I was grumpy about the service before but it has gotten way way better! This has definitely been my go -to coffee stand and and I just love the way they make their drinks. They have really great specials every month and everything is so delicious.

I'm normally an iced coffee girl, but I needed an extra kick this morning and the Shamrock seasonal energy drink hit the spot.

Obsessed. I can't say enough good things about my almost daily coffee/energy/breakfast burrito pit stop. After unloading my tiny terrorist (aka my two and a half year old) at preschool I swing through to celebrate with a delicious beverage and breakfast for me and my husband. The folks working here are not only the kindest and raddest, but they also know me by name and memorized my order almost immediately. I felt like a goddess amongst women for the next week until I realize they do that with everyone and then I still felt damn cool cause now I feel like I'm part of a cool, little exclusive coffee comradeship of other brilliant folks who found this place. All this to say that I 100% recommend Rainier Valley Coffee and even drive out of my way sometimes just to grab a drink and say hi. They make every day better with caffeine and chit chat. What's not to love!

This coffee stand is truly the best! All the workers are sooo nice and friendly. They have lotus drinks which I love but their coffee is also bomb! I always get the pepperjack sausage bagel sandwich which is 5 stars! We bring our dog and they always give her a puppichino if you are in the area I definitely can't recommend enough! Super clean, fast, and quality. Love this place

Best coffee in Renton! The owner and her team of girls are always friendly and make the best drinks - coffee is amazing quality and I can expect my drink to be perfect every time. Even when they are busy, they give an option to order ahead which comes in handy on the days I'm in a hurry. I've tried multiple stands in Renton and would say RVC is the best!

The staff here all know how to make a good latte, as in, I've never had one that's bad. I make this my go to spot when I am in town visiting family nearby. They also have a pretty amazing bacon chive bagel breakfast sandwich. It's chewy, it's hot, it's flavorful and it's also perfectly crispy with the cheese on the outside. Highly recommend if you're nearby that you swing by this little shop. It's behind a Shell, around the corner building is the best way to enter, but watch for the giant pothole! Also be mindful of the nearby driveway and don't block that either. Also, if there's a line, they move it along pretty quickly.

My father still paid because he didn't want to cause a scene and hadn't informed me until we left. We had to toss the drinks unfortunately and visited another coffee shop. I reported it and heard nothing back this was about 2 months ago. Update: RVC claims I had not emailed them, and correction on my part it was over a month ago. I emailed the info@rvcoffee.com and the Puyallup location directly and told them to check their cameras. While I was a regular and know that the counters are "large" I also know when suspicious behavior occurs. I tried giving the barista the benefit of the doubt due to being a regular but given the way the owner just responded which was highly dismissive and minimized our experience, it just made it clear you guys don't actually care but want to save face. The website also doesn't give clear information on who to reach out to in regard to any customer experience but I did absolutely email you guys to 2 different emails and I did try calling the phone number but no call would go through to number attached to business.

There were a ton of peoole ordering and sitting inside at around 1pm in the afternoon, so my order did take quite a while to come out. Inside is pretty spacious with plenty of seating that can fill up fast. There was music in the background but it's not too loud, so it's a nice place to socialize in without yelling over any noise. I forgot to take a picture of my order, which was a taro milk tea with boba and 50% sweetness. Flavors were decent. It wasn't anything too special but it was satisfying. The location also sells egg waffles, and a number of people ordered that and their takoyakis which are available only at this location. I may give those a try when I come back here for a second boba run. Overall great place to hang out and chill in!

The service was friendly, even trying to give us the best combo deal to order with a waffle. The interior has limited seating but it was cutely decorated for valentine's day. The vibe of this place and the people that make it happen every morning are world class. Life situations kept me from making my way to the shop for a year or so, but when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a "it's been a while!" The coffee is reasonably priced and imo - best in the area. It's consistent and while I'm a sucker for the 12oz cold brew - I've gone off script a few times and have always been pleased. I've got family that comes into town fairly often, and almost every morning they ask to go because they think about it when they're at home in Chicago. There's plenty of seating, tho it's sometimes so bumping (because it's a great spot!) it can be hit or miss if you can stick around and enjoy the vibe. But generally I've had good luck over the years setting up at a table and chatting with friends & fam before a hike, enjoying the morning with my pup doing some socialization training or throwing a few emails around to my corporate overlords. I've seen ads for their evening events and have been wanting to make it to one, but I always seem to see the poster days or weeks after the event! Poetry nights in a space like boon boona seem like an unbeatable vibe, hope to notice & get to one soon. *Parking is also not hard to find at all. There's a free garage down the street at the transit center that is never full, and tons of street parking*
