PART 1/2 OF MY REVIEW I'm going to have to split this review in 2 parts bc yelp doesn't let me post this long of a review. Id like to start off that I usually never really have bad experiences when I eat out, but the experience I had at this s level was horrible. I work in customer service everyday, and have to deal with rude entitled customers every single day, i am a food photo/videographer and food content creator, n always support local businesses, n I have never called or complained about my food regardless if it is wrong or not. I heard about this place from my coworkers and wanted to support a local Vietnamese owned franchise, But this particular experience I had, really bothered me. I came on July 10th, I decided to stop at this place after a long day of work hungry, n I decided to order these crab tater tot, at first I'm not sure what I was expecting. Priced at $9.99 with tax it was $11 which was a little high so I was expecting more. First glance, it was just tater tots n a ball of shredded imitation crab on top, no sauce or seasoning, a little sriracha mayo sauce on the side that did not taste good. There are many ways this item could be improved for the price, just advice, but that is not for me to say I guess. At this point I don't care I'm just hungry. But I was sitting around waiting 15-20min for something that shouldn't take that long and it honestly was not busy, i wasn't given a bag or anything n I put the food on my passenger seat, only to realize the plastic box is dripping oil due to the tater tots being tossed into the container while it came straight out the fryer. Melting the plastic container causing the box to have little holes. Once I got home, I transferred the tater tots onto a plate n this was when I realized. The food was overcooked. Maybe my food was forgotten in the fryer, To the point every tater tot was fried to the oblivion, and basically chips at this point, it should not have been like this. At this point I'm exhausted n I could not eat the food, it was greasy and inedible, I tried to suck it up n just snack on a few bc there's nothing I could do at this point but I just couldn't even after few pieces, later that night I ended up feeling queasy n throwing up bc I just couldn't get that oily greasy feeling out my body, like u know when u eat fried food n it makes u have a headache or doesn't sit right with u? the story just gets worse. The following day July 12th I decided to call s level, during my lunch, so I could pick up my remake after I got off from work bc I was busy working the previous days and didn't have time to stop by, I called about the crab tater tots I ordered and politely asked if there was anything that could be done, like a refund or a remake bc the food I received was overcooked, I am aware these types of businesses do not like giving refunds in particular, but in the food industry, it's always right to offer a remake especially when the food wasn't made right. Which they said, I could have it remade. I'm not sure if the situation was misinterpreted or miscommunication. read more

I think with a plethora of boba options around the area, S Level Tea ranks around the middle. The restaurant and staff are amazingly nice. Cozy spot to chill and do some work. They offer food as well like banh mi, chicken, fried mozzarella sticks etc. there's also plenty of boba drinks to pick from. I haven't tried their food but their boba is mediocre at best. It's not bad or anything buts it's not fantastically good like Happy Lemon or TPT. You can taste the powder they used for their drinks and their boba is cooked decently well. The price is good tho, cheaper than most boba shops probably because they use powder. Like I said, the boba is good but you can tell the difference from other boba spots. read more

Hearing about crab meat fries & never trying it before, I decided to go to S Level Tea. Along w/ the crab fries I went w/ their grilled pork sandwich since I'm always down to try out a bánh mì. Going off appearance alone, it definitely looked appetizing. However, with the hype I heard about crab meat fries, it was honestly disappointing because I didn't find it all that great. I also really like crab so it was surprising that I didn't really enjoy this. The pork sandwich was decent as well but the disappointment of the fries lingered as I finished the rest of the meal. I wish I could've enjoyed this more than I had hope. read more

I walked in and was greeted by a soft spoken sweet friendly girl at the register who let me know about the favorites there. The interior catches the eye and they have a cute backdrop! And the cafe is pretty big to sit down and play some of their provided board games. After a few minutes looking at their quiet large menu, my girlfriend and I ordered a steak banh mi, pork kbbq banh mi, takoyaki, winter melon milk tea with herb jelly, and their panda milk tea. The steak banh mi was okay... they had a melted American cheese in there which was weird and not good, but the steak itself was pretty tasty. 2/5 The pork kbbq banh mi was YUM!! Nothing to complain about. 4/5 The takoyaki comes out fresh and i love. 5/5 The wintermelon milk tea and herb jelly is good! A little on the sweeter side. I'd get it again, but if adjust the sweetness level. And the herb jelly was fresh! 4.5/5 The panda milk tea (their #1 recommended) was also yummy! It might be my go too. I'll be coming back to try more of their food and drinks! read more

It was my first time trying this place via Door Dash, FREKING DELICIOUS. The drinks were AMAZING full of flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness, they didn't over do anything at all. OH GOD the sandwiches, the delicious BANH MIS had the perfect amount of meat, flavor & bread, ITS DELICIOUS. LITERALLY nothing wasn't up to my standards , IT WAS beyond. I'm definitely coming back and ordering more and going to try new things!!! read more

After going to IKEA, this was a good, quick stop since obviously 200 people were in line for the Swedish meatballs. The staff was nice and friendly. I ordered a popcorn chicken, BBQ Korean chicken sandwich, and a jasmine milk tea with boba (my eyes were way bigger than my stomach). Husband got a sandwich and a coffee. Food: sandwich was da bomb. The bread was super good; the chicken, although I can't really taste the Korean seasoning (tasted more like a Vietnamese lemongrass chicken), was delicious regardless. I hope there was a bit more veggies, but that's my preference. Popcorn chicken was good, but I wished that they had fried basil (whole leaf) like how it is in the picture. Instead, there were tiny flakes of basil on top (which I really couldn't taste much). Drink: now, as a Taiwanese, I'm picky about my tea. The tea itself wasn't bad. I could taste the tea's bitterness a bit (which means the tea leaves stayed in the hot water a wee bit too long), but it didn't bother me. Boba was more on the soft side (I like it chewy), but it was easily 1:30 or 2 in the afternoon, so that could very be the last of the previous batch. I'd say it's a 7-7.5 out of 10. Ps, Husband wasn't happy about his coffee because it wasn't black (the hazelnut coffee tasted sweet even with zero added sugar, and it had a cloudiness to it as if there was creamer in it). First time here and I was impressed on their large food and drink menu. Place is clean and neat. The cashier was kind of quiet and didn't appear friendly. Anyways the drinks. The Korean banana milk tasted like banana, milk, and sugar so nothing special. This is a decent spot for a quick bite in the $7-10 dollar range. Without a doubt the food here hails from Viet origins but crosses with a few American favorites like tater tots and fries. I tried the classic "bun" Viet dish, roasted chicken with vermicelli. The noodles were hot, veggies crisp and cold, and chicken warm and delicious. The dish overall was on-par or better than the same dish at local pho shops, recommended. A coworker tried the spicy crab tater tots. While the flavor was decent and at a great price at boot, we were a bit disappointed to find it was all imitation crab. Not that we expected real crab at the $7 price point, but this being the PNW (famous for dungeoness crab literally a few mins away) this dish would elevate to near-greatness if it happens. All in all this is a snack shop that aims for a certain price point and achieves it with a few homemade dish options and a few made-from-frozen options (tater tots/wings) paired with a fusion-esque topping. I used to come here for lunch when it was Le's bakery and it was good then too. As of now the prices are very reasonable, the food is good, and the people who run it are nice. While we are really hoping for a real crab option one day (maybe seasonal?), I will definitely visit again for a quick lunch. Decided to stop by this place instead of Starbucks next door and do not regret it! Right by Valley Medical Center which is nice you don't have to eat the cafeteria food there. The interior is very beautiful, earthy, Pinterest vibes and there's little panda bears and chandeliers and cute texts everywhere. They also have an enlarged drink menu which is super cool and convenient! Service is great the front desk gals are always kind even with COVID of course a mask is required for entry and you can order in and pick up food. I wait at the tables which isn't bad for all the food. As far as the drinks go initially I was really disappointed in the avocado smoothie. My sister didn't enjoy her drink either which was one of the infused teas on the special menu. Both items were off the top selling smoothie list and we were so disappointed. However today I decided to give it a second chance and tried the Panda Milk Tea, which I would highly recommend! Food items haven't disappointed the only thing I would say about the ban mis is that the bread is pretty dry and hard. The chicken vermicelli is divine as well as the pork vermicelli. Great portions for great value! The crab fries are epicccc! Highly recommend. Got them twice in one week. I thought this bubble tea place was mediocre. They have a lot of food items on their menu as well so it wasn't limited to just bubble tea drinks. I ordered their Oreo Hokkaido smoothie and the popcorn chicken they had. I was expecting the popcorn chicken to be like a Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken, but these ones were much bigger and didn't come with any spice level. They did come with a side of Thai chili sauce to dip it in which paired pretty well, but I prefer my popcorn chicken to have mild-medium spice level without anything to dip it with. The drink I got was alright, I feel like it was lacking in sweetness. My boyfriend got one of their Viet sandwiches and he said it wasn't up to par compared to other Viet banh mi's. Here's what I have ordered so far and I LOVE it: avocado smoothie with boba - yummy and tastes like real avocado. Boba is cooked well...not chewy at all. I have ordered it several times and always consistent. French fries w/crab and spicy mayo aioli: first - never ask a person who loves spicy food - is it spicy? (I don't like spicy food). this was great...I could do with a milder aioli sauce but overall the flavor was great. French fries- garlic- OMG...this is very yummy and flavorful. The dangerous part is you can eat it all in one short sitting. Both fries were cooked well, very crunch and toasty...you can tell they double fried it. Great job. read more

I rave about their fries all of the time to my friends! If you are feeling fries with a lil jazz for toppings, I recommend coming here and trying their menu! I believe this place is Vietnamese owned, considering many of their food choices are Vietnamese sandwiches and more. They have boba! I haven't tried a lot or many because I hate getting out of my comfort zone, but when I do- i tend to like the drinks. It may be on the sweeter side for me, but that is okay! Late review, but officially a BIG fan of S Level Tea! Highly recommend for all your bbt needs. What a cute shop! They even have a vine backdrop for all your extra instagrammable bbt pics. A few tables to sit and hang out with friends too. I got their Panda Milk Tea, which is pretty much signature milk tea with regular boba and crystal boba. I usually get the closest thing that new places have to regular milk tea and let me tell you, I am so in love with their Panda Milk Tea. It was not too sweet, and both kinds of boba were nicely sweetened and chewy. I also tried their Mountain Milk Tea and Hokkaido Milk Tea. The Mountain was a bit bland and watered down, and the Hokkaido was good but a little on the sweeter side. Bummed that I couldn't try the food during my visit but will definitely next time. Haven't been back since they first opened but I heard they have new menu items now so super looking forward to when I do! read more

What does the "S" in S Level Tea stands for? I'm going to take a while guess & assume it secretly means Sex Level Tea because the tea here really are that good on that level if not better because I don't consume in millennial's hook up culture. I'm on a mission to try everything on the menu here. Finally a boba shop that not only have snacks, but it's more than decent quality also! Forget about being limited to bubble waffles & maybe popcorn chicken, S Level Tea has REAL food. Banh mi's, fries, wings, etc. The food are kind of fusion, but I really enjoyed it. Again, great quality on the food. Everything came out fresh & hot. The banh mi's were probably some of the best I've had, expect to find cool things like ba la lot or Korean BBQ banh mi. Interior is super cute, it's located where Staples used to be across from the Great Wall Shopping Mall. Plenty of parking although I wouldn't advice you to take your slammed car because you feel the high speed bumps hitting your chest. This is a business I should have started, but I can't cook so happy to see my vision alive from somebody else. So I've been ordering from here for a while now and let me just say that this place is a life saver for me. I love that I can get great boba, solid Vietnamese food, and your typical boba shop snacks delivered to my door relatively quickly. I really miss sitting in a boba shop with my friends but at least I can still enjoy the food and boba at home! I haven't had anything from here I haven't liked so far. THEY. DON'T. MISS. But if I could choose favorites, the golden buckwheat milk tea and the Korean banana milk are both amazingly good. The grilled pork rice plate and crab meat fries are always on point too. I stopped by today in hopes of getting a rose milk tea and a pork banh mi from Le's Bakery but it's been bought and sold by this place. As soon as you walk in it's a really pretty decor but doesnt really fit the area. They didn't have rose milk tea but had other options. She showed me the specials but I had no idea what was in the teas, so I passed. There was a language barrier when ordering which made it a challenge. I ordered a pork banh mi and it was pretty ok, the veggies were soggy with little crunch and no real heat. They have a special B3G1 sandwich or tea, but only if you purchase them all at the same time. Bummer. I think I'll pass on a revisit and figure out my next go to place for my rose milk bubble tea fix. read more

Conveniently located 10 minutes away from the airport. I loved the variety of toppings. First time I've seen Matcha Crystal Boba. They have a bit of a crunchy texture compared to regular boba and is made from Agar... The Banh mi was delicious and the chicken nuggets were a decent size. My nephew ordered the Basil chicken and there was no fried Basil in it like it usually does. We were the only customers there so it seems they were just lazy and wanted to get the order out quickly. Such a cute little place! We ordered salted cheese coffee, taro boba, fries, and pork bahn mi. I liked my coffee, I thought it was pretty good and reminded me of Share Tea. My hubby got the taro boba and he said it was fine. I prefer my bahn mi sandwiches with patè, and was disappointed that my sandwich was lacking. However, the meat was really juicy and marinated well. Pretty good. The Tater Tots with Spicy Crab was OK. The imitation crab meat was lacking in flavor, almost as if it was just a mayo sauce. The tater tots themselves were crispy is delicious. The House Special Banh Mi comes with a decent amount of meat and veggies. It was overall what you would expect from a Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwich). The Panda Milk Tea was very good. Tucked away in a plaza, S Level Tea is a solid choice for boba out of the boba shops in the area! Top fruit tea: 3.5/5. I've had many signature fruit teas from different boba shops and this one was just okay. It had mango, pineapple, and strawberry flavors which were nice, but the actual green tea that they use was so watery. I wasn't a fan of that. However, it wasn't too bad. Mountain milk tea: 4.25/5. I really liked this drink! I believe it's a green milk tea with boba and matcha boba which is almost crunchy and more gelatinous than typical boba. The overall milk tea itself was good but I think it was a little too creamy. Still a really solid choice and I'd get it again! Signature yogurt smoothie: 4.5/5. This is a Vietnamese yogurt drink that's creamy and smooth and always a great choice if made correctly which this one was! I really enjoyed the fresh flavor. Overall, the drinks are pretty good. Would I go out of my way for it? No, but if I I recommend it if you're in the area! read more

Pretty good! We got the avocado smoothie, Thai green tea, oolong milk tea, and matcha smoothie with boba. Every drink was good, not to sweet and the boba was a perfect firmness. I'd recommend the Thai green tea for sure! It's the best in the area! We also got the crab fries which was just imitation crab and spicy Mayo but it was very tasty! The only negative was that our drinks weren't all the way filled. Not too big of a deal but still kinda annoying. read more

This rating is solely based on my takeout Special banh mi sandwich today. The place seems lovely with great decorations, a variety in snacks and bubble tea. However, my takeout was so bad and made me sick. I gotta stop eating after few bites. Pricey already for a skinny Vietnamese sandwich, adding it with dry meat, overpowering picked carrot, foul smell (is that really garlic aioli??!) , no flavor and stale bread = possible food poisoning for food that doesn't even taste good?!
