This place is so great for boba and a small snack! The people were very nice and great with popular drink recommendations. I had the milk tea and it was perfect - not overly sweet and generous with the boba!

It's been a while since I've been here so I decided to revisit them. This specific location is new so it's my first time here but I've been to their original location several times years ago. This time, I got the Kumquat fruit tea and the Parmesan garlic fries. The kumquat drink was too sour for me. I normally like tart drinks, but not this one. I did love the parm garlic fries though! It came with a special sauce that's most likely garlic aioli with some herbs. The crispy fries with the Parmesan and garlic and that sauce was such a good combo! The interior is pretty cute so it would be a good hangout spot! I'd Louie to try their other drinks and get the fries again!

Oolong Milk Tea with Grass Jelly

No food was purchased today, but the Milk Tea and Smoothie was very good. This location is my go to for late night Boba Milk Tea. A very friendly and super fast.

Drinks are decent, but not cheap. I got an avocado smoothie $6.50 and my friend had the Salted Cheese Green Tea. You can see the price increase on the menu. The cashiers were nice. I was able to use my own cup.

Honeydew

The honeydew flavor itself is absolutely delicious. It's sweet and refreshing, without being overpowering or artificial-tasting. The boba add a nice texture to the drink that I find really satisfying to sip on. The pearls are also cooked just right, with a nice chewiness without being too hard or too soft.

I ordered their wintermelon milk tea with boba. The boba was nice and soft, the milk tea had an interesting taste/after taste. The shop is super cute and well decorated with a good amount of seating. The employees were nice and service was quick. Parking was super easy.

Grapefruit Lemonade

Been to the other location many times, and did not know this one was here until we were leaving a restaurant after dinner in the same plaza. My friends and I were thinking of possibly getting bubble tea after dinner, and then we spotted the shop as we were heading out of the restaurant. So, that was our sign to definitely get bubble tea. I got the Grapefruit Lemonade with tapioca, and it was refreshing and tasty. Staff was quick and friendly.

Price increases on their menu

PRICE INCREASE AND DECLINE IN QUALITY For my local boba shop, to see these crazy high prices for just average drinks is pretty insane. They raised all their prices up by 50 cents or more and toppings are now pricier. Although it seems like a small increase, with a simple fruit syrup tea with tapioca becomes almost 6.50 before tip. That seems insanely high to me for a single drink with little customization. I wanted to love this place but I can't fathom paying 7+ dollars after tip for a drink that normally only costs me much less elsewhere with better quality. The past couple times I've been here the tapioca just tastes PLAIN. Like there is NO Aflavor at all - it's supposed to be sweet (brown sugar or syrup soaked after being cooked) but it tastes like it was just boiled in water and then scooped into my cup. Tapioca texture has been feeling overdone lately as well. It's really disappointing. The sugar level has been varying and some of my drinks are much sweeter than expected when I only get 30%. I really wanted to enjoy this place since it's so close to home with so many drink options but with the decrease in quality over the past couple months and sudden increase in price (last week the prices were unchanged) this may not be my go to spot.

I saw this place a week ago when I went to get pho next door. I didn't have time to check them out. I was glad they were on the list for Ubereats to deliver to my home. I ordered the avocado smoothie, and two hokaidoo Oreo smoothie for my husband and daughter. What I liked about this place is that I can order what level of sweetness. The reason why I didn't give them a higher rating is because my husband and daughter didn't care for the Oreo smoothies. They had chunks of ice so it wasn't blended well. They stated that they prefer Bobalust Oreo smoothies. My avocado smoothie was blended fine, and the boba was cooked well. Since we had a craving I ordered to be delivered at 10pm. Next time I'll Check them out in person, maybe I'll try the other drinks.

Trying this out. Nice place and nicely decorated. USB port on all the seating area. Great music and sound quality. Lots of drinks and lots of snacks selections. I didn't get a chance to try out the food since I was in a hurry. But Spicy crab on tater tot sounds really good. Hard to tell by their picture menus. We ordered a kumquat lemon ice tea with lychee and a matcha red bean. Both drinks are sweeter. We didn't specify the sweetness and ice level. But it's okay, it just put more water and drink a little longer on my kumquat. One thing I am not too happy about is the straw. It is too narrow and I can't get some of the bigger lychee jelly without open up the cup. But overall, nice to have a cool little place around.

Friendly staff, they take both card and cash. Lots of stuff to choose from but today I decided on the Pink Summer Slushy which has guava and lychee with boba!!!! I can't wait to try other flavors!

Recently I tried a holiday drink Crema Thai Tea Cookie Latte with brown sugar - it's 4 out of 5 stars for me. The cookie butter is stronger than the Thai tea taste, an interesting combo. And as always, brown sugar boba is the best. However, the drink itself cost $10.95, and with the addition of brown.sugar boba, I ended up paying $12. So MissBoba is definitely an occasional treat for my wallet. Service is always great, they always ask for sweetness level adjustment and tell you to mix the drinks well. Inside isn't too big, and gets quite crowded when it's busy, especially when the line is out the door. Also, love that they host pop-ups of donuts and other baked goods throughout the year. I came here with my boyfriend for dinner, we hadn't eaten anything all day, and we were starving. The place had one other person inside, so we got seated quickly. Upon sitting down, I grabbed utensils from the utensil container, and they were all dirty. I had to rinse them in my water cup and wipe it down before using. I got the regular size Pho Tai for $15~, my bf got the beef teriyaki, extra meat for $20~. I thought it was weird how they also charge extra if you want extra lime or cilantro/onions, I've never seen a pho restaurant do that... My pho was more like a small size compared to other places, with less than an average portion of meat. My meat was tough to chew and dry. The soup was very oily. On top of that, my pho was served with a strand of hair. Thankfully, I saw it before I started eating, our server was kind and brought out a new bowl of pho. However, that was not the only issue; the beef teriyaki was just as underwhelming as my pho. It looked more like a beef stir fry, and the beef was even TOUGHER to chew. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for Vietnamese comfort food.

That is no more. Sadly after going back recently I realized these are new owners and no longer the San Wok we are used to. Food was decent, but I could tell the difference especially with the orange chicken which was always a hit. Food overall is good for chinese, but doesn't wow me like before. New improvements inside, the restaurant now has dine in, and new decor, but prices have an increased, and ultimately just feels like another chinese restaurant in the area.

I started coming here about 15 years ago. At the time it was called Rice Garden, if I recall. The…read morefood was tasty and the guy that ran the place, we knew from the Golden Phoenix restaurants. I think he was either a nephew or son in law. He sold the place to the previous owner who rebranded as Sans Wok Express. When the place opened the flavor, price and portion were all unbelievable and unbeatable. For years this was the case, then the price would go up about 10% at least twice a year, then the portions got smaller and post covid, the flavor also suffered like they were cutting corners. They would skimp on sauces and dishes that were generous with protein because heavy with vegetables, so instead of Mongolian Beef, it was Mongolian Onion. Really nice people, but after my last visit, I said I most likely wouldn't be back because it just wasn't worth the money. Ironically, I gave them another chance today and was surprised. When I pulled into the lot I knew something was different as I saw someone sitting inside and the place had been takeout only since Covid. The décor was also modern and warm and when I didn't see the original chef or server, I assumed there was a new owner. The menu was exactly the same, but it was a new owner and she told me she had owned the place since New Years Day. So, it's obviously been more than a year since I decided not to come back. I had the Mongolian Beef and it was pretty good. I'm sure you would love it, but I actually like mine sugar free. That said, it wasn't as sweet as most places, so respect to the chef. The lunch combo was entree, rice and soup. No more spring roll. The hot and sour was ok, but it wasn't thickened and lacked chicken stock. The new owner is really nice and I'm hoping the business comes back. This place used to always be nearly full. I think after 4-5 years of take out only, people stopped coming here. Take out is great, but I prefer dine in. It hotter, fresher and I don't have any trash. Again, when you keep the same name as the previous business, there is no flag to the community that you changed the recipes and possibly have a better menu. Either way, come back, I think you'll be pleased.

Maybe I've just been lucky? I've been a customer here for years, though, so take that into consideration as well. At times I've come in and there was only one or two workers but they're fast. The woman who's consistently working (perhaps the owner or manager) is always so nice to us. She gets our orders right. I saw complaints saying that the drinks were too sweet, however, I'm on the more sweet side for preference, so I thought I would like it. I got the brown sugar latte and it was somewhat good in the beginning, but the drink was definitely really sweet, and even too sweet for me. The boba felt old too because it was really soft. The second drink we tried was the matcha latte. This drink tasted like something we could make at home. The service was okay. The worker was nice but it seemed like they didn't want to be there. We were greeted with hospitality as well. The server was more like minding their business. Also, they served my drink with the brown sugar sauce partially on my cup, which made my hands sticky. I felt like my hands were sticky throughout the night, no matter how many times I cleaned it. The best quality of this boba shop is their ambiance. Very nicely decorated with good lighting. The environment was neat and gave a nice vibey feeling. This would be a chill place to hangout with your friends to get a drink. However, the quality of the drink and service isn't good enough to get me back here.
