Still one of my favorite spots for boba in Federal Way. The owner and staff are super nice. Ordering is easy and the drinks are made quickly. The only downside is the high price tag, especially with added topping. But that's not an unique problem to this shop, boba is expensive across the board now. That said, I've never been disappointed by the quality of the drink. Besides my go-to Strawberry Matcha Latte with Milk Pudding, I have been enjoying the new pistachio matcha latte. The pistachio foam is nutty and creamy, and really adds texture to the drink. I also love that they have special events and collabs. Follow them on IG!
Solid drinks that are refreshing & sweet. nothing extraordinary but always a good option. I like that they have a self order kiosk & is typically pretty fast
Located right on Pacific Highway in a small plaza with a good amount of parking. If there isn't any parking out front, you can go up the hill and there's plenty more parking. When you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff as well as upbeat music playing. They had a good amount of tables to hang out and enjoy your boba. Their drinks and toppings are all made fresh and you can taste the quality of their ingredients. Aside from their main menu, they always have seasonal and limited time promo drinks which are always fun to get. The two we got this time around were the Dubai Chocolate Frostie as well as the Blueberry Crunch. Both drinks tasted exactly what they sounded like and you can taste each component of the drink coming together as one. Super refreshing and delicious either as a quick drink or as a dessert. This place will always be our go to!
I really liked the lychee aloe drink as the tea taste was quite strong. I recommend getting 25% sugar if you don't like your drinks too sweet. I didn't like their limited edition winter melon drink with lemon as I felt the lemon clashed with the winter melon, but I like their limited edition lychee drink so much I would like to try their other fruit teas too!

Just wanted to write an update after witnessing an amazing act of kindness during probably one of their busier days as they are currently doing a Love and Deepspace (popular game) collab and have a long line every time they open. We have been here twice to receive my goodies as they are currently doing one set of collab goodies per order. The staff here has done an exceptionally job not only ensuring that the experience goes smoothly for fans but also still making great drinks. I love the collaboration drinks as they were all made deliciously and refreshing, especially with how hot it has been. Now on the second day (8/11), my boyfriend and I were waiting for our days and suddenly I heard a small commotion coming from outside near the door but couldn't see as their window decals was covering whatever was going on. I let my boyfriend know that we should be careful as we walk out cause it looked like someone spilled something. My boyfriend was able to peer better as he was closer and noticed that the person didn't spill something but was bleeding excessively. A kind bystander walked in a few times to grab paper towels to help with the bleeding before asking one of the employees if they had a band aid. Now again, this place is packed and still has a long line (probably 50 people) and the one who went to grab a first aid kit was the one helping and announcing out names for those to pick up their drink. This gentleman went above and beyond and stayed with the injured person even as we were leaving. The rest of the crew did their best to adjust to missing a person but showed no signs of annoyance or negative feelings which shows that they were prepared for the busy opening. This employee did this for a patron who hadn't even gone in and ordered and did what they could to aid them and I truly think that is an act that should be noticed. Truly the employees here went above beyond not only for their job, but also as genuinely kind people who care for their community.

The other day we decided to go here for a little treat and it was really good. The service was quick, the store was clean and they even had a special. I forget was the special drink was called, but I know it had yakult and pineapple. It was amazing! The Oreo drink was great as well. Parking is fair, depending on the day.
I recently made my second trip to Sunright in Federal Way, and it's a solid spot for boba. You order at a kiosk to the left of the entrance, which is convenient. They've got a decent menu with a range of options--fruit teas, fresh milk drinks, smoothies... Most of their drinks are on the sweeter side, so I always ask for less sugar. In the summer, they had this seasonal watermelon slushy that reminded me a lot of California's Tastea Watermelon Heaven, if you've ever had it. super refreshing! Overall, Sunright is a good boba choice in the area, close to H-Mart. I wish there was one in South Seattle so I didn't have to make the trek to Federal Way
Online ordering made easy for quick and delicious boba. My husband and I both ordered the matcha milk tea, I always get extra boba! We were able to easily adjust our sugar level and milk alternatives when ordering online. When we arrived to pick up our drinks, they had it ready in a convenient to-go plastic carrier with the straws included. They were stored in the cooler/fridge and were still nice and cold.
I really like Sunright Tea Studio. The menu is not overwhelming -- there is a smaller, well-selected variety of drinks, and everything tastes excellent. Quality is consistently good, and the flavors are well balanced. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back again.
Got some surprise fruit tea and the signature brown sugar boba for wifeys birthday w/ her co workers. They said fruit teas were delicious and wifeys boba was good (a little watered down but good) there was one staff working who made the 4 drinks, she did great. Thank for the to go bag as well, perfect to carry and easy to transport. Located next to L&L BBQ and lots of parking.
Sunright Tea Studio was celebrating Azur Lane's 6th anniversary, which is a Chinese mobile game. My sister actively plays this game and wanted to get the collab drinks! There were two drinks, the Sunright Boba Milk Tea (Indiana) and Lemon Yakult (Enterprise). I got the Sunright Boba Milk Tea as the way it was recommended/defaulted, while my sister got the Lemon Yakult with the additional Cream Pudding (White). The Lemon Yakult was surprisingly SO GOOD. It was a little tart, but really refreshing. The service was good. We ordered at the self-ordering kiosks, so didn't have much interaction with the staff other than picking up the order from them once it was ready.
Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #115 This is one of three Sunright Tea Studio locations in King County and is by far the largest in terms of size. It's the only one that has actual seating and tables, which makes it a much better location to relax in and slowly sip on drinks. We visited on the way down to Portland, hoping to get a caffeine pick-me-up before the long rush-hour fueled traffic on the way down. This location has two kiosks for easy ordering, although in less busy times, the bobaristas are happy to take orders and answer questions. Fragrant really condensed milk and extra cane sugar for sweetness. Slight fruit essence. regular ice on a hot day almost all gone within five minutes. About 3:1 ratio tea to milk Boba great soft yet really chewy and bouncy. Compresses soft layer on outside. Fragrant Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Regular Ice, House Milk w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($7.25) - As the name implies, this drink really is quite fragrant, with the somewhat fruity and floral taste that is similar to an osmanthus oolong. It's rich from the addition of condensed milk - in fact, this drink seems to have more dairy in it compared to most boba shops. Watching the bobarista assemble the drink, I saw perhaps a third of the cup filled with milk and condensed milk before adding the tea. I ordered the drink with regular ice and it wasn't nearly enough to survive the hot day - within 5 minutes of pulling out, all the ice was gone. The boba is great. It's soft yet really chewy and bouncy. There's a compressible soft layer right on top that's pleasing on the tongue. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 This Sunright Tea Studio is consistent with the other two locations in the county, serving some really great drinks. Hot days call for delicious boba!! Another great find in Federal Way. I'm ol' school and appreciate great customer service. Here, you order from a kiosk. My feelings on that, it's impersonal but that's just me. The inside was tidy and the drink choices were great. I wish they had smaller sizes though. I went full decadence with creme brûlée and cream cheese topping. Their boba was sooooooo good. Soft and didn't harden easily in the cold drink. I wanna go back real soon. Might bring my grown kids if I'm feeling nice And generous. Lol. Try it out if you're in the area. read more

Amazing. Flavors are all there and not too sweet (the best foodie compliment ever). Friend has this for their 40th birthday event, and it did not disappoint. I was super happy that their taro is fresh and whipped inside the taro milk tea. Creamy and super fresh. I had some of my son's strawberry boba tea and the pearls were chewy and delightful. Not sure if I want to drink anywhere else for boba tea now! read more

Great, a new Boba spot! I love milk tea so I knew that I had to try this new spot. It has a cute yellow color scheme. This location is decent-sized inside. Easy ordering at a self-serve kiosk. The drinks were decent and they came fast. The staff was pleasant. A good thing to mention is the parking lot is busy and packed, so some patience is recommended. The drinks were great however I wish that there was more variety to choose from. Overall 7/10 I would recommend. read more
I will have to come back and update review with a different drink another time, because mine didnt taste like much. I usually get a tea but had to avoid caffeine this time, so I got brown sugar boba at 25% sweetness. My friend said 50% is usually too sweet there so I'm glad I went with 25% since I don't like mine too sweet. For this flavor though it all depends on the brown sugar taste since otherwise... it's just milk. None of the components (brown sugar, milk, boba) were outstanding to me. They were all okay. But the spot was clean and service was quick, and I like that they had tablets available for ordering since that gives them less chance to mess up an order. Overall, will need to try again to give accurate rating. read more

One of my favorite boba places because they use real tea and their drinks are always delicious. Drizzly in the Fed but Sunright is right for a quick drink stop. Large window front to let all the cloudy sunlight in revealing a surprisingly grimy interior; this shop needs a good scrub down. Self-serve kiosk is your job to come up with an interesting combo. Sunright is known for their cream smeared cups for a visually pleasing drink. They claim 17 times to be the magic number of shaking your drink. Spacious seating to chill. Parking lot busy & tight. read more
The parking lot around this location is much smaller than I expected, but it was still easy to find. The inside is very bright and yellow, which I loved since it was raining outside when I went here with friends. The place serves milk tea, iced drinks, fruit tea and some cheese foam drinks, along with other things. Service is very fast here, and I got a Hokkaido red bean frostie with oat milk. Drink was a really nice blend, and their red beans added onto the drink very well. It was slightly sweeter than I expected, and oat milk probably wasn't the best choice for it since the red beans are already sweet. I'd come back here and try something else here to get more of what they offer! read more

Sunright Tea Studio caught my eye on Yelp with its menu, so I decided to pay a visit on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Customer Service Although interactions with staff were limited due to ordering via kiosks, the process was smooth, and orders were efficiently called out for pickup. Drinks I ordered the Oreo Burlee boba milk tea, opting for 50% sugar and light ice. The sweetness was just right, complemented by a delightful Oreo flavor and creamy fresh milk. As someone who used to work at a bubble tea store, I was intrigued by their use of fresh fruit in other drinks, I'm definitely eager to return and explore more of their menu. Ambiance The store boasts a clean, inviting atmosphere with seating--a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage with friends.
