However, I have never had a prescription filled at this Walgreens so I don't know how their pharmacy is. This location always seems to have good sale items. My mission today was to find Cadbury eggs. It seems in 2026, they are a hot commodity! I couldn't find them anywhere on Easter Sunday . After trying 7 different places, I gave up. This Walgreens location was well stocked & they were 50% off MSRP so they were a great deal! . And the cashier gave me another 10% discount discount because I was over 55. So don't let the bathroom view put you off this is not a bad Walgreens to shop at.

But…read morefor some reason, every time we want fried chicken from the deli counter, they are out of chicken or don't have enough cooked and ready to be served! It has happened a number of times over the years, doesn't matter what time of afternoon or early evening. Latest instance was on Friday, 8/16/24 at 4:10 PM. We had dropped by to get a couple of 16 Mixed Piece buckets, but they were out of chicken so we had to wait about 25 minutes. So, we walked around the store to get our other groceries and then picked up the 2 buckets of freshly fried chicken. Waiting for it wasn't that big of an issue. Just the fact that the cook wasn't scheduled to be there until 5:00 PM, as mentioned by the employees, and they were totally out of chicken with other customers waiting to buy some as well. Anyway, finding other bread, milk, chips and Sodas were no problem at the store. Good experience browsing around and going through the self-checkout process. Parking was fine as well. Safeway needs to do something about hiring more people to work the deli and hot foods corner. Gotta do something about the schedule to make it more convenient for the customers and workers.

I am an employee at the SeaTac airport, and I speak for most of us when I say that we were excited…read moreto have a 7-Eleven open in the baggage claim area. At first, they struggled with the huge number of customers who flooded in looking for snacks and beverages and at that time, they refused to sell any hot food items after 10:00 PM. They kept running out of food and the variety was very limited. It's been a few months now and they now offer a better variety of food 24 hours a day however, they don't seem to rotate the items in compliance with health department standards. I've gone in and seen some shriveled up hot dogs that look like they've been on the roller for days. They don't stock very many name brands as everything has been replaced with a 7-Eleven branded package and who knows where they source their inventory from. My biggest complaints about this location are that there are never enough employees working and the lines get very long. On top of that, their largest customer base are the people who are employed and work at the airport, and we all have to take our items through a security checkpoint, and all of our food goes into a tub and then through the x-ray scanner machine. This location started out using the 7-Eleven branded takeout containers for their hot food items like the clamshell boxes for the hot dogs and pizza slices but now they only offer cardboard boats. The kind that you get an order of fries in at the carnival. These do not go through the x-ray scanner very well and leave your food vulnerable to foreign objects or worse, getting tipped over and falling out. The employees don't seem to care about the customers which is quid pro quo for most 7-Eleven locations but since they are in the airport, they are charging you airport prices. I feel like that should come with some level of professionalism and respect, but what do I know? Most of the other retail and food establishments located at SeaTac airport offer us a 10% employee discount but not 7-Eleven, even though this location is owned by the same lady who owns all of the Hudson news locations at SeaTac. If you're in town visiting, I'd suggest walking a few blocks down to the other 7-Eleven on International BLVD. If you're traveling from Seattle and want snacks for the flight, they are a tiny bit less expensive than other convenience places on the other side of TSA. Just be prepared buy some generic alternative to what you really and and then wait in line for rude employees to check you out and argue with you if you need a refund or something doesn't ring up correctly. Out of nowhere, the older man behind the counter became extremely hostile, pulled a gun on me, and smashed his own countertop (yes that's why his counter top was smashed for so long, he did that himself with the machete he keeps in there with the knives he try's to sell) The behavior was completely unprovoked and deeply alarming. He appeared to be under the influence or mentally unstable--either way, it was dangerous. To my African American brothers and sisters: I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment. Your safety is worth more than giving this business another chance.

I was respectful and said hello and started browsing. It took some time for me to choose what I wanted to drink. Walked a lap around the rows and couldn't find a snack. Then I came across the mints, deciding which ones I wanted, the old man raised his voice and said " Are you done? " with a tone and delivery of annoyance. Yes,I have a shoulder bag on and took some time to decide what I wanted-- was that a violation of what an average customer would do? What conclusion did he jump to? Startled and frustrated I walked towards the register and asked if there was apple pay available or if it's only a physical card that is accepted. He said a couple sentences with the same harsh tone and very much rushed to the point where it was inaudible. Finally after I politely asked him to repeat SEVERAL times, he slows down his sentence and I understood the message he was trying to get across. A small charge for total less than $6. Was that so necessary? As for the rest of the reviewers, i'm glad you all have felt safe and welcomed at this establishment. I've only been here once with a clear conscience and an expectation of being respectful to one another. To the old gentleman, thank you for showing me that you only want to nurture your relationships with your regulars. I'm holding you accountable for your lack of understanding of how to communicate with a new customer. It is none of my concern whether you had a bad day or not.. Your projection of your misplaced anger/frustration(s) is a clear display of lack of emotional intelligence. You should do better, or don't.
