Terrible! Employees were rude, took forever and pharmacist didn't provide the proper application tools needed for the medication

I didn't choose this place for my CPAP equipment, my doctor chose it for me. I wish she hadn't…read more I had an appointment here a couple weeks ago to go over my equipment and now it works. I specifically scheduled an in-office appointment because I am a visual/tactile person and require hands on demonstration. The lady who demonstrated, I don't remember her name, was not very good at demonstrating. She held up each part and basically went "do this and this and this" and that was it, sent me on my way. Almost every night, I've gotten an "adjust mask" message on my app. Do you think I have a clue how to do that? I do not, because I was never shown. I'll be paying a visit to the Tacoma location, hopefully they are better and more customer oriented.

Dealing with this company is a joke. I need a new mask. Then my insurance isn't going to cover it…read morebecause I haven't been using it enough. At first they wanted me to bring the machine in so they could download the usage data. And then in the voicemail that they left me later after I called them, was that they were able to download it. And that's when they told me my insurance won't cover it. And they only called me to tell me so, they should have freaking emailed me. So here I'm waiting for weeks until I finally called them. And this whole time I'm sleeping with a 74% blood oxygen level. I ordered the same thing through Amazon. It's cheaper and free shipping and it'll be here in 2 days. Plus I don't have to wait on hold or wait for them to call me back for an hour or more. Amazon's software is so easy! Performance Home medical, places like this are not going to survive when Amazon is so much better. I can't wait until Amazon is supported by my insurance and I can order a CPAP machine through them. My watch can do the sleep study. Jokes on them.

These folks have a HUGE selection of gently-used manual wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs (I…read morethink!), wheelchair cushions, hospital beds, toilet chairs, bedpans, portable urinals, laptop tables on wheels (to use with a hospital bed), recliners, etc. I needed a wheelchair because my back problems are getting worse and I kept falling, even with using my rollerator. I didn't want to wait for Medicare/Medicaid to approve a wheelchair purchase b/c they take too long and they usually spend the least amount of money for a person's medical needs. Instead, I paid out of pocket for a nice wheelchair that was originally $300. I paid $85! And the service was great, too. There's a guy named Bob who fixes wheelchairs and other mobility devices. He was friendly and thorough! He made sure that my wheelchair had everything it needed. He swapped out some parts for better parts and fixed the two footrests about two weeks later because one of them kept falling off. All of their profits from sales go back into the Multiple Sclerosis community to help people pay rent, get jobs, etc. I am glad I could help out by buying one of the wheelchairs. I plan on returning in a month or so to buy some more used accessories for my wheelchair. There WAS a weird woman who kept pestering me about things I was looking to buy. At first, I thought she worked there but she was just an obnoxious customer. She kept trying to touch my hair! My caregiver had to tell her to back off! Thankfully, she wasn't there the second time my caregiver and I went there. Anyway... ;-)

Support these folks whenever you have medical equipment needs. Not only are the prices lower than…read moreretails, AND you are recycling/reusing, but they are friendly and very helpful in finding the right stuff.
