The smoothie was perfectly tasty and they made it to what I like it to be. They were super fast and so friendly. I think their names were Bo and Chi. They were extra friendly with the custom changes to my drink. The place is in a mall so they were busy here and there but were still able to provide quick service. The signs were clear to read and very clean. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Tukwila, Washington

Old standard for juice and smoothies well before most of the other brands and stores came into existence. Still a fun spot with yummy choices. Inside the mall. I like that you can get bowls as well as drinks. read more

Pretty fast location, love the acai bowls or cinnamon apple pretzels. The mall location can get crowded though since it's by the Starbucks.

I am a Jamba Juice rewards member. Every year (besides this year) I would receive a small smoothie coupon around my birthday month. I was at the South Center mall and decided to approach Jamba Juice and ask Nico (employee) why I didn't receive one at all. She took the time to listen to my concern and tried to solve it, but unfortunately couldn't find a resolution. She made an exception (verified my ID) and made me a smoothie of my choice. Thank you for the excellent service! read more

Amazing smoothies and customer service!! The Asian employees are sooo fast and made amazing drinks for us. On weekends it gets pretty busy so long line. Yummy yummy! read more

For a sweet and healthy treat stop by Jamba Juice! It's a chain, so you know exactly what you're going to get. Lots of smoothies and yogurt drinks. Clearly fresh fruits and veg and so much better for you!! I'd say a tas expensive, but to be honest, most places are expensive in Seattle. They also sell bars of oats and otmeal. Jamba is made fresh and much healthier than soda. The secret menu has a lot of perks and a lot of good stuff on it. If you sign up for their email list, they will send you coupons for either buy one get one deals or money of your order which is a great perk. Efficient and friendly staff. My experience here is fantastic. No complaints so far... read more

Jamba - Mango-A-Go-Go ® Smoothie: Classic is always the best :) - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Tukwila, Washington

Love Jamba Juices! A must try is the mango gogo it's so good. This location is small but it does make drinks in a good pace considering there's only three staffs. read more

Never order here if the big Asian dude with no sense of urgency and skater dude with beanie are working, there could be a line of 40 people and they'd still move at the same pace and waste time doing something irrelevant to the task they should be doing, machines need to replace these idiots smh read more

Jamba Juice has awesome selections of smoothies and is a pretty nice place, however this location is not the best when it comes to customer service. I went there and they weren't that attentive or friendly. Has potential be better store and have more customers but definitely needs to hire better hard w people I let the picture speak for themselves. Must be nice to get paid to just stand and talk all the time while the actual person that works has to suffer. 8 months later still have workers that just talk and are not attentive to guest. I guess owner really doesn't care if the workers are being productive and working because hiring a bunch of young kids that are on the phone most of the time and just talking in the back when people are trying to order is totally unacceptable and not fair. Will be buying my drinks elsewhere from now on. read more

Jamba - Only one person doing work and taking orders. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Tukwila, Washington

I have never been to a bad Jamba Juice till this one. First off, the employees seemed like they were more concerned about their breaks and where their other co-worker was than actually focusing on their job. This was all happening in the front where all the customers were waiting for their drinks. Everything seemed very disorganized. When I finally made it to the front of the line, I asked for one of my drinks and the gal said they were out of the sherbet or whatever and I said well then what's available, she said to pick another one and she'll let me know. This was very frustrating... A busy mall like this, you would think the store would be well stocked. I know it wasn't her fault, but it was very irritating as I have never encountered this at any Jamba I've been to. For being in the public eye, they had no flow going, need to focus less on their co-worker and more at their job, need to deal with their work issues in the back, rather than where the customers can see them. As for the store, they need to keep that well stocked if it's in a very busy mall. Not coming back.... read more

I always come into Jamba Juice for a nice refreshment. Never had any problems for the majority of the time. But today, I was pretty surprised and disappointed with the service at this location. We came up and ordered, but the two people who helped us gave off very rude and disrespectful attitudes. The service also took forever but there were only two of them so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. A little while later, two other employees come out but they were leaving. The cashier (1 of just 2 working employees) decided to talk to the employees that were leaving. Not only did they stop midway with a customer, but they did it to casually talk to two other employees that were leaving. While this is going on, the other working employee is honestly taking their sweet time to make the orders. This place just seems very unprofessional and inefficient. If that doesn't bother you, it should be fine if you just want to get a drink regardless. But I most likely will be a bit hesitant from now on. read more

I went to Jamba Juice at Southcenter after standing in the long line for Orange Julius for 10 minutes without moving. I hadn't been to a Jamba Juice in 7 years, and I remembered it as being really good. Plus, they had no line. After my experience and reading the Yelp reviews, I know why. The gal who helped me didn't ask for any add-ins to my drink, and I had forgotten about that since I hadn't gone to a JJ in a long time. My drink was just OK. It didn't taste fresh, even though I saw her make it. Also, the cashier and the girl who made the drink appeared bored out of their minds. There wasn't an offer to tell me about signing in to the kiosk at the register where you get points for each check in; I found that on my own after paying. I'm unsure if I would purposely return to this location. Food: 2.5 Ambiance: 1 Service: 1 Parking: 5 read more

I liked the service, Elliot was really nice and greeted me with kindness and served me delicious juice.

I love this place. So glad they are fast and friendly. I like to try the new menu items but I also like the classics. Watermelon breeze has been my go to this summer. Also they open early so I've been replacing a healthier juice in the morning rather than a coffee to start my day. read more

This is the best shit I've ever had omg I wanna drink it everyday I can't get enough of the white gummy and mango a go go. the blonde girl Andrea was so kind and did an amazing job on my 10 drinks I ordered. Stopped into the location & James was very helpful. I appreciate his customer service during Covid-19, other businesses don't put the customer first. Thank you James!!!! read more

Legitimately the worst customer service and skill I have ever witnessed and received. The employees have absolutely no idea how to work as an employee. They let a bunch of teenagers run this place and have no direction as to what they are doing. Three employees were in the area to prep and cashier today. One was on the register complaining loudly about how hot it was. After taking my order, never offered me a receipt, hopefully they charged me right! The other two employees were behind the cashier not really doing much, but occasionally putting an orange in the juicer; apparently this took two people to do. Then when they finished making 3 large fresh squeezed orange juices for 2 gentleman that never ordered and were given their order to the side near the cash register rather than on the normal bar area, they proceeded to start making the 4 drinks that those of us in line ordered. They were given completely out of order as well. I believe my order was made incorrectly, but didn't want to deal with these girls again. The store front has gotten dirtier and dirtier. There are always boxes of stock in front of the food items. Food items sitting boxes to the side of the counter, obviously not being refrigerated. This place is awful and I will never go there again. It is discusting. read more

For some odd reason they are always out of bananas. Doesn't matter what month, month day they never have bananas even when they first open early morning. We have decided to never go here anymore. Called and asked if they had bananas today. They said yes. Got there and stated oh we have some but they're bad. Wth! I will gladly take my chance going to the mall jamba juice location. I actually.asked one of the busy jamba juice we have been to in downtown disney. They said they have never heard of a jamba juice always not having bananas?? read more

TL;DR After being in line and psyching myself up for a refreshing Jamba drink, the cashier goes: "I need to go on my break" and casually leaves not feeling any remorse for what she just said. It seemed okay for a second for me because I was assuming that the 2 other employees would take over for her, but alas, the other girl comes to the register and tell me "Sorry, we don't have til access". Jamba Juice: I've never had terrible customer service from you guys until today. Terribly disappointed, I'll just go to your competitor right around the corner instead. The younger the employees are, the less they care about their jobs I guess. Clearly none of these girls care, oh well!!! *end of rant* read more

Customer service plays a big role into what place I choose to spend my money at and this place as really good customer service and friendly staff. There's never really a long line or wait time on the things I ordered. I work in the mall and I have Jamba Juice for breakfast just about every morning! I would recommend this place for breakfast or a quick smooth for lunch if you are in the mall shopping or working! read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Tukwila, Washington

Is it just me, or have the prices really gone up? Also, it makes me sad they charge for boosts now :( This location is pretty easy to find, in the Southcenter Mall (Westfield Mall, sorry), near Macys. I've never had a negative experience at this location. The staff is usually pretty friendly, and they go about their business and get drinks out fast. There is typically a long line, but this time I stopped by there wasn't. I redeemed my $3 off coupon for joining the Jamba rewards clubs, yay! Caribbean Passion is the only way to go. Craig was the guy cashiering today; he was very personable and friendly. My drink came out super fast and was delicious. Tasted very fresh! Will certainly stop back by when I am at the mall :) read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I could give 0 stars. I don't usually leave reviews, but this cashier was straight rude. First I asked the cashier about their rewards program. The cashier said he didn't know about it or how it works. Then I ordered a snack and a cup of water. The cashier makes a remark to me saying, "it's people like you who come for free water. But guess what, I'm charging you 27 cents." I gave him my card and he said, "is your card gonna bounce?" First off, "people like me"? What is that supposed to mean? And asking if my card was gonna bounce!? Wow. I love Jamba Juice, but according to the other reviews, everyone at this location needs to be retrained properly. read more

I've been to a few different Jamba Juice locations and I have to say: best experience was Southcenter. Super accommodating and friendly staff, fast service, and every drink I've had was delicious. I've seen some very impatient customers, but the staff always handle it in a professional manner. I'm always super indecisive but they are very patient workers, so this location works best for me. read more

Had my first drink from them yesterday and it was AMAZING!!!!! thank you for the great drink and nice customer service

Wish I could give them zero stars. The price for a 16 oz orange revival drink is $4.89. He rang me up and it was over $7.00. All he could say was that the prices had gone up. I'm pretty sure he just did it incorrectly but he was not very educated about anything I asked him about and insisted it was just a change in their prices, so I left without getting the drink. In addition to charging considerably more for the drink, he also had no idea what the information at the bottom of their menu board referred to. It has "orange," "orange carrot," and "carrot," with calories listed. I wanted to know what that referred to--components of the above listed drinks, or their own separate menu item. He had no idea and the entire exchange was *really* awkward. I just wanted some juice, and was willing to pay $5 for it. The fact that that didn't end up happening reflects the poor service of this store, and I definitely won't be back. read more

I hate this location but it's so convenient. The service is horrible. They don't repeat your order after you've ordered it nor do they tell you what it is when they give it to you. So, you are left to just hope that they put soy protein to fuel your muscles instead of energy to keep you up all night. Most of them can't even be bothered to take your order. Their conversation is obviously more important than their customers. They don't smile, they don't look you in the eyes, they don't do ANYTHING having to do with basic customer service. I say their corporate location should just replace them with robots, or maybe spider monkeys. The same job and level of service would get done. I always regret patronizing this location but it's so convenient and has a good product. I no longer patronize this location because it is so awful. read more

A good product but had to wait 15 minutes for two smoothies. This store needs more help!

Hmm Maybe I am the odd yelper out but I stopped in here today and my service was great...they had a now hiring sign so maybe all the horrible staff finally got fired. The biggest waste of money. My husband and I spent $15 on bland smoothies that kind of tasted like left over pitcher water. You could barely taste the fruit. So unorganized here. I came with my of course Groupon, and they took forever to even redeem the dang thing. The positive about this location is that they have daily deals on their bulletin I have never seen that at a Jamba Juice before. But, I don't go to many Jamba Juice's either. This place needs to be managed a bit better, so that they are able to maintain the amount of consumers that they receive. ARGH! Frustrating! read more

this is the WORST jamba i've ever been to! looking for friendly service? won't get it here. not a smile to be seen in the place. i came in here on labor day and there were 2 girls working, val was one of them. she was working the register and was surly and obviously hates her job. i asked val if any of the pastries are gluten free and she looked at me as if i'd asked if she'd been to jupiter and was it a nice trip. she said she could look in the binder of nutritional info and asked the other girl, whose name i didn't catch, if she knew. other girl's response: "gluten-free? i don't even know what gluten is," followed by a chuckle. that's right...YOU'RE the moron but laugh at me all you want, dumbshit. how can you sell something if you don't know what's in it? while waiting for my drink, they were complaining about the lack of staffing for a holiday weekend, and after taking the lids off the blenders, val was tossing them across the room into the sink. i got my $5 smoothie and got the hell out of dodge. never again! read more
