Overall, the experience was a disappointment, and sadly, I was not surprised. Despite all the negative reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I came here with my boyfriend for dinner, we hadn't eaten anything all day, and we were starving. The place had one other person inside, so we got seated quickly. Upon sitting down, I grabbed utensils from the utensil container, and they were all dirty. I had to rinse them in my water cup and wipe it down before using. I got the regular size Pho Tai for $15~, my bf got the beef teriyaki, extra meat for $20~. I thought it was weird how they also charge extra if you want extra lime or cilantro/onions, I've never seen a pho restaurant do that... My pho was more like a small size compared to other places, with less than an average portion of meat. My meat was tough to chew and dry. The soup was very oily. On top of that, my pho was served with a strand of hair. Thankfully, I saw it before I started eating, our server was kind and brought out a new bowl of pho. However, that was not the only issue; the beef teriyaki was just as underwhelming as my pho. It looked more like a beef stir fry, and the beef was even TOUGHER to chew. Pretty run of the mill pho joint. The server was nice. Nothing really stood out, and nothing really bothered me. The thai iced tea was served in kind of a small glass with only 2 ice cubes. Maybe they melted, I dunno, I like lots of ice. The medium I got looked pretty small but I also got fresh rolls so I got full anyway. I'd come back if I needed hangover medicine but Pho Lam down the street has far superior pho and fresh rolls. read more

Great place for pho. I have been going here for the past 4years and their soup never disappoints. I wish it's closer to me though. Their spring rolls has changed and is not the best. Came by for dinner after a game night with friends. It was relatively late into the night by the time I arrived, so the ambiance was pretty peaceful and pretty quiet as me and my friend were the only ones in the store. Ordered the Seafood Pho' and it was wonderful. Service was relatively swift. And the Shrimp was the best part. The broth was a nice touch given how cold it is getting. Overall had a nice and relaxing dinner in a quiet environment. And was genuinely surprised to find a Pho' Restaurant open passed 9:00PM. read more

After first time, we thought we got a late dinner restaurant to eat.( the food was ok after I heard a lot from my friends told us do not come here). We got Pho and Bun Bo Hue second time. The smell of the soups was different, little salty with Pho. We did not recommend Bun Bo Hue here because that wasn't delicious. Today my 3rd here, you can see on the picture, the color of the soup was dark brown. It was very very salty I couldn't eat it. I asked the waitress about that, he said let he asked the kitchen to remake the soup with no salty. The waitress came out with a bowl soup only ( i circled in the picture). That bowl still very salty but less than the first one i got. He gave it to me and I didn't know how to do next. I decided to put the soup from second bowl to mine, but nothing changed still salty. If I moved my noodles to bowl soup the waitress gave me at second time, i couldn't eat it because the soup was cover by green and white onions( i couldn't eat that thing) The waitress was nice when he noticed about that, he said let he took that out for my but I said ok let me do it. Good late night pho and they open until 1am everyday, had a convo with the lady that was working and she said they used to open till 4am before covid but not anymore. Before sitting down tho we were told that they were only accepting cash after 8pm so we had to run to the bofa atm in front of the restaurant. The pho broth here is strange and it also had a weird scent. I wanted to try this place because I have never been and always hear about it. I ordered a regular size bowl of pho.... And wow, I had a few strands of noodles. You can take your chopsticks and move the noodles around and it's all soup, 1 large bite / 2 small bites and done. Also there was barely any meat toppings. The rice plate, the fish sauce was bland, also it did not come with the side of daikon/carrots how most Vietnamese places do. This has been my to go pho spot for 2 years and it's very close to my house. The pho broth is amazing and its open late so that is a plus. My kids love it! But until today I questioned everything it was the first time I used the bathroom. It was bad it probably hasn't been cleaned in the while. My first time will be my last time here. As a Vietnamese person, I always try to support restaurants for my community but the service here was just unacceptable. The restaurant was having some issue with the payment system and they ended up charging another customer twice. The owner had to call her grandchild to help. If you know you charged customer twice, just issue refunds and if the system ended up charging once, just take that loss instead of letting customers wait like that. I know it's not my table but it would happen to any of us. Now, about my own experience, we ordered 1 pho and 1 beef stew noodle soup. Both the broth were really bland. The saving grace was the beef in the stew, it was quite tasty. And then what shocked me the most was when I was paying, both were more expensive than what the menu said. The server said "oh we have new price here". By that he pointed to multiple pieces of paper with higher prices on the glass where the register is. That's definitely not ok! I'd rather look at a ghetto menu with pieces of paper with new prices to cover the old prices than being deceived like this. read more

My hairdresser suggested this place for the best pho around the area. I trust all the ladies there since they're Vietnamese, and they should know. The pho with rare steak, and the two orders of grilled chicken and egg roll with noodles really not the spot. We were all revering from being sick, and mmmm it really made us all feel good. So glad my hairdresser suggested this place, because it was totally delicious. I actually ordered it to go, so I haven't experienced dining inside. But it looked pretty busy with a group of two large families dining in. Everything on the menu looked really delicious. I'll have to check it the rest of the food. Also the hours show that they're open until 2am! Really!! Wow if that's true, and I start getting hungry in the middle of the night, this will be my go to place. I made the mistake of stopping at this restaurant when I was trying to find another restaurant. I should have turned around when I walked in the restaurant and noticed how dark, dingy, and dirty the place seemed. There were supplies piled in the corner of the restaurant as well as a dirty towel on the floor. I decided to give this a place a try anyway since a hole in the wall restaurants sometimes have the best foods. I started off with the fresh spring rolls which lacked the protein so it was more of noodle and lettuce roll. I ordered the marinated chicken rice plate. For being a Vietnamese Restaurant I was surprised that the marinated chicken tasted like it was marinated in teriyaki sauce. No one is wearing a mask. They don't check vaccinations either. The table wasn't wiped down and everything was sticky. Customer service is not great either. The pho broth was lukewarm and everything felt dirty. Update: WE HAVE FOOD POISONING AND THREW IT ALL UP. We gave them a call to ask for a refund, and they told us "it's your stomach." They accused us of going to other establishments like "McDonald's" and doing the same thing by asking for our money back. Unbelievable. Is the staff speaking eloquent English? Not sure. Is the staff friendly and the food is delicious? 100% I always get Chicken Pho, but I've tried all the other options throughout the years and they're all good. The flavor in the broth is really there. The portion size was great. Good amount of noodles & meat. A large size got me real full.
