This rating is solely based on my takeout Special banh mi sandwich today. The place seems lovely with great decorations, a variety in snacks and bubble tea. However, my takeout was so bad and made me sick. I gotta stop eating after few bites. Pricey already for a skinny Vietnamese sandwich, adding it with dry meat, overpowering picked carrot, foul smell (is that really garlic aioli??!) , no flavor and stale bread = possible food poisoning for food that doesn't even taste good?! Love this place! Drinks are good and too sweet my favorite is the top fruit tea and taro crystal boba( not a lot of places have this topping and I love it). They have countless of street food items and drinks to choose from too. My favorite is the takoyaki they give alot of sauce and the ball are so gushy and just melts in your mouth read more

Was excited to try this new place and I loved it. was sad because the interior is so beautiful and we had to get our order togo. However I am excited to sit and hang once they are open for sit down. Tried the crab fries, fried popcorn chicken and panda milk tea and everything was delicious. Wish I was able to make the popcorn chicken spicy with a little spicy seasoning and maybe the bites were a bit on the giant size but other than that I liked all the food. Discovers this little place the other day while on the hunt to get something tasty. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant. A few tables, a place for kids to watch a tv, play legos, or games on one side. The only downside here is that I found the music to be a little loud however my 10yo enjoyed it. I've been here twice now and the food covered includes the tuna sandwich which my 10yo describes as moist and flavorful with wonderful crunchy bread surrounding it. Her words honest. Next we had the pork sandwich which I thought was tasty. We also tried the seasoned curly fries, sour cream cheese fries and the crab meat fries. Sadly, my kid wasn't ready for the spicy Mayo sauce on the crab fries and thus it wasn't enjoyed or wanted. When I asked the counter about possible non spicy options they gladly exchanged the fries though for a similar item, thus the sour cream fries. Otherwise, all of the fries were freshly cooked and excellent. Drinks included mango juice and a strawberry and banana smoothie both of which were enjoyed. Got the Mountain milk tea (comes with grass jelly & matcha tapioca). I've never had matcha tapioca so wanted to give it a try. Drink wasn't too sweet and was very light. At first I tasted the drink it wasn't too bad but something was definitely off about it. It could be the matcha tapioca flavoring mixed with the tea but wasn't a super big fan of it. Had to come down this way to run an errand and the fiance always wants some bubble tea or banh mi so this place covered both bases perfectly. We ordered the wings, takoyaki fries and pork banh mi. All were solid choices! Wings and fries were, crispy and flavorful. The banh mi was ok, could have used some mayo to add some moistness. Otherwise the pork was flavorful and the bun was toasted just right. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Definitely swing by if you're in the area. Clean place and friendly staff too. I think I just found my new favorite boba spot! ( but I don't know if that means much anymore because I have sooooo many favorite boba spots lmao). But I really really really looooove their mountain milk tea and panda milk tea!!! The milk tea flavor and toppings are on point in these drinks! I'm very happy with their location and that they're in a spacious parking lot and that I don't have to go into the 99 ranch market for boba anymore bc we all know that parking lot and entire place can get pretty hectic, especially on the weekends. I'm more of a fan of milk teas when I go for boba, so I can't really say much about their fruit teas or other drink items, but they seem to have quite a variety! I will probably try a fruit tea when I'm in the mood for something more refreshing next time. As far as food items, I've only had their popcorn chicken and it wasn't crispy or spicy enough for me, so I guess I still will have to go into the ranch market for my popcorn chicken fix lol. read more

I've been going to this Boba place since 2019 when I would be around Renton/Tukwila a lot. Loved how this place elevated its boba and milk tea as well as their food. The boba is as quality as their food and it does not disappoint. Today, I got the matcha strawberry milk tea (cause that's what I've been craving) with tapioca and can I just say BOMBBBBBBBB. The fries with crab and sour cream and onion fries are BOMBBBBBB. So check this place out! read more

Ordered here from DoorDash because the menu stood out from other boba spots. I tried their strawberry forest milk tea which was perfection to me! Well balanced flavors of strawberry and matcha milk tea, and soft chewy boba. I did ask for it hot and got it as a reg drink, but it was still great. Also tried the Thai mt, no complaints! -Banh Mi sandwiches are good but very good but basic. Please add some sauce, seasoning, or SOMETHING. My favorite is the grilled beef lalot sandwich cause it had FLAVOR. The price for these sandwiches keep increasing but it remains the same. -The fries are very good and they're very generous with how much they give you! -Most of their drinks are a miss to me. 2stars-I'm just being generous. Got the sour cream and onion fries & the basil garlic parmesan fries. Not much flavor in the sour cream and onion fries. Dipping them in sour cream made no difference either. Was hoping the basil garlic parm would be better but mehhh.... I can't say much about it. Tried the Vietnamese coffee with boba....nothing exciting either. Those balls were just too soft lol. Another one of my rare 5-star gems I tell ya! Absolutely like this place a lot! Even more so now that my brother and a couple of my cousins have started this tradition of coming here every Friday night! I got my cousin hooked the first time we took her here. This coming Friday marks our 4th (could be 5th) Friday coming here so we deserve a monthsary celebration haha. My absolute favorite drink here at the moment is the CoCoffee! A perfect blend of espresso coffee and coconut milk mmm mmm mmmmmmmm. For someone who is sensitive to dairy and a lover of coconut like myself, this drink is my personal heaven. Never mind the fact that I cannot sleep at all that night -- it's all worth it. I would be quite sad if they take that out of the menu. Nonetheless, I'd still come here every Friday with my cuzzos. I'd have to find another go-to drink. It's all good. This place is our stress reliever at the end of the week. Only the 4 of us in our cousintry know about this place so far and we're keeping it a secret for now. Great selection of boba drinks and toppings, with the addition of a good selection of snacks, I can't think of a better place to de-stress after a weeklong of adulting. I especially like the house special banh mi. My second favorite would have to be the popcorn chicken mmm mmm mmmmmm! I know there are a lot of Oasis popcorn chicken lovers here. But when you get the chance, stop by and try their own version of popcorn chicken. I think you will also like it. I know we do; it's never forgetten in our array of food orders every week. If you catch me here on a Friday night, maybe I'll pay for your boba ;) but I get the stamp though haha! Just last week, the manager gave us a free drink to try - Korean Banana Milk Tea. I'm not a big fan of bananas at all, but I tried the drink and it was good. Would I order it off the menu? Probably not! Only because of the banana flavoring. But it's worth a try if you like fruity and/or banana-flavored milk teas. Overall, highly recommend this place. People come and go all the time. But I'm sure their place gets pretty busy throughout the week. They have free games that you can play if you want to chill for a few hours. second time i stopped in. thought i would give the benefit of the doubt on shitty service the first time as everyone has bad days. however, second time in was no different that the first. no greeting as we walked in and were the only ones in the shop. then, person taking orders proceeds to wipe down windows while we wait at the register ready to order. once we put our order in and sat to wait, no name, order or number was called to let us know our order was ready. at this point the shop was busier with door dashers and other seated customers so it was hard to tell if it was our order was ready or an order someone placed ahead of time. Once some drinks that looked like ours were ready, woman gave no eye contact or gesture that it was our order, set the drinks down on her side of the counter and walked away. cool. and to top it off, one drink we ordered wasn't even sealed all the way and spilled all over the car. save yourself the trouble and go support happy lemon in southcenter for better service and hell of a lot better boba. read more

Worst popcorn chicken I've ever had, not worth the $8. It's like they sprinkled basil bits on it with no seasoning whatsoever.

After a trip to IKEA in Renton, I was thirsty and ready for some refreshment! S Level Tea is delicious and convenient! Service was quick and friendly, though it appeared they were a bit short staffed; it wasn't too busy on a Friday afternoon. This place is CUTE and totally selfie ready if you're into that sort of thing. I had the passion fruit milk tea with Lychee jelly and it was pure perfection. Not too sweet, and the jelly was firm and so tasty. I was annoyed cause I actually (accidentally) drove in a circle to find it, but the few extra minutes in the car were totally worth it. I'd definitely come here to try more drinks, and the food menu looks pretty good too. read more

I placed an order for bubble tea and takoyaki through ubereats. The order got placed twice accidentally within seconds of each other. Both orders were accepted immediately so I could not cancel on the website. When I realized what happened, I first tried calling ubereats (their customer service number is down due to Covid) and I called the driver. I was rushing to cancel that second order and the driver told me he would contact the restaurant to cancel that second order. Unfortunately, the store decided to make those orders anyways, without wondering why someone would place two identical orders going to the same house. This is where the restaurant and driver decided to get greedy and make some money off me. The driver had no incentive to cancel because he would get two nice tips. The restaurant made some extra money by filling the extra identical order, but rushed to fill the order by making clumsy mistakes. In their rush to fill the order, they had flimsily packaged my takoyaki balls and all the heat escaped. The plastic bag was very loosely tied so there was a large hold in the top. The bubble tea was next to the takoyaki, so they were heating and cooling each other off. This resulted in some cold takoyaki balls and some melted bubble tea. This is my first time ordering from s level tea and I won't be going back. They have no common sense and come out looking greedy when they take advantage of customers. Give your customers a call if something looks odd. If you get multipleS of the same order, verify it wasn't an error before rushing to fill it. I understand times are tough for restaurants right now, but I also don't like being ripped off at the same time. I ended up tossing the food away because it just didn't taste good. The tea was weak and was not cold. It was very watery due to the melted ice and there were very few tapioca balls. The takoyaki balls were cold and I could barely taste any octopus. They really skimped on the ingredients, I think I got one small piece of octopus per ball for the ones I did eat. The takoyaki was mostly dough and had very little flavor. I feel like I got scammed and all I got in return were cold Takoyaki balls and melted bubble tea. read more

I ordered a jasmine green tea crème with boba and when i drank it, it tasted like nothing but tea. There is no sweetness whatsoever, as a regular customer i am not satisfied with my order. It tastes like tea that was brewed for too long and had the tea leaves mushed to create a very very bitter taste. The pearls tasted bland AND was hard. I don't think I will be going to this s level anymore. Also, at this location they do not fill up your fries all the way. Just don't be so hopeful when ordering. read more

Although this shop is located in a terrible parking lot with Mount Everest sized speed bumps, it is worth the trek out. It seems to be a family owned shop that makes tasty teas and snacks. It's a small shop, but brightly lit and feels welcoming. The milk teas have a good sweetness to them and not watered down like a few other boba places. The boba is okay and decent for texture, but doesn't quite have the honey sweet inside. I usually order the Hokkaido black milk tea with boba. The snacks and banh mi here are really good. The banh mi bread is soft on the inside and toasty on the outside without the razor blades cutting the insides of your mouth like most other banh mi shops. As for the snacks, we've tried almost everything and you can't really go wrong; order what you're craving! read more

My husband and I came for the first time during COVID quarantine. We ordered two drinks: wintermelon milk tea and a Korean banana milk. I really enjoyed my wintermelon drink and my husband liked his banana milk. The only comment we have about our order was the amount of dink my husband got in his compared for mine. Pretty Solid place for Tea/Milk Tea and snack food. Tried the Takoyaki fries and the Salted Green Tea. Fries were exactly as one would expect. Simple, crispy with japanese mayo, takoyaki sauce and some shredded seaweed. Fries were satisfactory, not bad not great. I wished they added some bonito flakes or something else to it. Japanese mayo with takoyaki sauce on pretty anything would make it decent. The seaweed was definitely of lower quality as well. Makes me feel like theres a lack of effort to the recipe, especially for the prices they charge. Every time I go to a new tea place and see cheese tea, I order it hoping that I would finally find a place that serves the cheese foam right. Usually Im disappointed. And I was disappointed with the Cheese Tea here. The foam was runny and didn't taste much like cheese. Its more like a salted cream. I've gotten to accept this type of Cheese Tea as the general standard for the Greater Seattle, so It wont be effecting my review too much. Overall, prices are fair to high. I would love to try some of their other menu items, like the yogurt strawberry slush and other signature drinks. But won't be coming back for the takoyaki fries and Cheese Green Tea. First time here and I must say that it was a great experience. Decor is very elegant and modern. Lighting is excellent. We got 2 teas, both with light sugar which still had great taste. Bbq pork sandwich is very flavorful and crunchy. Tater tots with crab was great as well. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to friends and family! read more
