This place is located in Kent and it's pretty convenient especially in a complex with lots of parking. The place is very decorated and it's a lovely vibe. Food is hot and delicious, but is pricey. I had a friend tell me to check out S Level Tea, so I came to try it out about 2 weeks ago. Coming inside the interior was pretty nice and the menu had a lot to offer. I ordered the Top Fruit Tea and the House Special Banh Mi to go. As soon as I went into my car I poked the top of the cup with the straw, and the cup completely popped open on the side spilling all over. It was an unfortunate event in which I can't completely blame them. But I went back inside and showed them what happened to the cup. Instead of remaking the drink for me, they just poured in what was left (almost no drink at all) into another cup. I was a little upset about that, but I didn't speak up on it since they already were dealing with a very rude customer before I left the first time. Well even though I barely had any drink left, I think it tasted good? The House Special Banh Mi was also average, nothing special but it stuck to the basics and was good. I found S Level Tea from DoorDash and I am a huge fan of their appetizer dishes if you will. The crab fries and crab tots with spicy sauce are a must! It's fake crab but it still taste delicious and the chicken wings are also amazing with just the right amount of crispiness. Also a huge fan of the vermicelli noodles with chicken! You get a pretty large portion and it always leaves me full. Service was friendly and there's a lot to look at inside, from a beautiful giant pothos plant that stretches across the doorway to cute chandeliers. Unfortunately I didn't realize that I had to pick up my order on the side of the counter. After I ordered, I went to sit down on the opposite side of the restaurant and nobody told me that my order was ready, so I was there for quite a while until I realized this. I wish they were calling numbers or names to let people know. I asked for the jalapeños for my banh mi on the side, but for some reason it's in the system as "veggies on the side" on the cash register. That made it awkward when it came time to eat my sandwich because I practically had to build it myself. I will go back for the garlic basil fries. It's the basil sauce that really sets these apart! My lavender bubble tea was also good but not very "lavender-y." It tasted more like Jasmine tea, and there wasn't very much cheese foam included. However, it *was* very good, flavor-wise. Everytime my fiance and I hang out with my brother and his gf, we always try to find a bubble tea location we havent tried before or try out a new location. This time around, we decided to try S Level Tea. We ordered on a Sunday night and got our order within 20 minutes. I ordered the Golden Buckwheat Milk Tea, my fiance ordered the Mango Tea, my bro ordered the Strawberey Pomegranate Milk Tea, and my bro's gf ordered the Taro Milk Tea. I personally liked what i ordered, but the rest of the group had something they didnt like. The Mango Tea was a bit too bitter even with a sweetness level of 100%, the strawberry pomegranate lacked more of the strawberry flavor, the taro milk tea was a bit watered down even with a 50% ice level. As for the Golden Buckwheat, it had a nice kick that reminded me of a peanut butter honey smoothie. The bittersweet taste was present throughout the whole drink. Overall, we will try this place out again, but different drinks. I will stick with the Golden Buckwheat until i get sick and tired of ordering it. read more

The worker was nice and helped us out quick , the drinks themselves did not take long to be made so that was a plus. My fiancé ended up getting the pink summer slushy and she was amazed how good it actually was , she said she would totally come back and get it again; she was very pleased and happy . I ended up getting the sunset juice which wad pretty much just carrot juice but I have to say I was in love with that drink , I will be sure to come back and grab myself another one. I came here hoping to get a fruit smoothie but was saddened when I found out they put diary in their smoothies. I then thought their fruit teas would include real fruit but found out they were syrup. Totally different from other places I go to. The lady recommended the fruit top tea and said that it had flavors of pineapple and strawberry and something else. So I tried it, the tea itself is a little bitter tasting. I got it with light sweetness but it still shouldn't taste bitter. The rainbow jelly was interesting and doesn't have much flavor at all- pretty pointless other than looks. I would not return, there are much better boba places around. They were still brewing their tapioca, and my sister and I cannot drink bubble tea without the tapioca. They had the brown sugar boba available, but the regular boba/tapioca was going to be ready in 10 minutes, so we decided to wait for that. I ordered the Top Fruit Tea and Basil Garlic Parmesan Fries, she my sister ordered the Coffee Milk Tea. You can adjust the sugar level and ice level on the drinks. I did 70% sugar level on my Top Fruit Tea, but it was still a little too sweet for me. Next time I order this tea again, I will try 50% sugar level. My sister liked her Coffee Milk Tea, but we both felt like the teas are a little bit skimpy on the amount of tapioca. And the tapioca is not as chewy as I like it to be. But I definitely did not have any complaints about the Basil Garlic Parmesan Fries; those were better than I expected. I like the skinny fries they used, so it didn't get too soggy with all the sauce on it. And the flavor was really good; definitely need some gum afterwards. S Level Tea is my new favorite place! After visiting for the first time yesterday, the bf and I had to come back again tonight to try more things. This will probably be a regular spot for us until we try everything on the menu! -Spicy crab meat tater tots: Interesting concept, but I'm a fan! The tots could have been crispier, but the toppings and spicy mayo sauce were so yummy. Something about this dish reminded me of comfort food, and I could probably eat this every day. I would totally get this again, after I make my way through all of their other snacks! -Basil popcorn chicken: Solid job on a classic. Fantastic seasoning, chicken came out very juicy and perfectly crispy. It was also piping hot, so careful not to burn your tongue. -House special banh mi: We got this because it basically had the topping combination of all the ones we wanted to try. The bread is fluffy and crispy, but not so crispy that you'll rip the roof of your mouth bite after bite. There was a good amount of filling and meat. The veggies tasted fresh and the meat was very tasty. -BBQ Korean Chicken banh mi: Very consistent compared to the house special, the only difference was the choice of protein. I don't think you could go wrong with any of their sandwiches. -Takoyaki: This could have been crispier on the outside, but the filling and sauce were great. However, this isn't your traditional takoyaki since they don't top it with bonito shavings; rather, they sprinkle it with shards of seaweed. This was good, but probably my least favorite of the things we've tried since I wasn't a fan of the seaweed in place of the bonito flakes. -Mountain milk tea and strawberry pomegranate milk tea: These drinks tasted great, but you can't really taste the tea. Tea connoisseurs will likely be disappointed, but if you're just looking for a place to grab snacks and drinks, this will definitely hit the spot. -Toppings: They offer a lot of different toppings, some of which I haven't seen at other places. They have a brown sugar boba (which is basically brown sugar flavored crystal boba) and matcha boba (which is matcha flavored crystal boba). The lady who helped us (owner I think?) was so nice and let us sample both boba flavors in milk tea, and they were both delicious! Strong flavor but also lighter and less starchy than regular boba, so it's a nice option if you don't want something too heavy. I got the regular boba today since they were out yesterday. Their regular boba is okay, not the worst I've had, not soggy, but could also be firmer and more chewy. I want to order it with a smoothie/slushie drink next to see if that helps with the boba texture. -Space: This cafe is too cute, it almost doesn't fit in with the surrounding area, but I'm not complaining! The decor is so welcoming even though I've ordered to-go both times. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cute date spot or place to catch up with friends. The tables are on the smaller side, but you should be fine as long as you're not in a large group. All in all, S Level Tea does so many things well and is a gem in the Kenton neighborhood. Id like to start off that I usually never really have bad experiences when I eat out, but the experience I had at this s level was horrible. I work in customer service everyday, and have to deal with rude entitled customers every single day, i am a food photo/videographer and food content creator, n always support local businesses, n I have never called or complained about my food regardless if it is wrong or not. I heard about this place from my coworkers and wanted to support a local Vietnamese owned franchise, But this particular experience I had, really bothered me. I came on July 10th, I decided to stop at this place after a long day of work hungry, n I decided to order these crab tater tot, at first I'm not sure what I was expecting. Priced at $9.99 with tax it was $11 which was a little high so I was expecting more. First glance, it was just tater tots n a ball of shredded imitation crab on top, no sauce or seasoning, a little sriracha mayo sauce on the side that did not taste good. There are many ways this item could be improved for the price, just advice, but that is not for me to say I guess. At this point I don't care I'm just hungry. But I was sitting around waiting 15-20min for something that shouldn't take that long and it honestly was not busy, i wasn't given a bag or anything n I put the food on my passenger seat, only to realize the plastic box is dripping oil due to the tater tots being tossed into the container while it came straight out the fryer. Melting the plastic container causing the box to have little holes. Once I got home, I transferred the tater tots onto a plate n this was when I realized. The food was overcooked. Maybe my food was forgotten in the fryer, To the point every tater tot was fried to the oblivion, and basically chips at this point, it should not have been like this. At this point I'm exhausted n I could not eat the food, it was greasy and inedible, I tried to suck it up n just snack on a few bc there's nothing I could do at this point but I just couldn't even after few pieces, later that night I ended up feeling queasy n throwing up bc I just couldn't get that oily greasy feeling out my body, like u know when u eat fried food n it makes u have a headache or doesn't sit right with u? the story just gets worse. The following day July 12th I decided to call s level, during my lunch, so I could pick up my remake after I got off from work bc I was busy working the previous days and didn't have time to stop by, I called about the crab tater tots I ordered and politely asked if there was anything that could be done, like a refund or a remake bc the food I received was overcooked, I am aware these types of businesses do not like giving refunds in particular, but in the food industry, it's always right to offer a remake especially when the food wasn't made right. Which they said, I could have it remade. I'm not sure if the situation was misinterpreted or miscommunication. read more

Bbq Korean chicken sandwich - the better sandwich of the two, but we couldn't taste the Korean seasoning at all. Both sandwiches were pretty lacking - no pickles veggies and meat was sparing. Spicy crab tater tots - a bit disappointing, we thought it was going to taste a lot better. Mozzarella cheese sticks - good, were crispy but no cheese pull if you wanted that. Basil parmesan fries - these were actually pretty good! Crab meat fries - not a fan, basically the same as the crab tater tots. We didn't finish either of the crab options. Takoyaki fries - probably the best food option on the menu. Quality sometimes a hit or miss, the fries are typically already soggy upon arrival. Takoyaki - these are good, but they're really soggy. I think with a plethora of boba options around the area, S Level Tea ranks around the middle. The restaurant and staff are amazingly nice. Cozy spot to chill and do some work. They offer food as well like banh mi, chicken, fried mozzarella sticks etc. there's also plenty of boba drinks to pick from. I haven't tried their food but their boba is mediocre at best. It's not bad or anything buts it's not fantastically good like Happy Lemon or TPT. You can taste the powder they used for their drinks and their boba is cooked decently well. The price is good tho, cheaper than most boba shops probably because they use powder. Like I said, the boba is good but you can tell the difference from other boba spots. read more
