My drive through experience was positive and pleasant. I was greeted and received my order quickly. The male worker at the window was friendly. As for my drink, I did enjoy it however I think an added espresso shot would have made it better. I prefer more bold flavor espresso drinks but I did order an iced cinnamon flavored latte. The drink wasn't watered down it's just the espresso wasn't strong enough for me. The logo and cups are nice and surrounding area outside the store was clean. New Woods location, let's gooo! My first time experiencing them was in Bellingham, and when they started to move down south it was Bellevue, and now finalllyyyy Covington! I'm in the area often because my parents live in Kent/Covington, so I'm stoked to know that I have a solid coffee stop along the way. Like their other locations it's giving all of the PNW vibes and is a cozy spot to meet up with a friend, work remotely, or just swing through the drive thru for a drink or snack. I got the Pumpkin Chai and it was delicious. Yummy fall vibes even though it's still a little warm out. Drink was made quickly and the staff was kind! Brand new location at South King County, perfect if you are going on a Costco Covington run as it's close by. Woods coffee Bellevue is always sooo busy so I'm so happy to have something in this area. It didn't look busy from the outside but there was a line inside. Place was clean and service was fast, helpful and efficient. Tried their popular white mocha and asked to adjust sweetness in which they did. Will try their matcha drinks next. Matcha is not displayed on their menu but they do have it available and you can mix it with different flavors. P.S. They have drive thru available. read more

Very glad a Wood's coffee opened up near me. This is a gathering place, cozy and spacious. Wood's always has great coffee and non-bitter espresso. Lots of baked options. The staff is new, not as knowledgeable yet, but they take their time to get the order right. Love that they have Edaleen Dairy, which we know is a great option. read more

We decided to go here before our shopping day and it was pretty good! I got the white mocha (w/ oat & sugar free) which tasted prettt good. My partner tried the caramel macchiato, and he said his was really good as well. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but the only reason I gave it 4 stars because it didn't wow me like I'd expect. Wow! This is a great spot with great coffee, sandwiches and treats. Went to the new Kent location opening day (5/1/25) and it was on point. Got my coffee and sat back and relaxed in the warm inviting cafe and as I sat 10 customers walked in all at the same time and a car in the drive thru, the two girls behind the counter nailed it! I found another good coffee spot! The girls have always been nice when I've gone in, the breakfast items are good and the coffee is good! I have yet to get a bitter latte (which happens if not done right). It's also nice that you can order online through their site for pickup. No app, but the online ordering through square is just as easy. read more

It was early in the morning and I was with my pup, grabbing a coffee before my garage sale and since there was no one in line behind me, he chatted with me about his pups and gave my dog a special treat. Several years ago I had one of the best lattes I've ever had at other Woods Coffee while through northern Washington toward Whistler. I've since visited three other Woods locations all have been disappointing compared to those first experiences. I kept hoping those were the aberrations and the first ones were more reflective of their quality. Yesterday we ordered vanilla lattes and both were very bitter suggesting that the grind (coarseness) is way off. Far and away the worst we've had at Woods thus far. It is really sad to witness the quality of the coffee consistently decrease while the chain expands. read more

I will start by saying, I NEVER leave reviews but if I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here a few months ago and we waited for our drinks for 15 minutes which wasn't bad. They weren't busy, but I saw my smoothie just sitting on the counter, already made. When I asked for it, they seemed confused and then gave me the drink and a "gift card" as an apology for waiting. I was told it had $10 on it. None of us liked our drinks, I ordered a white chocolate mocha that tasted like caramel, the smoothie was watered down. I just tried to use my gift card from them in Bellevue and it was declined. I will never return to a woods coffee location, again. read more

Yesterday, my husband and I went to Woods for the first time (they opened a week prior). We had a pretty good experience with the two blended drinks and croissant that we ordered. So, today we decided to try it again. Again, we ordered two 16 oz blended drinks with an extra shot poured over the top. When the gal at the window handed us our drinks, we looked at her as if she was kidding. She proceeded to hand us what appeared to be 24 oz cups that were filled about 1/3 full. She said they ran out of 16 oz cups and had to use these larger cups. I repeatedly told her there's no way there was 16 ounces of beverage in them, but she insisted it was. So, my husband and I held off on drinking them until we got home so that we could take photos and measure them. Sure enough, each drink was only 8 ounces. Neither of us could taste the extra shot of espresso we ordered, which should have been very strong if it had been added to that small of a drink. I called right away and complained, and the guy on the phone was very apologetic. He looked up my order and refunded the two drinks. After I strongly suggested they not do that to their other customers who were ordering 16 oz drinks, he told me he would credit my account with two free drinks. Seeing that they've only been open a week, we'll give them another try, but today's drinks were an epic failure! read more
