Tried pho 7 in the past. It wasn't bad back then, but tonight we had Ubereats deliver again. Food wasn't good. Both pork and chicken bun. Both the meats were overcooked with some pieces burnt. The Thai tea wasn't sweet at all. Didn't taste like Thai tea, but it was ok. My daughter's pho was actually good. Can't mess soup up I guess. So disappointed. We wanted to support the local businesses, but with so many pho places near us we can always support several. read more

TL:DR My advice: Get the vermicelli bowl and get it to go! Add about 20 mins to the time they say over the phone. This is my favorite place to get food to go near where I live. I always get the same thing, so I can't speak to the quality of others dishes but the vermicelli bowls are so good! So good that I dream of them sometimes Also, I get this food to go every time and eat it at home. I have never dined in, so I can not speak to the service during dine in. The pho place across the street was closed so we decided to come here since we wanted pho. Severely understaffed is an understatement. Anyway, we ordered the noodle bowl and I got a large pho, husband got an xtra large sized pho. It is significantly larger. Our food took forever to come. We're usually super patient but we had hungry kids and they had one person waiting tables and working the register, plus doing all the to go orders. My pho wasn't good :( it tasted like the packaged kind and there wasn't very much meat. The egg roll in the noodle bowl was good though. We definitely won't be back here since pho is a go to meal for us and the broth just wasn't good at all. read more

The food is very good here. The space was not crowded and the service was good. I had the pho (P2) with beef and it was well done. Just the smaller size is plenty for me. Okay I've been here a few times now for takeout and the food here tends to be very consistent which to me is perfect. I can get the same thing and it tastes the same almost every time. Normally, my go to is their pork banh mi and their iced coffee. Both perfect for a morning breakfast. I've branched out and tried a few other things, their pho is pretty good and their rice dishes (specifically chicken) are really good too. Overall I'll continue to go for my occasional sandwich and coffee. They're affordable and staff is really nice too. I haven't dined in, but seems like it would be a nice experience. I've been happy with every experience so far, the only thing is if you're ordering via an app, just be aware that the estimate they give is going to be about 10 or so minutes off in my experience. read more

Racist as hell. Awhile back my family of 5 went to dinner here but my order was never put in. As an apology, the manager gave me card with for a free meal on their rewards card. I went to go redeem that free meal today and the lady in the front started questioning me about the validity of the card and who I got the card from. Mind you, I got it from the restaurant. Needless to say, she refused to let me use it and made me pay for my meal. Once my meal was ready she asked to see the card again and said it was fake and that I signed the card myself. She profiled me because I'm black with tattoos. Had I been of the fairer skin, there's no way I would've been treated this poorly. read more

I have been ordering food about two years at this restaurant and whether sandwiches, rice noodles, spring rolls or service, I have to say that everything is perfect! BUT I WON'T come back anymore and I will give you one star because you hired a stupid and rude new cashier! You lost a very honestly customer just because her! About a week ago, I ordered a meal by phone, usually about 15 minutes I admit that I went a bit early. The rude cashier said that my order was not ready yet.I was waiting there. when my order was ready, normally the cashier would give it to me by hand or put it on the table outside, but this rude cashier slid my order to the right, and I had to go around the table to get it without polite turned and walked into the kitchen very rudely. I was so angry but I forgave her just because she was new, or maybe she got bad day or she was tired, I tried to understand her. Last Friday, I wanted order sandwiches and called for them about five times still no answer, I thought that they maybe closed on Black Friday. Today I really want to give this restaurant last chance, so my husband called them again, about 7 times no answer, so he walked in and wanted to order, that rude lady cleaned the tables and completely ignored him, he stood there about three minutes that rude lady didn't help him order food, then he left, and complained with me. Thank you for reading my complaint. I just want to say that if you don't like this job, you can stay at home. People don't want to see your rude face when we spending money. I've been coming here for probably 10 years now , since I was 15 lol. I love this place so much! This is the only pho place I will ever go to . I don't get the bad reviews at all but mine has always been so perfect . The pho tastes the best I've ever had, the service is so quick, and it's very clean inside . I ordered 2 tofu banh mi to go for hubs and I, also a pork banh mi for my sister along with 2 bubble teas. The sandwiches were dry and the veggies were very mild in flavor. I actually added some fried onions and made a sauce cuz it was a very basic sandwhich. Came here today for some pho and bubble tea. Papaya Tea was delicious, but the pho we ordered was brisket and they came out with tripe. That's Fine, we noticed as they put it down and they took it back. About 5 minutes later they come back out with our brisket. Unfortunately, the tripe was picked out by hand and there was left over tripe all throughout our pho, they didn't give us a fresh bowl. I will never be back here. read more

Can I please leave a -0 star? I ordered a brisket pho only to find out the meat and noodles were missing once I deconstructed the meal in a bowl at home. Call the restaurant to request a new order. Talked to the "manager" who apparently is part of the family business but unwilling to share her name: 1. They ask me to pour the broth from my bowl back to the original container and bring it in the restaurant for their preview LMAO; 2. They inform me they have NEVER forgot to add the meat and noodles; 3. Ordered delivery. Big mistake. It really proves that this place could give a rip about their customers Ordered the crepe. It was burnt. Not caramelized. Not a little overcooked. IT WAS BURNT. It looked bad and tasted worse. And they still still sent it out. Ordered the pork chop dish with rice. The rice was ok. The pork chop was so overcooked that it would have been better as jerky. The roll was so brown it looked like it got forgotten in the fryer. The pho I ordered for my daughter was ok. Except they only gave her two little slices of brisket. Good pho, great chicken egg rolls, I did not like the spring rolls- the peanut sauce tasted odd. We had slow service after food was placed down (we had to ask for the check after a few pass bys) so we had time to review our food with each other and both landed on a solid 7. His Bahn mi had no Dikon only pickled chunks of carrot and it was over grilled with no barbecue flavor. That was the biggest let down. We come here once in a while because this place has pretty good Pho broth. The portion is pretty generous and decent service. The fried tofu is also okay. Price is not bad at all. During Covid their bathrooms are closed, so probably it would be a problem for some people. As far as cleaning during, they did a good job making sure the tables are wiped down and sanitized before letting people sit down. Just ate here. Food was okay, but the service provided by the employee was horrible. My wife did not like her pho so we had requested to not pay for it. The server claims we needed to tell her immediately. My wife didn't start eating as soon as we got the food because she was eating a Bahn mi and we were serving out kids. The server was cleaning tables so I tried to not bother her until she finished. She was rude with her responses. I requested to speak to a manager and apparently nobody is available. The staff here is so inattentive that although the food is good it barely makes up for the lack of service. The fresh roll is just one roll cut in half whereas most other restaurants serve two cut in half, making it enough for three people. I dined with two friends and said the rolls were for the table. Had she been observant of the number of people she would have maybe suggested to order two orders. The adds for three bowls of pho was one small plate of basil, sprouts, jalapeños, and lime. Thankfully this is very close to my home because it is hands down my favorite pho place. Me and my boyfriend have been here too many times to count! Usually we each order a bowl of pho and either the chicken banh mi (no jalapeños-a little bit too spicy for me), or spring rolls. Both are so good! I recently came here and tried one of their noodle bowls which was good. The noodles were a little bit on the plain side but I still really enjoyed the bowl. I believe it was the vermicelli noodle bowl. I haven't ever tried their rice dishes before or any of the other appetizers. But the food that we have tried, is very tasty. There was one night they said they are open till 9, and we came at 8 and said they were no longer serving soup for the night. That was disappointing so we decided to try one of the pho places across the street (there's two different ones), and it was not good so overall that was a disappointing night! Lol But overall I love this place and we keep coming back. Just recently found out they have punch cards too. Also----their bubble tea is delicious! Stopped by here on our way out of town to visit our boys at WSU, in Pullman. There were two customer before us, and their foods came out soon after we got our seats. The 3 of us all ordered pho, waited over 20 minutes for our bowls of noodles. I jokingly asked my husband did they have to make a new pot, kill a cow or something; why was it taking so long? While the broth was pretty good, place was clean, we won't be coming back because of the slow and inattentive services. The lady never came back to ask us for water refill or if we needed anything else. Plenty of pho places in Kent, and we only stopped by for a quick bite before our trip, but turned out not to be so quick after all. read more

Inconsistency is what I most dislike about the food quality here. My first few visits were great. The pho broth was rich with flavor and depth. The noodle was perfectly cooked with a little bounce. Meat quality was great and ample. I came back recently and noticed a drop in quality. The broth was watered down and missing that beefy goodness. Noodle was over cooked to the point that they broke off as you attempted to lift them up with chopsticks. I counted no more than 5 slices of steak that I was served. The only good thing about my $14 bowl of pho was the brisket. I didn't get much but they were good.
