There's many tables in the back here, and it feels very casual and perfect for some nightly hangouts with friends or, in this case, a card game afternoon with a friend. I ordered through a kiosk near the front counter, while my friend ordered up at the counter itself. Server there was helpful with some of the modifications he wanted on his drink. I got their Oreo milk tea with 50% sweetness and ice levels. Nothing too special here, just tons of crushed Oreo bits and your regular oolong tea base, perfect for keeping me full the rest of the day. 50% sweetness was enough; any more and the drink would have been too much. We were in town with my sister and daughter. We were craving some boba tea. My first visit here on 5/13/22. This place is pretty spacious, clean with beautiful modern decor. Restroom is clean. There were no customers surprisingly. We enjoyed and stayed awhile. We ordered the following: Oolong Tea w/salted cheese & grass jelly, Wintermelon tea w/salted cheese, Thai tea with boba, Wintermelon tea with grass jelly. All were yummy as usual. It's been a while since I've been here so I decided to revisit them. This specific location is new so it's my first time here but I've been to their original location several times years ago. This time, I got the Kumquat fruit tea and the Parmesan garlic fries. The kumquat drink was too sour for me. I normally like tart drinks, but not this one. I did love the parm garlic fries though! It came with a special sauce that's most likely garlic aioli with some herbs. The crispy fries with the Parmesan and garlic and that sauce was such a good combo! Just okay! Large selection of drinks but definitely powder/artificial based. I got the matcha red bean and it was just meh - very milky and powdery tasting. I also got the bbq pork banh mi which was decent. I came here to study on a zoom call but it wasn't ideal because the music was a bit too loud for it. I could hear my zoom session just fine but it was difficult for me to speak and be heard on the call with the loud-ish music. The workers were normal/friendly enough, nothing special though. The honeydew flavor itself is absolutely delicious. It's sweet and refreshing, without being overpowering or artificial-tasting. PRICE INCREASE AND DECLINE IN QUALITY For my local boba shop, to see these crazy high prices for just average drinks is pretty insane. They raised all their prices up by 50 cents or more and toppings are now pricier. Although it seems like a small increase, with a simple fruit syrup tea with tapioca becomes almost 6.50 before tip. That seems insanely high to me for a single drink with little customization. I wanted to love this place but I can't fathom paying 7+ dollars after tip for a drink that normally only costs me much less elsewhere with better quality. The past couple times I've been here the tapioca just tastes PLAIN. Like there is NO Aflavor at all - it's supposed to be sweet (brown sugar or syrup soaked after being cooked) but it tastes like it was just boiled in water and then scooped into my cup. Tapioca texture has been feeling overdone lately as well. It's really disappointing. The sugar level has been varying and some of my drinks are much sweeter than expected when I only get 30%. I really wanted to enjoy this place since it's so close to home with so many drink options but with the decrease in quality over the past couple months and sudden increase in price (last week the prices were unchanged) this may not be my go to spot. read more

I saw this place a week ago when I went to get pho next door. I didn't have time to check them out. I was glad they were on the list for Ubereats to deliver to my home. I ordered the avocado smoothie, and two hokaidoo Oreo smoothie for my husband and daughter. What I liked about this place is that I can order what level of sweetness. The reason why I didn't give them a higher rating is because my husband and daughter didn't care for the Oreo smoothies. They had chunks of ice so it wasn't blended well. They stated that they prefer Bobalust Oreo smoothies. My avocado smoothie was blended fine, and the boba was cooked well. Since we had a craving I ordered to be delivered at 10pm. We ordered a kumquat lemon ice tea with lychee and a matcha red bean. Both drinks are sweeter. We didn't specify the sweetness and ice level. But it's okay, it just put more water and drink a little longer on my kumquat. One thing I am not too happy about is the straw. This location is next to the Safeway in kent up the hill! We visited during their grand opening where they're currently promoting a buy 2 get one free drink deal! We got the panda milk tea and matcha latte w/crystal matcha boba. The drinks were delicious and the toppings tasted fresh, next time we're gonna get 80% sweetness because it was a tad bit too sweet for us. This is coming from a person who usually gets regular sweetness at every boba shop I go to. As I was waiting for my takeout order at a different restaurant I saw across the place a bubble tea (grand opening sign) so I was intrigued to try it. I loved the ambiance inside and their menu is very big and easy to read. Apparently they just opened last Sunday and they have another S Level tea in a different location as well. Only boba shop in kent that stays open late! They just opened their 2nd location and I decided to try out their passion fruit lemonade and Hokkaido milk tea. Since they're just starting out, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I remember liking their snacks at their original location so I figured the drinks should be alright. Passionfruit lemonade was ok, they used syrup and lime syrup like a cocktail, but I wasn't a fan. Hokkaido milk tea was odd, it was creamy, but with watered-down tea... Placed an online order it was the Korean banana milk never had this drink so wanted to try. The dasher drops it off and when I first look at it it's not completely full but not by much so no big deal then I look at it In the light and there's more that's just foam so now it's like 30% of my drink is gone before I even get to take a sip.
