I was almost gonna skip the food, but then saw the in-store promo of getting a toy with your meal, so, I gotta get a toy with my meal, which was a delicious tkk fried chicken sandwich with my boba tea and new kuromi plush. No notes, everything was delicious. The chicken was cooked so nicely, hot, with crispy thin skin and lovely white meat inside! The bun is fresh with a good amount of sauce, I'd def come here just for the sandwich, even though their DRINKS are delicious too! Adjustable sweetness and ice level on the tea, and the owner was so nice, he came by with a free sample of their new strawberry dubai chocolate, and it was amazing. The lavender milk tea was very fragrant, and the peach oolong I got as my third drink (hehe), was also delicious. The boba is chewy and cooked very nicely too! This store is so generous and kind. They support local artist events, kpop cup sleeves, j-fashion meet-ups, love&deep space birthdays, holiday events, Pokemon trading events...and so much more for the community. Been here twice as all the other Kung Fu teas are too far from me but I had to come especially for the How to Train Your Dragon collab. I got the Monstrous Flight while my boyfriend got the lavender latte. Just a heads up, you don't get a pack of the cards if you order online so glad I ordered in store. I was able to get the Super Rare Toothless card so that was awesome! The store is pretty clean and they have plenty of seats inside for those who want to hang out or just need to take a quick picture like me. The employees here are nice and attentive. The drinks were made pretty well, I don't know if I picked the wrong sweetness levels or tea for my drink but tasted a bit off but I'm not going to blame staff for that. WARNING, THERE IS NEGLIGENCE HERE!! I found pieces of plastic in my drink. HUGE chunks of plastic, so I can't imagine the mini or micro plastics I already consumed. Imagine if a kid consumed this!! The milk tea was not at all sweet, even despite choosing 100% sugar, the mashed potatoes and gravy were served cold (straight from the fridge) as was the mac and cheese, and the potatoes were watery and I'm guessing powdered (texture not at all like potatoes). Really wanted to like it, but we both left disappointed. Chicken tenders were good, but way overpriced and not good enough to make up for the rest. Don't waste your money.... My family likes the chicken, it is definitely juice on the inside and ok crispy on the outside. I wished it was a bit more crispy though. We ordered 4 drinks and were pretty disappointed. First drink was the cocoa lava slush and my son loved it. Second drink was 2 Thai tea one with mango jelly and the other one was with boba. And both of my son were super disappointed in the Thai tea. These guys came up in a search for Chicken Tenders and when I saw the photos, I had big hopes. The chicken looked well battered, crisp and tasty. This place had a couple kiosks for ordering. The screens were large, but there was just too much information. After I placed my order, I figured out that there was a second interface for food with the primary interface for bubble tea. It's great they have a lot of options, but everyone ordering appeared confused by this. I had the spicy tenders and after a reasonable weight, I was handed a bag that was far heavier than anticipated. When I sat down and opened it. Each tender was seriously twice the size I expected. I got a 5 piece and certainly would have order the 3 had I known the pieces were so generous. The pieces may have been twice as big, but they were half as good. I had two major problems with the tenders. 1) They weren't crisp. I thought it would be marinaded chicken, but I think they have one tender, then they sprat it with some kind of liquid pepper for the heat. I didn't care for the flavor and the check was messy as well. 2) The chicken didn't taste marinaded. It had no salt content, so it was just a bland pepper tender that wasn't crisp. I ended up bringing the chicken home. I'll hit it with some garlic salt and air fry it and hopefully that infuses some flavor, but my expectation was this be a crisp, flavorful tender and it was either. I'll give this place an OK solely based on the fact that the portion impressed me, but a plate full of flavorless food still pales in comparison to a smaller plate of perfection. read more

Walked in and just 1 customer present. Customer was at order kiosk for a very long time. We were greeted, then waited a few minutes for kiosk before realising there were 2 kiosks. Silly us. The employee did not offer that we could order from her if we didn't want to use the kiosk. Though we were stupid for not noticing the other kiosk the employee just observed us waiting for no reason. After laughing about how the order process was hard to navigate I asked another employee if he could assist. He was polite and he also had difficulty with getting through the order process. I thanked him and once order was completed we got our food in a very reasonable amount of time. Then, as we were eating, another customer came in. He struggled briefly with the kiosk. Navigating the menu options is not obvious. There is a lot of guesswork. He walked up to the counter and he ordered directly from the employee, she rang him up and he sat down waiting for his order. Easy. I'm now thinking, 'Wait! You mean the employee could have either offered assistance or invited us to come order from her at the counter'? This whole episode took about 17 minutes or more. I ordered the crispy chicken tenders with fries and a mango tea. Though it wasn't bad, it was mediocre. I thought the mango tea had a watered-down taste....drinkable, but not memorable or very sweet. The fries were just crinkle cut and not crispy, again very mediocre. The chicken was decent. I told myself that though I hated the uncomfortable kiosk fiasco experience and the complete lack of customer service IF the food was excellent, memorable and tasty I could overlook the other stuff because really good crispy chicken is worth all that. But, unfortunately, no. There is zero reason for me to go back. There is opportunity for this business to run a more friendly and efficient business.
