The app won't let me deliver my meds. Been calling support for months and they just either stay dead silent or hang up on my and my roommate when no solution is left to be found. But they did send me a care card for my 4 year old account even though I didn't ask for it. But my current about it will take 6 weeks to get the proper one mailed to me. And my prescriptions are sometimes handed to me and other times they are in mailbox. Sometimes somebody else's mailbox. They say once it leaves the pharmacy it is OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND CANT HELP YOU! And so I emailed support they sent me a reply of I see you contacted support if you didn't do this call this number. Went in for a simple vaccination. The pharmacist made a huge scene and was shouting and berating me for not sitting and waiting on him while he was serving the person before me. Claimed he had been searching for me- and was furious. The lady behind me said- eeks, guess I better sit down. Then when he called me in to give me the shot he continued to chastise and berate me in the closed room. Said he will not give me my shot if he has to look for me again and would not stop he assault of me and continued ranting at me even when I said -you have made your point please quit talking to me like this. He gave me the shot with no warning and then flung open the door to dismiss me without giving me time to put my sweater back on. It was horrifying. If they had not already processed the $200 payment thru my insurance, I would have walked out and never looked back. I was not wandering the aisles, I literally went to pick a single product off the shelf and was within war shot of the pharmacy area and he was with another client when I stepped over to get the product. The rage he had and the continued ranting -you would think I had been Christmas's shopping all over and not immediately available or that I had been holding up other appointments- but they were still checking in the person behind me and had not finished when I came back. No one was waiting for me, just the monster of a pharmacist. Bet he would never have treated another man that way and definitely would not have gotten away with that shit in front of my husband. I feel sorry for the young women working with him- revolting . Never taking our business there. NEVER.

Been going here for a year or so since I retired as a hospital pharmacy director. I only have 3…read moreroutine meds so I'm not here often but every time I go I'm appalled at the staffs lack of customer service and lack of willingness to work with their patients (i.e. me). Today I stood in line to pick up a prescription that they placed on routine refills, is way too early, and they've text constantly over the last week to come pick up. As I reached the pick up counter I was told "um sorry it's past 1 PM and we close for lunch between 1 and 2". Me "so I can't pick up my 1 prescription?" Pharmacist, "no you need to come back in an hour". The pharmacy tech would have rung be up in 1 min tops (no co-pay) and I'd be gone. Now I'm pissed enough that I'll be transferring my prescriptions to Fred Meyer. I know these employees don't care but maybe if they go the way of Rite Aid they'll figure it out. Also, Why can't you all go to lunch in shifts and put patients first like we do in a hospital? You don't need to close. Patient care 101.

Communication is unreliable -- sometimes you're notified when a prescription is ready, other times it's been sitting there without any notice. Overall, the service feels dismissive and lacks any sense of customer care. I've since switched to Amazon Pharmacy, where prescriptions are delivered directly to my home almost always the same day as ordering (for the same price as going to a physical pharmacy) -- no dealing with rude staff or waiting wondering if your prescription is ready. I'm glad I made the switch and would recommend others consider doing the same.

I took off a star because of the customer service. They staff isn't cold. They are friendly. It's just. They are so skittish. Always looking around. Always finding ways to avoid everyone. I just get this impression it's like "yes I'm here to help....if you can find me!!!" It's just seems so...."please come in, get what you need, and go". It just didn't feel right.
