Rite Aid Pharmacy in Surprise Lake-Milton is the premier pharmacy for our family. The Pharmacist, Rahm, is a brilliant, kind and thorough provider. His staff, both James and Sue, plus others have been beyond professional and courteous in every communication. They get a one star because Yelp won't let me give anything less. this is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I've never been able to pick up a prescription in just one trip, and they refuse to call to let you know that can't make the time their phone system committed to. they also have excuses for everything. They can't just own up to the fact they screwed up avoid this location like the plague. read more

I use the pharmacy and they are efficient, professional and kind. Safety protocols are in effect as well. The cashiers up front always greet me when I walk in and wish me a good day on the way out. The store is clean and well stocked. I usually find what I need. I'm not sure about the previous poor reviews but I have not experienced anything but good service. read more

Terrible Pharmacy cancelled my meds and put them on the shelf and didn't notify me, didn't refill them on time on many occasions, spaced out my meds had to come back many times instead of just once a month for refills. Had enough just plain terrible! Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy! read more

Do not use this pharmacy. They are unorganized, unprofessional and rude. My friend picked up perscriptions for me at closing time, they did not bother to inform her they did not have a specific one available then told me I didn't need it. I have been using this Rite Aid for over 30 years. I had to change my rating because this store refuses to make their store safe during the Covid 19 outbreak. The first time I went into the store after the Covid 19 restrictions only 2 of 6 employees I saw were wearing a mask. I called and talked with the manager about it and he said he would make sure the employees would wear a mask. Most employees started wearing a mask after that except one of the pharmacists. He chooses to wear a face shield. A face shield does not protect the prescriptions on the counter below him from contamination. I talked with both the manager and Corporate about this issue and he is still wearing a face shield. My wife is immune-compromised, I have no choice but to change pharmacies. read more

Super large Rite Aid in Milton. Didn't have sale items as advertised. Store was pretty empty (maybe 5 other customers and 1 staff person in entire store). Wish they had better inventory because it is a nice, clean store. read more

I have never been happy with the RX here. Last time my wife was starting a new medicine and I asked the pharmacist - how much and how often should she take it. The reply was, "the instructions are in the box". Huh? So now the Rite Aid Pharmacist doesn't even know what prescriptions she is selling. This is typical of this Rite Aid - you call the RX in and it isn't ready - they have been out of medicine and had to delay filling the RX. Seems like there are other choices around. read more

This is a great neighborhood drug store! I always wonder how they can compete with Safeway & Fred Meyer & Amazon, so I shop there as much as I can. Everyone who works both in the store and in the Pharmacy and super sweet and caring. Go Milton Rite Aid! read more

The staff here are so rude!! No wonder I was the only one in there. One girl stocking cosmetics ripped an eyeliner out of my 2 year old son's hand and put it back in it's place as if it was the worst thing he could've done. I almost went off on her but I didn't! I also had just picked up 3 prescriptions. My son accidentally rips the paper bag wide open. I picked everything up and stuffed it into my purse instead. I then proceed to get followed and then here several fake security calls on the intercom. I was so pissed! Nobody deserves that kind of treatment!! read more

The pharmacist is extremely rude. I felt after he saw what my prescription was he completely judged me and mistreated me. I would never recommend that pharmacy as long as they have that pharmacist. I actually fill my prescriptions at Safeway, but they didn't have what I needed, so they told me the check rite aid means it was the closest pharmacy. read more

I am a pretty loyal customer if I am treated kindly and fairly. The majority of the staff here are nice including the daytime manager who seems to care about customer service. She took my complaint about the pharmacist seriously but he was still pretty curt, rude and uncompassionate. I am happy that not all of the Rite Aids employ a pharmacist who has this type of poor attitude and bad customer service skills. I will sadly take my business elsewhere after today. read more

Okay so my friend and I went in there, and being pretty young you get scared a lot. The ladies there were assuming that my friend and I were stealing. We would never do such a thing because we don't know how to and money doesn't come easy. Rude people, rude service, and girls were threatening to call the cops. They are very rude workers, they assumed me and my two friends were stealing because we were browsing in the make-up/ hair products isle. We started to feel like we couldn't even shop comfortably and like we were being watched. One of the women put over the phone "can we get a camera check" when we had gotten to the counter and we were paying!!! We felt like because we were 18+ they were being stereotypical. After we left we were enraged at how they made us feel. We went back a day later because my friend didn't end up liking what she got and wanted to return it and they wouldn't let her, but they said she could exchange it. Frustrated we went looking for something to exchange it with. As we were doing that we heard over the intercom her say the same thing but the isles we were shopping on!!!! We ended up going home and telling my friends mom, and she went in and returned it and said something. We all have lived in the area our whole lives and have been frequent shoppers and have never experienced that at that rite aid before. The two woman: one blonde one Asian dark haired lady have very poor customer skills and do not know how to treat customers of all ages. Because of this our families will not be shopping at this rite aid, and we will pass it on. read more

This is a pretty massive Rite Aid. They have tons and tons of merchandise and stock many items most Rite Aids don't. I like the variety and unique selection. The store isn't packed ever so there is a laid back, if plain, feel to the place. I will say their pricing can be outrageous. This store got re-modeled in 2014 - it's like new, now; someone always greets me with a "Welcome"; if there are more than 3 people in the line, they get another cashier; Allyssa is always nice to me; it's become a friendly neighborhood Riteaid. read more

I was on my way home from a long day at work! I stopped at Safeway at 9:30 I came out of Safeway at 9:47 when I got in my car it was 952pm I called down there to make sure they were still open because it shows they are open until 10 PM, at this point after arguing with her why they were closed already it was 957pm and I'm sitting in front of their store and they should not have been closed but she seems to think that her register was more accurate than my Verizon telephone, that showed it was 957pm still!! And to top it all off it was the manager herself, what a shame they should keep those doors open until 10 PM so either the register is wrong or they just want to close early!! read more
