Browsing around was a little bit of a hassle since there were a lot of people, but we were able to find what we liked. The Checkout process was very good. The cashier was kind and super speedy. Communication is unreliable -- sometimes you're notified when a prescription is ready, other times it's been sitting there without any notice. Overall, the service feels dismissive and lacks any sense of customer care. I've since switched to Amazon Pharmacy, where prescriptions are delivered directly to my home almost always the same day as ordering (for the same price as going to a physical pharmacy) -- no dealing with rude staff or waiting wondering if your prescription is ready. I'm glad I made the switch and would recommend others consider doing the same.

I waited to write this review until I had verified that this pharmacy was unlike other pharmacies…read more I had been going to this location for the past 5+ years and it has gone decreasingly downhill, especially in the last year. The pharmacy staff are mostly nice, except for the pharmacist with the glasses who is consistently rude and condescending. If something is not in stock, they never tell you even when it could be medically important. They give varying prices depending on who you talk to and the prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, no one answers the phone and occasionally they pick up and hang up. My new pharmacy has been consistent, communicative and nice and I am SO glad I switched and would never ever in a zillion years go back. I realize they are probably overworked and understaffed but maybe they need to refer clients to other stores in the area. Please do something about location this for those poor souls that remain there. The entire store is inadequately stocked, but the cashiers are all very nice. I agree with most of the reviews that this location should be closed. It just doesn't serve the neighborhood.
