy store to do better. read more

My kids had immunizations here and the pharmacy staff who administered them was magic. They didn't even feel the shots. They were so surprised and pleased. They said for any shots they only want to come here. A lot of pharmacies don't carry children's doses so I'm appreciative to know where we can go in the future. Plus the toy section had some really great stuff marked down. It was a great trip. read more

The staff at this Rite Aid are very friendly. They go out of their way to help. I have disabilities so my husband picks up all my medications. I call for refills and I've never called any pharmacy that isn't annoyed they had to answer the phone. They never rush me or make me feel bad that I called. If they're busy and I need to wait an hour or so I understand because I know if I'm on the with them or they're filling prescriptions they're doing their best to help everyone. I get irritated when I hear people yelling at them. They do their best and I'd like to see the ones that are mad work there for a day. I'd like to thank them for doing a great job! read more

This review is based on the customer service I receive all the time in the front counter each time I come here. I have never picked up any prescription at the pharmacy so I can't say anything about that. But each time I come here I get good service from the cashier employees at the front area. Did you know that you get a $5 coupon if you have you Amazon package delivered here and you buy something more than $10. Right now the Amazon pick up location is closed but when they reopen I hope they would still have that $5 coupon. I want to give a special shout out to this one particular cashier who is always helpful and nice to me. Her name is Karen, very nice and helpful lady. read more

Picking up a prescription for my disabled sister, I was told it was ready, but the pharmacist just needed to verify it and it would be about 15 minutes because she was doing flu shots for some people. OK, no problem. Pharmacist comes out of the shot room, goes to her counter and starts working away. Problem is, she's very invested in the non-work conversation with her coworker (yes, in spite of the plexiglass divider, those of us waiting can still hear and see you) and apparently can't type and talk at the same time. Another customer walks up to the counter and says he wants a flu shot, and she drops everything to do that, even though there were people (me and two others) waiting first. What I was told would take 15 minutes ended up being 40. To top it off, no apology for the wait and not even a thank you for your business. Good customer service is a dinosaur these days. read more

The pharmacy staff at this store is incompetant. I called three days ago to refill a prescription for my husband. I asked if I had refills available. The staff member said yes. I thought I did not but since she said yes I was like great. Drove 20 minutes to get there ( because they are the only place nearby that accepts both our insurances) and find out they dont have the one prescription. I said this is ridiculous every time I come here there is some kind of issue. The middle eastern woman in the pharmacy calls someone to come handle me for voicing my opinion and suggests I take my business somewhere else. I never threatened anyone and didn't even raise my voice. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy. read more

I just needed receipts for prescriptions that I had received by delivery because I live in Puyallup and work in West Seattle, JENNIFER made smart remark about we're open for 13 hours a day. Hello Jennifer, I DO work more hours than the regular person whether you believe me or not. I needed another way to pick up my receipt and JENNIFER was rude and not helpful. Just had a strange experience at the pharmacy counter. Rite Aid is supposed to accept GoodRX coupons but when I showed them the coupon for my prescription they refused to honor it stating that "They (Good RX) lie!" I showed her the coupon price and she said "We don't sell it for that!" I'm calling the GoodRX complaint line tomorrow to discuss this store with them. This RA has just succeeded in convincing me not to return. They have rude Asian female pharmacists at this location. They don't need my money! read more

Just dissapointed in the wait time due to lack of employees in pharmacy. Only one person working in pharmacy on a Saturday morning. I was second person in line and supplied my records info to be entered into the system. Person in front of me is still waiting to be entered in system. There are now 7 others in line to add or pick up prescriptions. I've been here for 30 minutes waiting to get a shot, people are frustrated and upset because the debit card reader stopped working. Giving 2 stars only because the pharmacist was trying her best and was very nice to the customers. read more

They get me my Percocet medication on time every time when the withdrawals start coming on the worst. But just in the nick of time Rite Aid is there for my refill. Don't know what I'd do without them, prob have to get my medication off the street from someone and die of fentanyl. But anyways, if you have any pharmaceutical needs do not hesitate to stop by here and have their superior customer service take you by the wing and complete fulfill all your needs. I'm so sad how bad the service has become at my once favorite pharmacy. I don't think it's related to COVID-19, they were going downhill before that. I don't blame the employees , they are wonderful. I blame whoever is managing the staffing. You are not doing anyone any favors by understaffing your pharmacy. The staff are beyond stressed and prescriptions are frequently not filled on time. You almost have to say you're going to sit and wait for it to get it filled on the same day. I hate to do that to the employees, but if you don't you may not get your meds until the next day or even the day after. Please get your wonderful staff and faithful patrons the help they deserve. read more

Purchased eye drops... the card on the aisle said five something, I'm almost $10 out the door. Large print price is a "member's" price.... the one you cannot read is the real one. This review is for the photo center only... Do not have your photos printed at Rite-Aid. We took advantage of a great special they had going (check online, they've usually got specials) and printed 100 photos. Nearly all of them were awful. Mostly they came out with a green hue, the ones that were the tiniest bit dark came out so dark we had to throw them away. And the photo paper they use is bad... It won't accept glue or stick to glue. Sounds impossible for paper, but trust me on this one. Most of my photos were 4x6, but I'd also printed one 5x7. Rite-Aid didn't even cut off the excess paper, so when I got the photo, it had a large strip of white paper next to my picture. I would have much rather had them cut it with their cutter so it would have been perfectly straight. Next time, I'm going to pay a bit more and get them printed elsewhere. read more

Remodel is beautiful, but the pharmacy has really gone down hill. Had a prescription I put in to refill online as it said I had no refills left. Didn't hear from them for a few days and gave them a call and they said your insurance won't pay for it (which was not the case as I have gotten it forever). Then they said oh wait no you have refills we just don't have the drug in stock (okay, but you put on the bottle I did not have refills). I was told the prescription would be in the stock the next day and they'd call my (as this is my preferred way of getting information from them). The next day I hadn't heard anything. I called them and they said we'll put in the request for you and then got a call about an hour later it was done. Really miss Jim and Jamie, but understand they're trying to train new employees in the pharmacy. read more

It's a Rite Aid......it is what it is.... Big, convenient, they will probably have what you need from a big drug store. Reasonably clean and well lit. Easy parking as the shopping center it is in has a huge lot - easy in and out. read more

This review is referring to the Pharmacy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I understand there can be complications that are it of the pharmacists hands, such as things to do with insurance and coverage, etc. but these people don't even do you the courtesy of calling and letting you know there are complications! Some people (such as myself) have to drive quite a ways to get my medication and when I come down twice in a day and each time they tell me to come back later, so infuriating! read more
