I was at the South Center mall and decided to approach Jamba Juice and ask Nico (employee) why I didn't receive one at all. Clearly fresh fruits and veg and so much better for you!! I'd say a tas expensive, but to be honest, most places are expensive in Seattle. They also sell bars of oats and otmeal. Jamba is made fresh and much healthier than soda. The secret menu has a lot of perks and a lot of good stuff on it. If you sign up for their email list, they will send you coupons for either buy one get one deals or money of your order which is a great perk. Efficient and friendly staff. I went there and they weren't that attentive or friendly. Has potential be better store and have more customers but definitely needs to hire better hard w people I let the picture speak for themselves. Must be nice to get paid to just stand and talk all the time while the actual person that works has to suffer. 8 months later still have workers that just talk and are not attentive to guest. I guess owner really doesn't care if the workers are being productive and working because hiring a bunch of young kids that are on the phone most of the time and just talking in the back when people are trying to order is totally unacceptable and not fair. I have never been to a bad Jamba Juice till this one. First off, the employees seemed like they were more concerned about their breaks and where their other co-worker was than actually focusing on their job. This was all happening in the front where all the customers were waiting for their drinks. Everything seemed very disorganized. When I finally made it to the front of the line, I asked for one of my drinks and the gal said they were out of the sherbet or whatever and I said well then what's available, she said to pick another one and she'll let me know. This was very frustrating... A busy mall like this, you would think the store would be well stocked. I know it wasn't her fault, but it was very irritating as I have never encountered this at any Jamba I've been to. For being in the public eye, they had no flow going, need to focus less on their co-worker and more at their job, need to deal with their work issues in the back, rather than where the customers can see them. I always come into Jamba Juice for a nice refreshment. Never had any problems for the majority of the time. But today, I was pretty surprised and disappointed with the service at this location. We came up and ordered, but the two people who helped us gave off very rude and disrespectful attitudes. The service also took forever but there were only two of them so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. A little while later, two other employees come out but they were leaving. The cashier (1 of just 2 working employees) decided to talk to the employees that were leaving. Not only did they stop midway with a customer, but they did it to casually talk to two other employees that were leaving. While this is going on, the other working employee is honestly taking their sweet time to make the orders. This place just seems very unprofessional and inefficient. If that doesn't bother you, it should be fine if you just want to get a drink regardless. But I most likely will be a bit hesitant from now on. read more

I hadn't been to a Jamba Juice in 7 years, and I remembered it as being really good. Plus, they had no line. After my experience and reading the Yelp reviews, I know why. Legitimately the worst customer service and skill I have ever witnessed and received. The employees have absolutely no idea how to work as an employee. They let a bunch of teenagers run this place and have no direction as to what they are doing. Three employees were in the area to prep and cashier today. One was on the register complaining loudly about how hot it was. After taking my order, never offered me a receipt, hopefully they charged me right! The other two employees were behind the cashier not really doing much, but occasionally putting an orange in the juicer; apparently this took two people to do. Then when they finished making 3 large fresh squeezed orange juices for 2 gentleman that never ordered and were given their order to the side near the cash register rather than on the normal bar area, they proceeded to start making the 4 drinks that those of us in line ordered. They were given completely out of order as well. I believe my order was made incorrectly, but didn't want to deal with these girls again. The store front has gotten dirtier and dirtier. There are always boxes of stock in front of the food items. Food items sitting boxes to the side of the counter, obviously not being refrigerated. This place is awful and I will never go there again. I've seen some very impatient customers, but the staff always handle it in a professional manner. I've never had a negative experience at this location. The staff is usually pretty friendly, and they go about their business and get drinks out fast. There is typically a long line, but this time I stopped by there wasn't. I redeemed my $3 off coupon for joining the Jamba rewards clubs, yay! Caribbean Passion is the only way to go. Wish I could give them zero stars. The price for a 16 oz orange revival drink is $4.89. He rang me up and it was over $7.00. All he could say was that the prices had gone up. I'm pretty sure he just did it incorrectly but he was not very educated about anything I asked him about and insisted it was just a change in their prices, so I left without getting the drink. In addition to charging considerably more for the drink, he also had no idea what the information at the bottom of their menu board referred to. It has "orange," "orange carrot," and "carrot," with calories listed. I wanted to know what that referred to--components of the above listed drinks, or their own separate menu item. He had no idea and the entire exchange was *really* awkward. I just wanted some juice, and was willing to pay $5 for it. The fact that that didn't end up happening reflects the poor service of this store, and I definitely won't be back. read more

I hate this location but it's so convenient. The service is horrible. They don't repeat your order after you've ordered it nor do they tell you what it is when they give it to you. So, you are left to just hope that they put soy protein to fuel your muscles instead of energy to keep you up all night. Most of them can't even be bothered to take your order. Their conversation is obviously more important than their customers. They don't smile, they don't look you in the eyes, they don't do ANYTHING having to do with basic customer service. I say their corporate location should just replace them with robots, or maybe spider monkeys. The same job and level of service would get done. this is the WORST jamba i've ever been to! looking for friendly service? won't get it here. not a smile to be seen in the place. i came in here on labor day and there were 2 girls working, val was one of them. she was working the register and was surly and obviously hates her job. i asked val if any of the pastries are gluten free and she looked at me as if i'd asked if she'd been to jupiter and was it a nice trip. she said she could look in the binder of nutritional info and asked the other girl, whose name i didn't catch, if she knew. other girl's response: "gluten-free? i don't even know what gluten is," followed by a chuckle. that's right...YOU'RE the moron but laugh at me all you want, dumbshit. how can you sell something if you don't know what's in it? while waiting for my drink, they were complaining about the lack of staffing for a holiday weekend, and after taking the lids off the blenders, val was tossing them across the room into the sink. i got my $5 smoothie and got the hell out of dodge. never again! read more
