I've been to this location since 2017 when it first opened and have been deterred from coming here in the past because of some rowdy car meetups that take up the spacious parking lot it shares with several other businesses like a teriyaki place. This was on a Friday night around 7:30pm, and my group of 5 came here to get some balls inside us... or more like just satisfy our sweet tooths. For this visit, I decided to get one of their signature smoothies: cuddles on the beach. It's a blend of strawberry, peach and mango, and comes with a bunch of peach bits. This whole drink was really sweet - there were options to change levels of sweetness that I did not see carefully that would have made my rink better. Probably if I had gotten it much less sweet - if that is possible for the cuddles on the beach - it would be much better. Peach bits were one of my favorite parts of the drink, as I could easily suck them through my straw like balls haha. I'd go as far as to say this drink went past the cuddles and went all the way... :P It was fun striking a conversation with my server up front when she asked me and friends about our day, and that made this visit a lot better. That's kinda the feel of this place especially when it gets late at night, because there's a lot of people that come inside and fill the tables. As for my group of six, we definitely contributed to the already loud noises of people talking and blenders blazing to make drinks. My friend loves this place, so I dropped by with him on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by how empty it was. There was only one table for two located below the menu screens which meant people were staring in our direction to look at the menu the whole time we were seated which can be off-putting, especially if you like your personal space. I asked for the chococat with strawberries instead of raspberries which they were able to do for me. It tased incredible like a chocolate covered strawberry and I enjoyed my drink. I just wished they'd offered oat milk since almond milk is just as bad for the environment as regular dairy. I appreciated how accommodating and friendly the staff were. The bathroom is unisex, and was clean when I went in. I also appreciated how clean the entire cafe was including the tables. Our drinks were made quickly and packaged well. The Boba is pretty mid. Only came here because it open late. Customer service was weird asf. I get that they have sketchy teenagers coming here late at night, but scanning a $10 bill to check if it's real was weird, embarrassing and warranted a review. Go here all the time and almost always get the lychee lemonade (one of their "signature teas"). The jellies are just the right chew and the drink is perfect sweetness and tartness and flavor. (It is realllyyy sweet tho- as are most of their drinks.) They're also open late (11pm). Tonight's staff member was super friendly (A+). 75 cent charge per add ons but most of the signature drinks have included toppings ($6-6.50). Milk teas, original teas, and original slush are all $5 (no toppings included, so you gotta add on). My cousins love the purple galaxy (blended taro and Oreo). I was lusting to suck on some black balls in the late night hours cause I want to feel something (not what you think, it's boba... chill lol), and BobaLust hits the spot in 2 dimensions: the chill ambience and their late hours. Before BobaLust, the typical decent Seattle boba shop will close at like 8pm and any later than that, you are stuck with very mediocre options that close at midnight (you know where). Some friends and I went here around 10:15pm while it was pouring rain outside, and I resisted the urge but failed. So many people recommended the Thai green tea and I personally haven't had Thai green tea before so I decided to get that with honey boba, so yolo, what is sleep. Now, the Thai green tea is worth keeping me up late at night until 4am because there is so much caffeine. It is very fragrant and even though I opted for half sugar and half ice, it is a full drink and nothing is watered down. The boba is very good, not the best, but excellent especially at this hour. It is soft and chewy, as you expect, and they are quite flavorful too. One small bonus is that you can be as wholesome or unhinged as you want here - the cup has "I only love boba & ____" and you can write anything you want! Let me know what you say! read more

Came at a Sunday night and it was relatively busy with people waiting for their drinks. The music and atmosphere was really nice and the workers were friendly. I got the Thai green milk tea with honey boba and 50% sweetness which is the sweetness level I recommend here as 100% is really sweet. I thought the boba was an okay texture but it was really flavorless or it was overpowered by the sweetness of the drink even at 50%. The drink wasn't super bad but the tea flavor felt a little watered down. My friend got the Og milk tea with coffee jelly and 100% sweetness. This drink we both felt was really sweet but my friend likes it that way. The coffee jelly was interesting and is good for a coffee lover as it added the taste of coffee into the milk tea. I don't usually get the signature/ og flavors of milk teas bc they usually taste so wheaty/ earthy for me. But I can't get enough of the og tea at Bobalust. My now go to order is an Og milk tea with lychee jelly and sea salt foam. The tea mix with the foam adds an extra rich flavor to the drink and the lychee enhances the sweetness. The tea isn't too overpowering, which can turn me off signature teas sometimes but bobalust has the right balance to their teas. Good customer service too they remembered my order once when I came back a second time on the same day. And a happily replace my broken seal during a different occasion. Great place for a late night boba craving. I'm not sure if there are any others around. I wish the drinks and macarons were more consistent though. I think it depends on who is making your drink that will determine the outcome of how well it comes out. Had the orange creamsicle tasting one and thought it was great. I've also had their honeydew and taro. Those ones are a toss up. As for macarons, they taste great, but one time I had a really stale one which was not the best surprise. Other than that, the service is great. My family was craving boba and I found this place on Yelp. When we arrived, it was really busy, so many people were in line ordering drinks, so I knew I picked a good spot. They have so many different combinations of teas, smoothies, and slushees that I've never seen at other tea houses. I can't even remember the combinations, you'll have to look up their menu online and see how fun their drinks are! I had a really hard time trying to decide what I wanted, but I ended up ordering the Blushing Dragon from the "secret menu". It had black tea with strawberry and orange flavor. I also picked up the taro slush, and lychee tea w/ lychee jelly all with reduced sweetness. Everything was good, boba was fresh, and staff was friendly. I can't get over my blushing dragon drink, it was so refreshing and tasty! When I went, there was no seating available, just people standing in line waiting to order, or waiting for their drinks. I'm not sure if they normally offer seating, but it would seem like a nice place to just sit and hang out. I wish this place would open up in S. This Bobalust Tea House location is actually pretty close to home and its always popping! Sometimes customers are spilling out of the store because the location is a bit smaller than Kirkland. Overall, customer service is pretty good. I asked a few questions and I ended up getting a Green Thai Tea & the OG milk tea with 0% sweetness. If you are unsure about the the sweetness level you can always ask for a sample, they are usually able to provide that as long as they are not super busy. 0% sweetness was actually just right for the OG Milk tea, so I'm glad I was able to try it out first! We got regular ice level and with boba and the drink was good! Boba was excellent consistency, more on the chewy side, but not hard in the middle or anything. I would say the tea doesn't have a super strong tea flavor, its a little more on milky side, but still really good. I personally like my boba tea with a stronger tea flavor, but I do enjoy to change it up every once in a while. I do wish they had the small cubes of chewable, slushee ice inside their drinks. I noticed that the Kirkland location does this and its a bit more fun to drink and I like being able to sip up ice with the straw as you get to the bottom of your drink. They have lots of different drink options, great for all boba lovers. I think next time I'll have to try the pure tea options for a less milky / heavy drink. Good thing they are close to us, so plenty of opportunity to get more boba at Bobalust! read more

After hiking, my friend and I wanted something cold and chose this boba place that was near Westfield Southcenter. The location that my friend and I went to was in Tukwila. It's located in this small plaza with other food stores with a parking lot. Ample parking spaces that won't be a problem. It was kind of confusing getting into the area because it doesn't connect to the plaza with LA Fitness and ShareTea. I got their Thai green milk tea drink with half sweetness. It was one of their top drinks, so I opted for that. The drink was pretty good! It was definitely different from a regular green milk tea flavor with a flavor I cannot describe. It wasn't too watery or bland which I appreciated. My friend got their lilikoi (passion fruit) lemonade, which he gulped down in two sips... did he actually enjoy it?? But he said it was a really good lemonade and would definitely come back for it. This cute little boba place is outside of Southcenter mall, but I feel that it's worth the detour. Wow, love the vibes of this place! Boba Lust has some amazing drink choices and a very cute interior. It's a little loud on the inside, but that's just because they're popular! We got their crimson cutie, strawberry seduction, and lychee bomb. The Crimson Cutie is a slushie and had a lot of peach flavor. It wasn't super sweet and I love the texture of their slushie. Their slushie didn't have that icey texture and was very smooth. Their lychee bomb slushie had lots of lychee flavor. It was a little on the sweeties side compared to the other two drinks but will be a hit for any lychee lover! The strawberry seduction milkshake tasted like strawberries and cream. It leaned a bit more to the milkier side but if you like strawberries and cream, you'd like this.
