One of the better valued boba spots in the area. I went here to try the Hokkaido milk tea with boba (it comes with boba in the price which is nice). The amount of liquid in the drink is a fairly good amount, and there is a generous amount of boba. For the tea itself, it could be more fragrant and the boba is okay - it has chewy texture but a bit slimy comparatively. There is a good amount of seating and board games, which makes this a nice third place or social hangout area.
This cute little cafe in Tukwila is such a vibe! I visited with a food voucher from Mustard and everything we tried was amazing. Favorites: Tiger Sugar Boba Vietnamese Coffee Okinawa Milk Tea Mango Sticky Rice Chocolate-Filled Beignets The drinks are creamy and delicious, the desserts are perfect, and the staff is super friendly. If you love milk tea, coffee, or cute cafe vibes, this place is a must-visit!
My second time coming around, didn't get to leave a review last time. After getting dinner next door we wanted boba, and instead of driving to another spot we just decided on convenience and went into Tea Time. I got their green thai tea with boba, a flavour that I don't commonly see in other boba shops. It was good but a little too sweet for me, so I'll have to remember to reduce the sugar next time since I usually do regular sugar the first few times to determine how sweet the place's drinks are. Other than that, flavour is good and I believe my partner said her drink was satisfactory as well. This visit was better than the last time, but honestly with the amount of boba spots in the area, I do think there are much better options to go for. But if you're in this specific plaza then it'll do.
Nice location and there's plenty of parking. It's to the right of YGF Malatang restaurant. I like that it's decorated with cute chairs and wall decor for IG worthy pics. They don't have a lot of tables and chairs so there's not a lot of space if you're going with a large group. But small groups around 3-4 ppl is fine. They have some board games like Jenga, Life, deck of cards, etc for you to play. There's a self-order kiosk but I think you can also order by person as well. There are so many drink options that I was overwhelmed on which ones to choose from lol. Drinks are made pretty quick even though there was only one guy working at the time. I ended up ordering their Ube milk tea which is one of their top drinks. Highly recommend! Tastes very similar to Happy Lemon's milk tea but with Ube cold foam. I also like that they use non-dairy creamer for some of their drinks. The boba pearls were cooked just right and not too soft in my opinion, but my friends thought it was overcooked for their drinks. The avocado durian smoothie flavor was underwhelming and not very sweet. They don't have public restroom btw!
I ordered three different Teas. The restaurant was very clean. Great ambiance. Customer Service was served with a genuine smile. One thing I could suggest is that they offer better to go bags and cup holders, if it wasn't for the way they secure the top all three of my drinks would have spilled.
Comfortable atmosphere! Tasty taro milk tea and the lavender milk tea is refreshing. Polite customer service as well, very patient.

The poor guy was working by himself BUT very disappointed that a beignet that was supposed to be mango filled were completely plain for all 4! Cinnamon sugar was minimal, overpowered by powdered sugar. Lack of filling that i paid for made it sad and dry. Other problem is 1 dollar refund from doordash isnt satisfactory when the point aka the filling makes the entire beignet small and dry I understand this is beyond their control as its doordash but just giving a feedback as a consumer that the incorrect filling was a mistake from the business and the outcome was unsatisfactory-- it's like giving a plain cream puff pastry without the cream. I doubt most customers expecting the main attraction wouldn't be happy with a $1 refund when the main star of the orders is missing.... read more
I've been here years ago & used to really enjoy this place. I returned today after years & there were about 2 people ahead of me. Ordering was on the kiosk. I waited a little over 15mins for my single drink. I ordered the purple rice. It was solid in the yogurt taste but it has zero sweetness to it. It just tasted slightly tart and the little sweetness from the boba. I don't know if the person forgot to add sugar or if it's just like this. I took a few more sips and tasted a hard piece in my mouth (it looks like the metal scrub for washing dishes) but I was already on the road heading home. Very disappointing visit because I went out of my way to get a purple rice drink today since I was craving it & I experienced that. read more
Located next to Bai Tong Thai restaurant. Was waiting for our food so dropped by Tea Time for some milk tea. Has a variety of drinks for those that want caffeine and also drinks / smoothies that are caffeine free. It's a tea shop but they also serve coffee (Durian Coffee as well). I ordered the standard milk tea at 50% sweet and thought it was perfect. Not too sweet but enjoyable and can taste the tea. Would come back again and great spot for an after dinner drink. read more

I ordered three different Teas. The restaurant was very clean. Great ambiance. Customer Service was served with a genuine smile. Very good place to jave boba drinks and macrons. I tried here ube latte and it was too good also coconut fresh matcha was good. Ambience was very beautiful and the service was really great service and ambience was really great read more

This is a $6 worth of fries. The first photo was the first batch they gave us and I was surprised of how little the portion of it was and how it literally was just end pieces from a bag at this point. Ask them nicely if that's really how much their $6 fries are portioned, the girl working was at least fair enough nice when approached and checked in with co workers about it and she came back saying that's how they really portion it. I was gonna ask for a refund, but she offered that they'll just make more if we wanted so giving them a chance, We waited for another 15 minutes which is not a problem but they came out with the new batch looking like this (2nd photo). Very much disappointed at this point so we just left. So leaving a review hoping that their management could take a look at this and make it fair for people paying or at least be transparent (no photos in their menu) about it especially when their menu says that it will at least have minced garlic and butter which is obviously not there and powder was used instead. read more
This place has grown in leaps and bounds since I first visited so it was worth talking about again. Stopped by over the weekend for some bubble tea for the husband. Was amazed and thrilled at the way they have expanded their "look" - it's adorable, welcoming, and fun. Service is always with a smile. There are a lot of places to choose from and this remains our go-to Tukwila/Southcenter bubble tea spot. read more

I was expecting the worst because of the ratings but was pleasantly surprised. Tons of options which appeals to everyone and surprisingly, it seems like drinks are consistent even with a big menu. I believe the overall ratings may be skewed lower because of the past, but I firmly believe it's much better now. Hopefully they don't prove me wrong. Little pricey though. Taro Milk Tea - comes with boba by default and it's reflected in the price, but if you aren't a boba person, that's unfortunate. Though I was very pleased with the boba as it's chewy and soft with a sweet taste, almost perfect! I opted for taro as a safe choice because it's pretty similar everywhere but I was pleased with the taste and sugar adjustment. read more
I really enjoyed the 2 milk teas I got here recently. The perfect sweetness level for me at 25% and they actually do light ice when you ask. The milk teas are rich but unfortunately I do not think they are dairy free as my stomach was a bit upset later. I have seen other places use non-dairy creamer which makes a lot more sense. The menu has another section of teas that include "fresh milk" but no option to substitute for alternative milks. I would certainly come back but I will make sure to ask what is used in the milk teas and maybe try a fruit tea instead. read more
I've been here a couple of times now and have enjoyed each visit. The place is clean, bright, and the staff are very friendly. This visit I had the Special Oolong Tea and it was very fresh and delicious. Can't wait to try other beverages. read more
I've had better experiences after I came here when they first opened. Staff is friendly, the drinks they offer are extensive and it's pretty packed most days. I'm glad I have given them another shot. I usually take my drink to go but their dine in area is super cute with lots of instagram-able decor. Their Ube latte is fire! Highly recommend! Their fruit teas you can't go wrong! I'll be coming back again when I'm in the area! Great spot to grab a drink when you're at Half Price or Value Village! I also heard they just came under new ownership and I love it. I'm here for it! Service was kind and patient. The interior has limited seating but does offer a cute wall for photos. Drinks are customizable, ranging from sugar level, ice levels, and additional toppings. I'd say it's a core bubble tea shop. Cups are a little flimsy so don't try to carry too many drinks by yourself! Come again? Yes. read more
Cute little place in a very busy strip but it's worth the trip and the pain in finding parking. Been to the place 4 days in a row during this holiday season, the tea are good enough, their options usually includes toppings so you won't have to pay extras on toppings. They did mess up my orders but their servers are pretty young. Cute little place, will come again when I'm back in town. read more

Tea Time is a warm and quaint shop that serves high quality bubble tea, coffee and snacks! Having recently visited on a Sunday, we were warmly greeted by the workers and had an expansive selection of drinks to choose from. The signature A1 drink was great- an excellent balance of tea and milk flavor with soft boba and a heaping amount of grass jelly. I really enjoyed the texture of the tapioca- soft but chewy, it was just right! You're able to adjust the sweetness from 0, 23, 50, 75, 100% which is nice to have a lot of range. There's also a separate menu for coffee which is their own homemade recipes- you can really taste the quality of the fresh beans. The shop also sells cute plushies and snacks- ranging from rice paper and meat jerky. Not so bad for a fun pick me up as you grab a drink! Overall, it's a cute place to meet with friends to chat and indulge in boba :) They also have a thanksgiving sale with 20% off which you don't often see coffee shops doing. Popped in here after lunch in the area. I don't get to Tukwila often I live in the north end. I had never noticed it before during my visits to Miyabi. I'm more of a fruit tea person and am always looking for aloe vera as a topping it's not often. offered a most boba shops but they have it here one of the reasons that made me pop in and the mango passionfruit slush. I'm always up for passionfruit I like that you can adjust the sweetness level. I went with 50%. Had finished paying for my slush and saw the sell chicken jerky and picked up a bag for $6. Service was friendly and helpful, they sell a few snack items along with a variety of milk and fruit tea options. read more
I don't know why the average review for this place is less than 4. My honest opinion: their drinks are much better than the Happy Lemon across the street (had their drinks in different locations and still don't understand the hype). The first time I had their drinks when they just opened years ago, I wasn't impressed. But I decided to give them another chance and now have been their regular customer. Their tiger sugar series is one of the best. Their puff cream is amazing and bobas are just the right amount of sweetness and chewiness. Also their drinks are cheap compared to other places. Both of our drinks are large sizes, mine had Ube and only cost $6 and the other $5.50. read more

They're running a 'buy 5, get 1 free' special, so we took the chance to try several drinks! We went with passion fruit tea, Hokkaido milk tea, yogurt, and brown sugar boba with flan. Drinks leaned on the sweeter side, so next time I'd go with 50% sweetness instead of 75%. Definitely coming back to try their coffee, especially the durian coffee that caught my eye! read more

There's WiFi and some space but the place itself only has a few seats. I wouldn't recommend it.
How does the $1 discount work for when you bring the bottle back? They put your drink in the bottle you brought and it's all good? Also, does it have to be a Tea Time bottle?
They re-use the bottle and yes, it does need to be the Tea Time bottle.
Do you pay extra for glass bottle?
Yes. When I went, a small bottle was $1 and a large bottle was $1.59.

Thao, it's in the same complex as Bai Tong/Jared. There's also a new chinese restaurant that opened in that complex!
