The poor guy was working by himself BUT very disappointed that a beignet that was supposed to be mango filled were completely plain for all 4! Cinnamon sugar was minimal, overpowered by powdered sugar. Lack of filling that i paid for made it sad and dry. Other problem is 1 dollar refund from doordash isnt satisfactory when the point aka the filling makes the entire beignet small and dry I understand this is beyond their control as its doordash but just giving a feedback as a consumer that the incorrect filling was a mistake from the business and the outcome was unsatisfactory-- it's like giving a plain cream puff pastry without the cream. I've been here years ago & used to really enjoy this place. I returned today after years & there were about 2 people ahead of me. Ordering was on the kiosk. I waited a little over 15mins for my single drink. I ordered the purple rice. It was solid in the yogurt taste but it has zero sweetness to it. It just tasted slightly tart and the little sweetness from the boba. I don't know if the person forgot to add sugar or if it's just like this. I took a few more sips and tasted a hard piece in my mouth (it looks like the metal scrub for washing dishes) but I was already on the road heading home. Has a variety of drinks for those that want caffeine and also drinks / smoothies that are caffeine free. It's a tea shop but they also serve coffee (Durian Coffee as well). One of the better valued boba spots in the area. I went here to try the Hokkaido milk tea with boba (it comes with boba in the price which is nice). The amount of liquid in the drink is a fairly good amount, and there is a generous amount of boba. For the tea itself, it could be more fragrant and the boba is okay - it has chewy texture but a bit slimy comparatively. After getting dinner next door we wanted boba, and instead of driving to another spot we just decided on convenience and went into Tea Time. I got their green thai tea with boba, a flavour that I don't commonly see in other boba shops. It was good but a little too sweet for me, so I'll have to remember to reduce the sugar next time since I usually do regular sugar the first few times to determine how sweet the place's drinks are. Other than that, flavour is good and I believe my partner said her drink was satisfactory as well. This visit was better than the last time, but honestly with the amount of boba spots in the area, I do think there are much better options to go for. Nice location and there's plenty of parking. It's to the right of YGF Malatang restaurant. I like that it's decorated with cute chairs and wall decor for IG worthy pics. They don't have a lot of tables and chairs so there's not a lot of space if you're going with a large group. But small groups around 3-4 ppl is fine. They have some board games like Jenga, Life, deck of cards, etc for you to play. There's a self-order kiosk but I think you can also order by person as well. There are so many drink options that I was overwhelmed on which ones to choose from lol. Drinks are made pretty quick even though there was only one guy working at the time. I ended up ordering their Ube milk tea which is one of their top drinks. Highly recommend! Tastes very similar to Happy Lemon's milk tea but with Ube cold foam. I also like that they use non-dairy creamer for some of their drinks. The boba pearls were cooked just right and not too soft in my opinion, but my friends thought it was overcooked for their drinks. I ordered a Tiger Sugar (brown sugar, fresh milk, black boba, and sea salt foam) with 25% sugar and less ice from the kiosk. It cost a little over $7 and was made fairly quickly. I shook it up once received and my first sip was soooo sugary for 25% sugar. Totally threw me off Interestingly enough we heard the people after us make the same comment, "woah! That's soooo sweet!" I'm not sure what sugar level they picked, but they did get a red color drink, so it was different than ours. All in all it wasn't a bad drink, just very sugary for my taste. Makes me curious what 100% or even 125% would taste like given how incredibly sweet 25% was. The drink she got (matcha milk tea) honestly didn't taste good haha, but they were understanding and offered to make her something else, which is why I am giving 5 stars! This is a $6 worth of fries. The first photo was the first batch they gave us and I was surprised of how little the portion of it was and how it literally was just end pieces from a bag at this point. Ask them nicely if that's really how much their $6 fries are portioned, the girl working was at least fair enough nice when approached and checked in with co workers about it and she came back saying that's how they really portion it. I was gonna ask for a refund, but she offered that they'll just make more if we wanted so giving them a chance, We waited for another 15 minutes which is not a problem but they came out with the new batch looking like this (2nd photo). Very much disappointed at this point so we just left. So leaving a review hoping that their management could take a look at this and make it fair for people paying or at least be transparent (no photos in their menu) about it especially when their menu says that it will at least have minced garlic and butter which is obviously not there and powder was used instead. read more

I was expecting the worst because of the ratings but was pleasantly surprised. Tons of options which appeals to everyone and surprisingly, it seems like drinks are consistent even with a big menu. I believe the overall ratings may be skewed lower because of the past, but I firmly believe it's much better now. Hopefully they don't prove me wrong. Little pricey though. I really enjoyed the 2 milk teas I got here recently. The perfect sweetness level for me at 25% and they actually do light ice when you ask. The milk teas are rich but unfortunately I do not think they are dairy free as my stomach was a bit upset later. I have seen other places use non-dairy creamer which makes a lot more sense. The menu has another section of teas that include "fresh milk" but no option to substitute for alternative milks. I've had better experiences after I came here when they first opened. Staff is friendly, the drinks they offer are extensive and it's pretty packed most days. I'm glad I have given them another shot. Tea Time is a warm and quaint shop that serves high quality bubble tea, coffee and snacks! Having recently visited on a Sunday, we were warmly greeted by the workers and had an expansive selection of drinks to choose from. The signature A1 drink was great- an excellent balance of tea and milk flavor with soft boba and a heaping amount of grass jelly. I really enjoyed the texture of the tapioca- soft but chewy, it was just right! You're able to adjust the sweetness from 0, 23, 50, 75, 100% which is nice to have a lot of range. There's also a separate menu for coffee which is their own homemade recipes- you can really taste the quality of the fresh beans. The shop also sells cute plushies and snacks- ranging from rice paper and meat jerky. Not so bad for a fun pick me up as you grab a drink! Overall, it's a cute place to meet with friends to chat and indulge in boba :) They also have a thanksgiving sale with 20% off which you don't often see coffee shops doing. My partner always goes for taro, i swing between tiger sugar and flan Love the options for different levels of sweetness (the cream is very good so 50% to 25% sugar is more than enough, and less devastating for the hearts). It's also really nice to see a small local business growing. They've been consistently decorating/redecorating the cafe, adding fairy lights and couches which makes for a nice waiting experience.
